Everyone PLEASE read this!
I posted yesterday that 12 Million 5 cent shares are freed up to be sold after June 14th !!!!
It's in the Company PR's on their website !!!!
Ask yourself this..."would I buy shares at 72 cents now knowing that 12 mil are about to hit the market that cost the shareholder only 5 cents?"
Think this has anything to do with the close to zero volume ???
The Only thing to prevent all these shares flooding the market is some seriously significant Licensing news in the next 8 days.
I Really like Abattis, I really do! I hope they get the license ASAP!
I'm just trying to make everyone aware of what's going on...
Do what you will with this info...
Can anyone tell if we'll be trading on OTC today?
.64 premarket up north
Cartonet... I sent 2 emails to the address you messaged me...
Is it the correct address?
Cheers
Hey Cartonet... I don't have private messaging but I've received yours. Can you send me your email by private message and we'll talk NSP and Can?
Thanks
WOW! Incredible DD Cartonet... I'm gonna have to go through all those links this evening!
I've been in CAN/CANLF at .39 it printed .62 in Canada today and that's without it even trading OTC in the U.S. Still working out bugs...
I'm looking at picking up more NSP at these prices. Currently .29
We just printed .60 In Canada!!!!
This may explain the stagnation in Share Price...
It appears 12,000,000 million shares bought in a Private Placement at .05 to raise $600,000 are set to hit the market on June 14th. 4 months after the PP closed on Feb. 14th. This constitutes approx. 17% of the float.

We're on a good run up here in Canada .56 printed... Is this even trading OTC today???
We could see a steady rise in the weeks leading up to the Weed Conference in Colorado.
Only connection I can find is that Dr. Michelle Sexton from Phytalab (Abattis) is mentioned in this article along with TRTC and Inergetics
http://online.wsj.com/article/PR-CO-20140521-911837.html
Crickets...
This article pretty much sums up what we're experiencing, why the SP is where it is and why Abattis is the right weed play to own.

It's a long weekend here in Canada... Have a great one everybody! I'm feeling confident we're headed in the right direction with ATT/ATTBF. I'm off to check out the free outdoors Sheepdogs concert in Whistler village tonight!
These guys are classic old school Rock and Roll... sooo good.
If you've never heard 'em google "Sheepdogs CBC rooftop concert"
Enjoy
Don't panic sell people... We know this is a legit operation.
Are you getting any indication that this Lab could be a "flagship Operation" and that it will set the standard for all other labs to follow? Are they planning to "franchise" this concept out to other states etc...????
Is this potentially the plan???
Cheers
Coolio... Do your thing.
If ya can, ask what kind of yearly revenues the Lab is expecting...
This was definitely the feeling I got after speaking with the two different guys. Now what kind of future revenues we can anticipate is another story...
At phytalab the guys name was James...
Spring like weather... Mixed bag.
Gorgeous today though!
You're attending today right? If so,
Please ask them when they will submit their application.
Looking forward to hearing back.
OK...
I made 2 phone calls. One to the Wash. St. LCB and talked to a very informative man who knows Dr. Michelle Sexton and Phytalab personally. I asked him if the State requires Labs to be certified/licensed in order to test medical/recreational marijuana. He said as of now it is NOT a requirement. Currently there are zero certified labs in Wash St. He did say there are applications under review but Phytalab hasn't applied yet because they need to have an operational Lab up and running before they can be certified. Makes sense. He did say he is very aware that Phytalab will be applying shortly and that based on the close ties that exist btwn Dr. Sexton and the WSLCB that gaining certified status will be an almost certainty. He didn't give an exact timeline but did say it was based on the quality of the application. He did infer that he would expect Phytalabs application to be of the highest standards. Once the application is received it could be as quick as two weeks to be certified...
The other call was to Phytalab and they confirmed all of this as well.
To me, this confirms that this Abattis/Phytalab relationship is as LEGIT an operation as there is. I'm very confident in my investment and think this is very undervalued.
Just wanted to share my DD
Can you ask Mike and the crew at Phytalab if they are licensed by the Wash. St. Liquor Board to test marijuana yet? If so, when did they receive their license? I don't see anything on their website...YET! I know that Dr. Michelle Sexton helped "write the book" on policies and procedures and, if we connect the dots, Phytalab should be a shoe in for obtaining a license. I just haven't seen it stated anywhere that this is the case...YET!
Can anyone shed any light on this. Still bullish ATTBF just need to hear some concrete news re the different licenses.
Thanks!

Excerpt from Chris Parry's article yesterday...
This reinforces the point that obtaining a license is, albeit, crucial in the short term, its not "The Goose that laid the Golden Egg" everyone seems to be putting so much emphasis on.
If Abattis or Spearmint can get a payment processing system going that gets wide uptake, they’d be the Paypal of weed… the PuffPal ™, if you will.
I spoke to Abattis at the conference yesterday and asked them, if they had to make a Sophie’s Choice and only keep one of their many plays in the space, which would they keep. Their answer was not growing – but payment processing.
I agree.
Most asked question at GreenRush: What do you think of Tweed (TSX:V.TWD, Stock Forum)? Answer: I'm not bullish on any play that is grow-only right now. I've said previously that I think anything under $4 for Tweed is a decent price long term, but with Bedrocan coming and others sure to follow in the mega-grow space, it's going to be squeezy soon. I also think keeping track of 80 SKUs will be hard, customer acquisition costs are going to be large, and the Creative Edge grow operation will flood a market that is already flooded with white, grey and black market weed. I think Tweed will be flat for a while.

How do you explain Tweed the last couple of days? Have license, are shipping product, $15 Million bought deal...
Down 8-10%
???
My pleasure... happy to do it. I've given my honest opinion. I think we're just in a holding pattern. Waiting for news and license...

If no one objects I'd like to introduce a small cap Cdn. company that presented yesterday at the conference. They got great news yesterday and a ringing endorsement from Harry Barr from Next Gen Metals who put on the Green Rush Event.
I'd understand if this is not the right forum for mentioning other potential investments.
Go ATT/ATTBF
Go Blackhawks
Its my understanding the growing will de done in the Quebec leased building under Biocell Labs Inc, In Squamish BC under iJuana Cannabis Inc. and through the Experion deal with Northern Vine. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Go Blackhawks!
Phew... thank you winningman!
Felt like I was out on a limb there for a bit. All i heard was crickets...
Believe me, no wants this thing to take off more then me. I'm down substantially but believe in the biz model and want nothing more than to secure the license. I just feel its my honest opinion that we shouldn't make the securing of the license a binary event. Thats precisely why this company has hedged itself in so many ways.
I agree wholeheartedly. I just don't want the license to be the Only focus of this investment. This is a long term play and we all know securing a license is crucial to the short term. I'm not suggesting anything otherwise. Please don't interpret anything as a foregone conclusion. For all we know, Health Canada could announce it tomorrow. No one knows!!!!!!!
