As usual, NITE is heavy on the ask, as are CSTI and ETRF. They've been dropping the Asks all day. Is this shorting, basic selling from holders, or both? Any help, appreciated...
Go, Go, BLTA!
Do you think that BLTA would risk messing things up with the FAA by putting out a PR just to please shareholders? No way! Not going to happen until FAA signs off on a given procedure. Yes, it sucks not to know the facts about test, but it is what it is. Long-term shareholders here know that.
Still, patience is the name of the game!
GLTA!
Oops! Missed the biggest day! I stand corrected...
Still holding my breath however until we have OFFICIAL verification.
Say your prayers before bedtime tonight! :)
It's either one of two scenarios:
1) Management I'm sure must get the "blessing" to disclose publicly the results if deemed OK by the FAA
Or
2) Press release is ready to go and since they passed (we think), they have already received approval to issue release.
The BLTA phone line will be hot tomorrow from inquisitive shareholders, and hopefully some media. Although the official certification and /or start of ticket sales commencing would definitely get coverage in NY area, airline trade publications, and some following by new investors through places like legit stock newsletters.
From a multi-year BLTA shareholder...looks like we will definitely take flight after mini-evac & ditching is behind us. Tomorrow and Friday should be interesting!
Congrats to all!!!
Let's not attract a crowd until after the hoped passing of the test. There will be plenty of time to attract a crowd, but not until after the thumbs up.
GLTA!
I'm nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs!!
I think (and hope!) we continue to see more updates from the Company in the next several weeks as project completion gets closer. The public float for VVIT is incredibly low, so any up volume, and we should move up in a hurry. I've got the CEO's ear, and things look promising. Word has got to spread however, and bring in some new blood to get the PPS moving up, as it has done recently. I'm a long-time shareholder, and VVIT's day is coming IMO.
Hang in there!
Barry buying stock? Very interesting and encouraging! Barry has never been the optimist at BLTA these last many years. And the fact he bought this week, makes me wonder. He already has a ton of stock. And now he's actually putting his money where his sometimes rude mouth is.
Like many here, it was discouraging to here of a delayed Test till "end of February" and the pps fallout of such a delay. But now we are less than 2 weeks till D-Day, and no other than Barry steps up. Very encouraging indeed!
GLTA!
One thing has always been a constant, Barry needs classes in People Skills and Investor Relations to be sure. He has always been a jerk, as I've talked to him numerous times before. He leaves you coming away thinking "Did I just get treated that way?!" So, I don't ask for "Mr. Personality" anymore.
I did talk to someone else yesterday and yes, the mini-evac is set for later this month. I was assured that the plane will be ready, the crew will be ready, and that the Company is frustrated right now, as they simply cannot say a word about the test details due to the FAA telling them not to publicly comment about it. They (BLTA) are not about to jeopardize anything right now for the sake of a press release. Makes sense. Frustrating yes, but it makes sense. If they pass mini-evac later this month, proving flights will immediately commence with a 50 or 100 hour requirement, depending on how the test goes in the eyes of the FAA. Ticket sales will also commence immediately, assuming test goes as planned. So pray and keep those fingers crossed!
GLTA!
Don't worry, NITE and a few other notorious short players will continue to put up large blocks on the Ask. The only time this will change IMO is when the Company has good cert. news to report. We are close however...
The Company, when it comes to FAA Certification, can only put out what the FAA deems allowable to put out via a press release. This is according to an insider. BLTA has to walk a very fine line in regards to public info and the FAA. They don't want to in any way muddy a relationship with the FAA just so they can put out a PR for investors. I hear what you're saying, but as a former IR pro, I understand their position.
GLTA!
Where do I find that info? Thanks!
Years of waiting, and I'm talking 7+ years! I think this will FINALLY happen! Had my own IR Firm for 14 years, and actually worked with BLTA in the earlier, more depressing days!
If successful tonight, and FAA gives the green light for public dissemination (Press Release), I would actually prefer an 8:00 A.M. release on that golden day. And shoot that news everywhere! If it were available Friday afternoon, that's too late for release IMO. Much like politics in Washington, the only news released is BAD news just before the weekend, to bury it. So when our GREAT news is ready, blast it just before the market open. Then...BOOM! I am anxious as anyone, but let's do this right!
