No, this is Bob's private company.
I got something from Klaw, too, but it had nothing to say about RSHN. Klaw Investors sent me, also unsolicited, a newsletter-type of email, but only discussed their holdings, selll points, and/or expectatiions.
Nothing in it resembled the information you posted. They only discussed companies they owned.

This is not the certificate you were expecting to receive, is it? Please clarify. Thanks.

Nice find, CA. Hope many view this and get on the bandwagon.
Making business contacts happy is as good an excuse as I can imagine! Don't be too hard on yourself for that.
If you have time would you find out the status of e-water? It seems to me marketing and sales should be developing nicely by now.
Thanks, for all you've done and what you are about to do!
Be careful of this guy. He smacks of a certain multi-named, often-banned Canadian accounting major.
As you probably remember, the Ginseng drinks are owned by Bob personally, via Rush Beverages. RSHN has a 37.5% deal with his company to, I guess, distribute their beverages. So, Mr. Corr is certainly going to be getting his drinks into the pipeline, as well.
It seemed to me he was only working on his own beverages, but it certainly appears all brands are being hawked, which is how it should be. I mean it's fine that we distribute Rush Beverages, but I feel that our own brands will be the main generators of profit, and will be what drives pps.
Thanks for pointing that out, Tony. I had to go back and look at what you were referring to.
I guess I was just as interested in wondering what Bob is doing for RSHN and what he is doing for Rush Beverages. It does seem a bit of an unholy alliance, especially when shareholders get little or no information about what is going on with either company.
Wow! I wonder what kind of agreement Bob entered into with the Japanese? At the prices for seawater our e-water should be able to garner a buck an ounce! (Does anyone actually get to know what agreements are entered into? Does anyone get input as to what should be agreed upon? Should shareholders demand an ombudsman?)
If they are sand-bagging on Garden, is it because of
a.) The trade shows
or
b.) Japan?
Does anyone notice the Distributor Information? It says Distributed by Rush Beverages, NOT Rushnet, Inc. Does this mean we don't have a relationship with Apple Rush? Does Corr own this privately?
Thanks. It's valuable information. Or, perhaps, invaluable.
I agree that it is good to get the products exposed to as many people (stores) as possible, but it seems to me that distribution networks are the fastest and best way to go at it. If we are going to do our best for the company maybe we should be learning how to develop them. Closing Garden should help in that regard.
What is the future of E-Water? Who's the one in charge of it, and why does it not get mentioned by Bob or anyone inside?
Well, it seems like this news is certainly sitting well with the boards today. All this attention on the Rush Beverage product lines being marketed by RSHN, at a 35% discount.
No one is asking why E-Water is not getting into any more locations. Does anyone know why it isn't getting more exposure? I thought E-Water had its own guy in charge of its sales and marketing. I don't understand why no one is quizzing Bob about the lack of public sales activity of our ONLY* 100% company owned (shareholder owned) product.
* Only, perhaps, until now.
If bashing a stock is a prelude to a run, then RSHN is in for a big move soon. Wow, so much for patience in the New Year.
Wow! Who's that on the bench? Corr's new spokeswoman? Looks like a fun-loving gal. Maybe "M"'s is worth a revisit.
AK
We are getting a 15% dividend (I think. It includes the warrants. I don't think Corr is giving us the opportunity to purchase 45% of Apple Rush.)
If this is correct, then according to the pdf you shared, the ex-div date IS December 27, 2006, two days BEFORE the date of record.
If the distribution is greater than 25% the ex date is the day AFTER the PAY DATE.
No mention is made of how soon the pay date must be announce after the date of record is announced.
You're probably right, but the Garden deal still looms and could be announced any day. If that doesn't move this thiing...
I don't think the clock starts to run until the shares of the new company actually start trading.
No way. What's his biggest gainer to date? Second?
I'll go into the Folsom store and let you know about batches or dates or whatever. It's not near me and I don't get over that way too often, so give me a day or three.
Yes, Folsom, CA. The town Johnny Cash made famous, after the gold rush, of course.
Tony:
I buy one or two every now and then from the Folsom Safeway, which only has GR.

