And there will be no clinics or patents or saving miracle cures to save us from our unholy alliance with this debacle...
IMHO
So The company reports it's going to be opening a clinic in the Southeast. This was months ago. Has anything materialized from that report? Is this just BS to bring in more investors? Where are the financials? An inquiring mind wants to know.
Roxy is absolutely correct! There IS a problem with this...if you're a shareholder. These actions continue to markedly DILUTE this company's value and...
Who the hell is going to buy the shares he's selling??? Some trading house has agree to take those shares and trade them for you when it's time. You think Etrade, etc is going to take SVFC's paper that wasn't traded on the OTC/pink board. No freak'n way.
Tell them to stop diluting the damned company!!
Craziness.
What the hell does that mean?
The company holds a massive lion's share of the outstanding...shares. That's dwarfs any amount the wolf pack owns.
Let's just be straight from here forward.
It does not matter...
Good lord...
The company has the right to sell (and is selling) an obscene amount of shares & continues to recklessly dilute the company to the detriment of the shareholders.
Until this scenario changes and dilution ceases to be their MO, then we are screwed in perpetuity.
They are not reporting.
We are all making stuff up...until the company comes out & with their own mouth says ..."x." Until then, we keep up our "best guessing."
When it's all said and done, though, Wolf correctly read this one right down to the letter. I'm not thrilled w the outcome, but he correctly identified the very ugly dance and capitalized on it/us.
It's a game. Intellicell holds a lot of cards and continues to demonstrate a willingness to dilute because they are in survival mode, not in value for the investor mode. It is remarkably clear that they do not feel responsible to their investors OR they would be caring for all previous large $ investors. They don't. They are only interest in your next $5k (or whatever) and in those willing to keep pumping them.
Sooner or later, and I think before this makes me any return on my investment, this will reverse or worse. My 2 cents.
Did I not tell you guys this back in February when I had my rotator cuff surgery done at Andrews?
Larry, with respect...someone says this every few months. Something like ..."I think by X month" something will happen. It may not have been you, but last I read it was November. Come and gone.
This stock just in the "I'll believe it when I see it" category.
J
Where has a single clinic deal been inked and published?!?!?!?
What was it about replication and peer review that I said was confusing?
Has a single deal been inked and published? Has $ changed hands and have we been appropriately informed?
The FDA clears all sorts of stuff that ultimately doesn't work. It's an important step. So, I'd like to see the FDA documents AND peer reviewed papers regarding their procedure demonstrating the viability of their increased percentage of cells.
*IF* they have those two things, we can all go to the bank.
They need to confirm live/productive/viable cells. The cells probably need to happen with more than one machine for confirmatory purposes and the findings need to be replicated by a non-interested 3rd party.
IMO
I shouldn't have to "get on a mailing list." I hold roughly 40mil shares avgd down to about .0008 have let Frank know my current address, and...nothing.
This company should be making it easy for folks who invested $ to get info. So, instead, I'm reading the obvious signals.
They can change the obvious signals very easily.
BTW- none of this is directed at you, 29, but at Intellicell which can easily start publishing its status.
I'm guessing that *if* this stock ever recovers enough to produce adequate return, we won't see anything for about 3 years. So much financing problems to repair, too much research to catch up with (for which they have ZERO peer reviewed trials), no announced multisite purchases (which will be delayed without research to back up claims), on top of a company w a lengthy his of not turning in financials on time and avoiding communication w shareholders who ask reasonable questions. By report, there is abjectly inaccurate information on their very stale website & they've been down slumbering at "no-bid" for most of this year.
My opinion is that the first sign of life for this company will be a REAL peer-reviewed journal article regarding its current methodology with adequate statistical power that will support that it works at greater than .05 and hopefully 0.01 with no fudging with crazy stats.
Until they prove their method
Because so far, the PR has not been substantive. If they come out with peer reviewed journals that support their technique, the legal matters successfully abate, and they open new clinics that are verifiable, then perhaps the price per-share will increase. Until then, just about everything they say will be experienced as dubious.
I think the playboy interview was entirely unrelated to Intellicell.
Good lord why? I mean, I'm frustrated and I know that everyone has their breaking point...but at least why not .0002?
Curious.
He could help us by stopping the dilution!!!
Like a reverse split ....what a predictable and horrible idea.
The comparison of Apple and Intellicell is a stretch. Let's hope we can just make .01 someday without some sort of massive reversals in the interim.
By definition, dreams aren't reality. Realistic goals for this company would help everyone & reporting on their progress might as well. However, so long as their financing is Toxic and they continue to approve increasing dilution, this company's leadership does not reflect concern for shareholder (return).
