OK...
I made 2 phone calls. One to the Wash. St. LCB and talked to a very informative man who knows Dr. Michelle Sexton and Phytalab personally. I asked him if the State requires Labs to be certified/licensed in order to test medical/recreational marijuana. He said as of now it is NOT a requirement. Currently there are zero certified labs in Wash St. He did say there are applications under review but Phytalab hasn't applied yet because they need to have an operational Lab up and running before they can be certified. Makes sense. He did say he is very aware that Phytalab will be applying shortly and that based on the close ties that exist btwn Dr. Sexton and the WSLCB that gaining certified status will be an almost certainty. He didn't give an exact timeline but did say it was based on the quality of the application. He did infer that he would expect Phytalabs application to be of the highest standards. Once the application is received it could be as quick as two weeks to be certified...
The other call was to Phytalab and they confirmed all of this as well.
To me, this confirms that this Abattis/Phytalab relationship is as LEGIT an operation as there is. I'm very confident in my investment and think this is very undervalued.
Just wanted to share my DD
