I don't think looking at the pps alone is a valid investment strategy. If the objective is to buy low and sell high it looks like many are paralyzed at the low and have not read all the filings since the halt in detail. Sterling sold his shares to another accredited investor to diversify from the company. All of his derived shares that were sold was not on open market but to another accredited investor (meaning you must be able to prove you make over 500k per year to be considered as an accreditation investor)
3 billion POTIENTAL shares. Not 3 billion shares out there less than 1 billion actually out there
Strong volume
999,999 shares purchased at .0599 someone bought nearly a million shares
It is that stocks on the grey market are dead and never come back or it is that traders here and trading the stock have never seen a high profile example of a legitimate business getting sent to the greys and eventually surviving to come off. The otc website show tickers that change venue and status and there are new tickets added nearly every weekday. Data on specific instances is hard to come by because the data on cavet empor status marked tickers only goes back so long about (10 pages) it is my belief this is the case. The grey market suspension others speak of usually involve things like money laundering and not insider trading, especially since the shares at .025 were disclosed in every filing. Money laundering operations are fake business with no employees or products but use a stock for moving money. That is definitely not the case with Growlife.
I'm not at all sure what you are thinking here. Growlife sells to growers of any kind. It is very difficult to say the end of vertical integration will have any affect on Growlife or any other company. There is no correlation.
Yeah seems like stock promoters messing with the stock made the sec want to use that gravity weighing suspension.
At the peak the promotors traded 17MM shares during a time when volume for Growlife was 190MM shares.
Nice increase in volume today
Growlife has started to use Facebook again
The shares were authorized in 2011. It would be very hard to prove the company knew this manipulation was going to bring shares to .70. Since this is a free country there is nothing criminal about insider buying/selling. The article you posted is an old article reflecting the small amount of information that was out at the time. Everyone thought it was the ggrowlife executives who were behind the manipulation but we have found out it was *outside* stock promotors. The article is therefore speculation on what the SEC knew before the criminal charges were filed. Now We know what the SEC knows and nobody from the company was name in litigation. At the time those shares were authorized ggrowlife was trading at .01 so they are reasonable projections before what occurred. It's not criminal and could be hard to prove it was.
I second that well done. I seriously doubt any executive would want shares of a company that will be sub penny
This has been my beliefs especially after reading the entire SEC complaint PDF more than twice. The report does not charge any entity but the 5 people who were responsible. At their peak these manipulators controlled 17MM shares of phot during a time trade volume was at 191MM so you all can draw your own conclusions.
Lol that quote say all you need to know
Why are you asking this? Have you herd something?
They moved to WA to bank do the DD! Buy now...
It is mentioned in one of 8ks and by the way to all of those who claim out of 1500 grey stocks 1 will get resisted. I have watch several stock suspended around the same time as pot already return.
A lot of money to be made right now for veteran investors.
I don't know what this means and can't private reply.. PLEASE HeLP
I just gave you member mark #3 I would appreciate it if you would reciprocate. Whether you do or not, I wish you the best of luck in all of your trades.
Lol indictments.... Corporations are people my friend.
It says if they find him guilty of fraud in the litigation than he gets nothing
Dirt store? I thought it seemed pretty clear GrowLife is trying to have a footprint and I don't think for dirt. From their point of view in the future if they have a presence they can offer seeds and ready to go plants at the store. With all of their products including Phototron.
We hit that number fast too
They are updating the page. I have experience with web design. It will take a little bit to show up uniformly across all browsers. Try to clear the cache on your browser in settings menu
You are totally misinterpreting what that means. It means these are the market cap leaders of the MMJ sector. As of now, they have the best chance of making it as one of the companies in this sector in the future with big business. Duh?
We'll said Newbie. An observation that is far beyond your username.
Are you sure you are looking at the same math and statistics are the rest of us?
So patents add no propriety value? That is insane. This show this is not a scam. They have actual value and protection for their products
Patent for Phototron held by Growlife

How to find:
Google patent search: Phototron: page 3
No.
Interesting take. I almost agree with you.
Where do you see that Papa V?
Etrade, Schwab, optionsmonster interactivebrokers, tradekng, BofA Merill with 25,000 min
Etrade, Schwab, tradekng, Merrill with a min. Of account balance of 25,000
The reason why most companies don't recover is because they complete scams. In the rare case you get an actual company like GrowLife that gets suspended, the who dynamic (percentages) change slightly.
For example SKTO was an overt scam and has no chance to come back. The person offshore who owns the controlling shares will dump them and forget about it.
And the post wasn't accurate so I'm not sure he's talking about.
Oh yeah totally. Every vending machine has State Identification certification. You are a smart one.
It doesn't matter. It's an open out cry system. If you enter an order for $1 it will automatically execute at the lowest available price. Doesn't seem like anyone here know what a digital open outcry system is.
You cannot simply buy at $1. Why would your brokers system execute an order for $1 when shares are trading at .12? The answer is it wouldn't.
It doesn't work that way. If you enter a limit of .15 you will get filled at .12. Just because some entered that as a limit doesn't mean they will get it for that. No way around it in an open outcry system.