Can someone please restrict 123fandango from posting blank pages?
Provided you believe this company is probably worth about $25million, that corrects the PPS to 0.003205128205128.
Ha!
Dreaming at its best.
Has anyone seen a stock come back from .0001 when the A/S is 250 billion???
Curious
That's exactly my point. They're continuing to dilute at .0001. This isn't helpful to raising the PPS!
Either way, lots less than $370 traded hands today.
I'd really like to be excited about this, but:
So long as there are BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of shares of A/S that the company can sell (and they are - I'm certain of it), the demand will never outstrip the supply. That's going to keep the value of the stock extremely low. Until they manage this ridiculous dilution that they created as a result of the toxic financing, we are trapped at some pretty crazy low PPS numbers. I don't care if they cure diabetes tomorrow, they have to solve the dilution issue.
My .0002 cents.
My own position is that such a position to hyperdilute this stock by the board was both understandable AND reckless. Yes, both. I understand why they did it and it was a reckless thing to do.
It's so remarkably diluted...does it matter? At this level of dilution, can the stock really move much?
Articles?
Several of us have called or emailed. Several of us cannot get them to return our calls. I wonder why? My own hypothesis is that we are among the group unwilling to give them more money, but would like to have questions answered.A very good friend of mine said that they are only interested in sheep, not people with independent minds.
Do whatever you like, it's your money. However, please make sure to ask poignant questions. I'd sure want to know a whole lot about their current financing, the status of the current board, the status of the current research (ask for copies of peer-reviewed research in major journals), and the current position that the board is taking with regard to reverse splits, reverse mergers, and any future dilution. Oh, and make sure that you find out about the status of the patents and the publication of the required financials as were required.
It would be so kind if you would post your new information to the board so the rest of us could learn. We don't seem to be getting this kind of information directly from the company.
I know I tend to come off a bit irritable and cranky with regard to this stock, but I wouldn't be this way if the leadership of Intellicell were compliant with the rules and responsible to its shareholders. They aren't so I am --- irritable and cranky.
My two cents and obviously only my opinion.
They end up selling the company for .0001 x 250billion shares and we all get screwed ...that's my worry now. $25 million to someone and the division to the stockholders is...tiny.
So this either takes a big jump on its own or the outcome to all of us is pretty obvious based purely upon a ridiculous level of dilution.
My opinion.
Osbuser - we all agree with this and I think we share the concern that the leadership has demonstrated poor judgment. Something new seems to be underway. Things can hardly get much worse for stockholders (.0001). So, let's just watch and see if this climbs. If it does, we can all celebrate together. If not, we're all back bitching about the same thing and nothing will have changed.
I'm tired of bitching and watching nothing change. This, at least, is more interesting. Do I "trust" it? Not yet.
Yes - because we've been kept out of the loop, we are missing a great deal. There has to be a lot more data re: nearly everything about this company (about which many of us have investing a lot of cash) that has been kept hidden under a blanket of secrecy for countless reasons.
I'm not happy about this. I'll be happy if I get a bunch of cash out of the deal. Satisfied if I don't get robbed blind, and pissed if I do. That pretty much sums it up.
Thank you for your transparency.
I read the entire document very long before you posted it. Getting a few pennies on the dollar is of zero interest to me and devastating any chance they MIGHT have of moving forward is not in my personal best interest? I don't believe an atty will give me any more $ than I might get otherwise get if I sold now. In fact...probably less...while they score more.
Talk about Salt in a wound. Makes me think...you are probably a class action lawyer...or closely connected.
I'll wait.
A good firm to take on a turnip? Come on... they've got no blood! We either wait and see if they can turn this around or take the loss. I'm as pissed as anyone, but the class action idea is completely absurd.
Completely.
Less toxic???
This is simply not accurate. In the MOST civil of manners, I and another investor here contacted Frank -repeatedly - either to be met w no response or a dodge. Occasionally the response promised an action that never occurred. Then, as you may all recall, the company named another group as their PR reps - though that contract was never actually inked. We got sent on a wild goose chase trying to get data, until one very kind male professional from that organization explained what he understood, that no actual PR agreement existed, and that we had been prematurely directed to their company for IR.
All this to say...we have been civil. What has NOT happened is that SVFC has not lived up to its side of the communication bargain. It makes little sense to continue to heap the responsibility for proper behavior to get the basic data on the investors, when they aren't guilty of having been reasonable. Put the blame where it belongs and expect better behavior from Intellicell. They are reaping what they've sown in terms of their investor relationships!
