Why does a company go public? If you did due diligence, it was obvious they did it to raise money. What is a reg A? It’s notice that they will be selling shares. They had inherited convertible debt and took on some of their own. Everyone is acting all shocked that shares are being issued. All the information was right in front of us. The only concern I have right now is why are these shares being issued now. We know there were shares for brio deal, we know ambassadors get shares, we know that convertible debt can cause shares to be issued. What everyone is assuming is the company is selling shares in the open market, and truthfully we don’t know. Why would they sell in the open market at their lowest price point? They could have done that when we were in the 30-50 cent range. That being said, I think the company could help resolve by addressing. Imo
