I am bullish on this stock, but I understand why there is frustration with the stock price over the past 2 years ish.
I totally agree, when I challenged, I made that statement back to them and asked if that’s what it was saying and they didn’t respond. I took their responses to imply revenue would be significant. How else can they justify this news as massive. Just my two cents.
I don’t know if dryworld will get a million dollars or not, but I thought that is what dryworld was stating/implying.
Not directed at you, but you have to admit some do post statements and portrait them as fact when in reality they are not facts but opinions. Imo
lol, I highly doubt that. Imo
Yeah but did anyone notice in this quarterly filing that Minsky’s convertible notes no longer show in the detail section. The annual said they couldn't be substantiated, and I’m guessing they said sorry minsky, no shares for you! lol imo.
Consulting fees shouldn’t be pcg since they just announced the engagement. I would think they have not been involved to this point, that being said, consulting fees is likely Matt, Brian and barret salaries, but it may not be only those three. It could be the other people mentioned in corp updates/PRs. Burak, Claudio, heck, I don’t even know who the gentlemen was who was quoted from dryworld in the rugby league PR. May be it’s auditor fees, who knows. All I hope is that we get some clarity soon. Imo
Have to churn through the convertible
Debt shares and flippers. Imo
So you must have connections with FINRA or work for them? How else would you know it will NEVER happen? Imo
Can’t lie, it’s hard to enjoy with the share price where it is.
See you answered the question. lol. Time now will tell.
Let me show you how to answer a question. I asked a question and you won’t answer other than “it will never happen” but my question was… If they do get it done what will you say then?
So now I will answer your question. I don’t have the first damn clue. It is a disappointment. That being said they said they have engaged an audit firm/cpa. Does that mean it is certain to get done? I don’t know. I want the company to put out an update and let us know what’s going on, but I am not the company and I like many want it to get done, but I can’t do it for them. All I can do is wait and see, yes it has been 3 years. I don’t have the answers. Why people on this board talk with certainty when they comment is ludicrous. One could be right, one could be wrong, but to say something will never happen is acting as if it’s fact and it’s not. Imo
Come on, you have already said it will never be done, so IF one is done what will be said then? Hypothetical of course.
Maybe, ive been in public companies that have audits take 3 months and they have a full accounting team. I think it will all depend on how well the books were kept and the questions the auditors ask and require. Hopefully, the company will I’ll provide an update. We desperately need some information. Imo
Who said it only takes 6 weeks?
Preferred Es covert to .001 of the fully diluted, so if dryworld has convertible debt, warrants and preferred As, those all have to be factored in. So more than likely the preferred Es with the preferred D’s will be more than half of this amount…it’s how they maintain control of the company and as long as the preferred don’t get get converted they willl always have more than 50% ownership/voting rights. Imo
So here is a legit accounting question. When 10 million shares (at that time was between 2-4 cents) get issued as a form of compensation, is there an off setting expense on the income statement? Couldn’t that be part of the consulting expense? I believe the answer is yes, what do you think? Imo
Nice 100 share sell into the bid. A whopping 46 cent trade. Lol
Sorry I misunderstood your post then, you said we would be in trips in February if they dropped the ball on the audit. The only financials coming out before February is the annual.
You are assuming the annual will be audited. They never provided a date of completion (this time). They announced engaging a cpa firm in November I think . Imo
So you made a killing shorting it when it was in the 50-70 cent range? Nice work.
You don’t think we are going to see the 250k for the next 2 years?
We know they have min of $250k a year for the next two years, and im guessing it will be more. Time will tell. Imo
Dryworld has a new ambassador. Trente Jones, university of Michigan football player.
I understand that is your opinion. You are entitled to it. We don’t know if they issued shares to raise capital, if it was debt conversion or why they were issued. I prefer to wait to see the facts. You may be right, but only the company can inform us or we have to wait for the filings
Again, opinions vary on that as well, we don’t know enough about the rugby league deal. What revenue number would the deal have to generate to be considered massive? Everyone would say something different, but for the company who hasnt generating a lot of revenue to date, anything above 500k a year may be massive to them. Have to wait and see I guess Imo
I think it’s progress, but the revenue has been disappointing up until the last quarter. Hope it continues. I think the evaluation on their honesty is different depending on the person, but I want to remain positive. Imo
Then you understand why some are disappointed. I’m a long and I’m holding and have been holding. I don’t blame the company for not selling when the stock was higher, that’s on me. I’m holding and continue to hold a large chunk of shares, so I’m a supporter. I just know why some are upset based on publicly communicated company deadlines and deliverables vs reality. I too think the future is bright, but the last two years have not been good. Imo
You are obviously new here, so welcome. That being said if you think longs don’t have a right to feel let down by the company/this stock, you haven’t done enough research. The good news is they should be getting the audit done and the recent rugby league deal should help improve revenue. Imo
Depends on your definition of dilute. They said they were issuing shares for brio and ambassadors. They put out a PR/filing for reg A that said they would sell shares and it was a lot more than 30 million. I haven’t seen a or where they would say they would sell into the open market. Imo
So the last time the reg A shares were issued how did you know they were reg A shares? They never publicly stated they issued reg a shares (but shares issued increased) until they filed their quarterly. My point is they have issued plenty of PRs or notice that the share count was going to increase. We Know they are trying to raise money. Reg a shares are not restricted. You said they don’t communicate that shares were going to increase, and I’m saying they announced it was going to increase multiple times. So when did the company say they were issuing shares directly into the market? There is Nothing publicly stated by the company saying they were selling into the open market. Maybe they are or maybe they aren’t, but anyone who says they are or aren’t is sharing an opinion, not a fact. Imo
Doesn’t the reg A qualify as a notice for potential share issuance? Didn’t the brio deal announce shares would be issued as part of the deal. Didnt the ambassador announcement provide a schedule of how many shares would be issued based on followers? They have provided some notice. The financial filings show the convertible debt, I’m not making excuses for the company, but the only question is why now, and it seems logically its convertible debt, but we don’t know. Imo
Why does a company go public? If you did due diligence, it was obvious they did it to raise money. What is a reg A? It’s notice that they will be selling shares. They had inherited convertible debt and took on some of their own. Everyone is acting all shocked that shares are being issued. All the information was right in front of us. The only concern I have right now is why are these shares being issued now. We know there were shares for brio deal, we know ambassadors get shares, we know that convertible debt can cause shares to be issued. What everyone is assuming is the company is selling shares in the open market, and truthfully we don’t know. Why would they sell in the open market at their lowest price point? They could have done that when we were in the 30-50 cent range. That being said, I think the company could help resolve by addressing. Imo
I think Classic is the kit supplier for the hurricanes. Adidas I think is the all blacks
Apparently Nothings is wrong. I just don’t like losing money, so it’s all great.
They are selling more than just compression.
I knew what it said, but apparently others didn’t., when someone says shit is being made up, they need to explain why they attacked someone about a post. It clearly states historical sales were 7 figures. Which means the opportunity is millions.
It’s not even the same company. If dryworld had and good relationship with minsky why would they be contesting his preferred shares?
I answered that question with my original post.
So what did the PR say about historical sales for this deal were?
