I shouldn't have to "get on a mailing list." I hold roughly 40mil shares avgd down to about .0008 have let Frank know my current address, and...nothing.

This company should be making it easy for folks who invested $ to get info. So, instead, I'm reading the obvious signals.

They can change the obvious signals very easily.

BTW- none of this is directed at you, 29, but at Intellicell which can easily start publishing its status.
