Apple - Dialog - Energous??
Apple - Foxconn - Energous??

Moxa1, you are right. So glad you asked. Link below. Scroll down to WattUp Hardware section.

But the question is whether the 2.4 and 5 are what Energous is doing for Apple..
I forgot...is Energous also using 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands? The whole antenna discussion definitely sounds like Energous tech. What happens to Energous' patents now that Apple submitted their (potentially Energous tech) patents?
A lotta mucho!!
That would still be a huge win for Energous, no?
Hmmm. That adds to the narrative that Apple is with Broadcom. Yikes.
"Apple is experimenting with medium- to long-distance wireless charging technologies..." Wow. Sounds like another way of saying Apple is working with Energous... Awesome. Awesome. Thanks for sharing!
I agree with you but Broadcom employees moving over to Energous? How do we explain that? It's like Friendster employees going to Facebook because they know what's up.........
Doesn't Edison awards judges vet technologies (incl. feasibility, practicality and ingenuity) out enough before awarding companies like Energous? Are competitors using the tech on the other side winning awards like Energous??
Exactly. Why would ANYONE from Broadcom go to Energous if they knew Broadcom had a partnership that'll bear major fruit in the near future? It just doesn't add up IMO.
or great buying opportunity. i bought another 300. :)
Wow. Glad to hear. Whew!
It's all a guess my friend. Wishing all of us good luck here.
but this pps drop is a sobering reminder of how risky this company is as an investment...
Good point moxa.
this is becoming a disaster...what a joke. no news and the pps drops like a stone all by itself..
What's happening here? Major drop today...
Very cool. Might start investing.
So?
This pps is too high. Any room to go higher??
Looks like an exodus...
What is FCGD?
I guess for the worse. :)
And this is related to EGYH how?
You mean for the better?
Awesome. Thanks for sharing.
Yes but the article is hinting that Starbuck's method of fighting coffee rust is through development of hybrid coffee plants - no mention of fungicides like CR-10. I hope ONOV is not tweeting stuff like this to make it seem like there is something substantive between them and Starbucks. I really hope CR-10 really works. I hope Starbucks is a REAL partner/soon-to-be customer. IMO there doesn't seem to be any real proof of either at this point... Am I missing something? Does anyone have something concrete to show where ONOV is at with these things?
What happened to testing of CR-10? Any convincing results?
Any relationship between the two?
Got another 800. Hope others are taking advantage of this opportunity. :)
what pps target are you thinking for onov?
Couldn't agree with you more. Wishing us luck here. :)
Exactly. Apple or no Apple, there is still a Tier 1 in the picture. Looks solid to me.
I'm with you.
There is a JP Morgan comment about iPhone wireless tech coming from Broadcom - no mention of Energous. This may be getting people skittish about keeping a position with Energous and thus the pps struggles. The not-so-stellar q4 fins add to people's disappointment.
Honestly, I think this is expected for a company at this stage IMO.
Also, as for iPhone wireless charging, I read somewhere else that Apple is working with 5 different groups (not sure if this means outside companies) to try out various wireless charging platforms. So it's possible Broadcom AND Energous could be two of the five. All guesses at this point.

Should get this answer in today's fins conference call at 1:30pm PT.
Keeps falling...ugh.
Excellent point. Thanks for reminding us.
But the point still stands that Dialog and Pegatron would have done fair share of due diligence before partnering with WATT. Too bad the bullish piece did not touch on JP Morgan's guess on Broadcom..
