Do you know how to do it?
“…refurbished equipment”
I.e. good margins.
Me too. I expect improved profitability in 2022 and at least $1 share price.
Sales reported today?
??
9 month revenues $18.5m
Market cap $4.937m
Acquisitions? That would be very bad for the share price. Get taken over? That would be good!
Lee’s talk of low margins was likely to send the SP down, but it’s been overdone. I don’t expect great profits for the rest of 2021 but not too bad either. And his belated focus on profitability should lead to an excellent 2022. Bargain hunters should step in at these levels.
The main point here is their acknowledgment of reduced gross profit margins this year and their plan to improve them in 2022. It’s a bullish signal, though short-termers may be discouraged.
Record breaking sales this year, but need to show net profits as well for shares to go up.
Picked up a few thousand more at .37
Disappointing net profits.
Added another 10,000 shares at .50 over the past couple of weeks. So cheap, couldn’t resist.
I’m talking about road transport, from horses to cars.
Didn’t take 100 years for gas to replace hay.
Sales ytd $16.1m
Market cap $8.0
So Price/Sales ratio is 0.5
Assuming no more sales this year, and a very conservative P/S of 1.0, share price should be $1.10 at the moment.
Of course there will be more sales, and P/S ratio of 2.0 or more could easily be justified.
So share price should be $2+ right now.
Also, company is making good net profits this year.
Strong Buy!
Fantastic news. Great new prospect.
Please do!
As major shareholder and close to retirement, Lee has everything to gain from a higher share price. Maybe he just doesn’t know how to do that.
Fantastic sales news, SP down 11%. Usual story.
Excellent 1q result. Good net profit. This finally is a game-changer.
Due on 17th
Let’s hope they have made a net profit in Q1.
$4.6m sale announced today.
They need to make a net profit first.
Why SP always marked down on good news?
Today for the first time my Apple News feed is showing Ameramex’s latest sales announcement.
I agree.
The solution to all these difficulties is for the company to start making regular net profits. Can we expect that in 2021?
AMMXD = .45
Fingers crossed for Monday.
He should be focused exclusively on generating net profit. Without that, nothing else matters.
Shermann: is AMMX profitable?
There’s no deadline and they don’t even have to do it.
Problem is lack of net profit.
Dividend? They need to make some net profits first.
“ The purchases will be made at the discretion of the Company through an open market repurchase.”
They had no obligation to buy. Nor did you.
Based on their written explanation, I believe that they have taken a sensible step. The value of our shareholdings depends on the company’s sales and profits, which appear to be doing well. I remain a very large shareholder and have no plans to sell.
Bid over 1 cent for a few days now.
$Money: thanks for preferring facts over noise.