Sorry it took me so long to post. Have had company and have been doing other things. Imagine that.
I don't have paid membership so I couldn't respond privately. In answer to your question: Yes, you can.
Let's pop this puppy soon, eh?
Until one of the irons in the fire gets hot enough to boil water, things are going to languish. If Japan, Garden, brewery, Mexico or one of the other irons burns hot enough to boil water then the pps will make everyone forget these last several excruciating months of waiting, and waiting and waiting...
What is it about a watched pot?
(a) You can never bring up its web site
(b) It never issues a PR when it says it will
(c) It never closes the deals it works on
(d) It never boils
(e) All of the above
Take a break and when you come back the kitchen will be on fire!
Based on the traffic this board gets I suggest we:
1. Rename it as Key's Board
or
2. Quit replying to the worthless twit!
While you all seem to have decent arguments regarding K, you are downright Pavlovian in your respopnses to his snivelling, witless drivel. If Key won't give us a break, you all can by actually ignorimg him. Please!
Wow, thank you! That's a pretty good list. I guess it hasn't reached the left coast yet, though I thought they were supposed to be out here, at Gold's Gym and some other spa-gym. Anyway, I appreciate the time and effort it took for you to inform me.
And where is E-Water? Do we have to wait for the Garden deal to close before the E-Water gets sold anywhere? It seems Rush Beverage is getting all the play while Rushnet is the ugly red-headed stepchild. (Any reference to Key is strictly coincidental!)
He submitted a lot of posts but most of them said the same lame things.
I think he reads them anyway. I don't have his addy, or I would.
What a total idiot! You stated you hate to keep stating your position, and yet you continue to do so. Nothing you can do or say will affect the PPS, except maybe you leaving this board. I had iggied you for months, but decided to check you out again when the board came at you in droves. I am only going to say this one more time: Goodbye.
If too many responders keep you in the loop it will be Goodbye to Ihub, too. Get it MATT?!
NOBODY cares what you think.
Walmart is the poison pill for any product with integrity. We don't want or need them. Pu leeese.

Soda warning: High sugar intake linked to pancreatic cancer
NewsTarget) On Wednesday, research was released from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden that showed people who drink soft drinks or add sugar to their coffee increase their risk of developing pancreatic cancer.
The researchers studied the diets of nearly 80,000 men and women between 1997 and 2005. Of those, 131 developed cancer of the pancreas. The group of people who reported drinking sodas or syrup-based drinks twice a day or more were 90 percent more likely to develop pancreatic cancer than those who did not consume such beverages; people who added sugar to their drinks about five times a day were 70 percent more likely to contract the disease; and those who consumed the popular Swedish sugary dessert known as creamed fruit were at a 50 percent increased risk for the cancer, according to the results published in the American Jounral of Clinical Nutrition.
"The researchers have now been able to show that the risk of developing pancreatic cancer is related to the amount of sugar in the diet," said a statement released by the institute.
"Despite the fact that the chances of developing pancreatic cancer are relatively small, it's important to learn more about the risk factors behind the disease," said researcher Susanna Larsson.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly forms of the disease, and is notoriously difficult to treat because it usually does not get diagnosed until it has spread beyond the pancreas. About 216,000 new cases of the cancer are diagnosed each year, mostly in developed countries and mostly in people older than 60.
"It is perhaps the most serious form of cancer, with very poor prognoses for its victims," Larsson said. "Since it's difficult to treat and is often discovered too late, it's particularly important that we learn to prevent it."
"Pancreatic cancer is just one more serious health danger that comes from drinking soft drinks and sugar-laden beverages
Corr's Rush. Geez, Adolf's rush is a lot different, even if it is all natural! I'm enjoying one of those as I write.
Can't believe no one in NYC has the products. Sorry for your discomfort.
Don't you know who Madtony is? Geez, he's got a list of places to pick up the product on this board. Just check it out. Go to one of his posts and click on the address that is a part of his identity.
Does anyone know what is really up with Gray's? I recall Corr saying that after the purchase they were going to add some equipment that would allow them to process (bottle) Apple Rush products at that plant. They need the special equipment to pasturize or something. If (when) it goes national there will be a great need for large bottling capacity, even greater than what the Minnesota plant can churn out. Swan has consistenly stated, when asked, that the deal was still on. But no one has asked him lately. I don't do a lot of sodas or energy drinks, but I do drink a lot of beer, so I hope we get a brewery under our umbrella.
I certainly agree with the majority here that the latest developments are building a great launching pad for the company and a boon to its extremely loyal and helpful investors. Once the pressure is released it could be a huge upward blast!
Let's keep the faith, hold our water, and charge the objective. If the golf thing comes off I will even go get some lessons and learn how to play and walk around some beautiful Maui golf courses with a bunch of (other) rich people!
Aloha