GLTA!
When I spoke to HQ early last week, my contact there stated that during proving flights, tickets can go on sale. Not sure if he was dead on about that or not, but I'm sure it's in some FAA documentation somewhere. That's about all I know, although he did mention he figured on evac late this week, and proving flights to begin immediately after evac test. I've waited YEARS for this, and I think we're here. Good luck on test tonight, and my guess is PR Early next week announcing completion. I would much rather have them put out any good news at the start of a week, as opposed to late on a Friday. Next week could be a doozy!
GLTA!
Maybe Gold had a "Road To Damascus" (St. Petersburg) moment and those that he harassed (us longs) were now thought of as brothers. Let him go forth and spread the gospel of truth!
GLTA BLTA longs!
I agree wholeheartedly! Talked to a member of mgmt the other day, and all is well. Next week is when we will see news IMO, then proving flights, which is the last step and the selling of tickets can begin during the latter part of proving flights, which will take roughly 2 solid weeks so I am told.
Long time shareholder (10+ years), and while I've seen the lows over that time, things are finally looking strong!
GLTA!
According to chart, we hit the highest price since early August. And today, things look much more positive fundamentally than in August.
Level II looks great at this moment! Hope it stays that way. I would be very happy at a close of $0.024 if we can get back and hold IMO.
Long and strong BLTA for 8+ years now!
Anyone know the last steps, and how long they typically take for FAA Cert?
Long and strong for 10 years
Doesn't surprise me about Barry contacting you. I have been a shareholder for 10+ years now and stay in contact with them pretty often. On one occasion about 6 months ago, I questioned Barry about lift off projections and he was pissed I was very direct with my questioning and was downright rude to me. I was shocked to say the least. But, I have been keeping my eye on the prize knowing certification would finally come this year after their move to Michigan. And we are so close now that there is finally the maiden voyage in sight! The fact that they are saying publicly about the Sept. 30 projection is new and very promising. To bail out now is pure lunacy! It's like selling shares of a movie studio just prior to their blockbuster movie premiere. No idea why the move lower right now as Russia isn't an issue as they will concentrate on Eastern Europe. Hang in there and wait for a reversal before adding to any position. But to reiterate, the payday is near...FINALLY!
GLTA!
Definitely old material from early 2013. TAUG does have an interest in GNIN and owns shares in them. GNIN has been a major disappointment due to a financing they did last year that has driven share price down even though Company (GNIN) has had great news these last 9 months. I asked Seth about TAUG's involvement with GNIN and he said he wished a deal was never done between the 2 company's. Not sure how many shares are owned by TAUG, but I don't think it's anything crazy. Would still be a "bonus" for TAUG if GNIN were to run. Only way that is going to happen however is if GNIN gets out from underneath their financing deal. Check them out however...they have a solid business plan with competent, experienced management. So who knows? As I said though, it's just a bonus if something were to come of the deal struck in early 2013.
GLTA!
Long and Strong TAUG since $.0009!
A buy-out wouldn't surprise me a bit sometime down the road if Pilus tests go well. The EPA is behind this 100% which doesn't hurt. The Pilus technology is where the money is, not the MJ factor. It certainly helps, and if it wouldn't, the Company wouldn't have pursued this deal, particularly given the scary downturn we have seen in the sector over the past 3 months. While the Pilus technology may not sound "sexy", and MJ does ( at least it used to), it has been the foundation for the Company. There are things going on behind the scenes, and with the lack of news regarding it, it hasn't helped the stock. So keep your eye on the prize that is coming for true investors as opposed to flippers. I'm here for the long term assuming the current management & advisors remain in place. And there is no reason to think anything to the contrary. It was a "Maalox Moment" with the drop thanks to a BS rumor, but that's the world of stock investing, particularly the penny stocks! Hang in there...
I got a message from Seth and he said someone spread a false rumor. He concluded his note to me and said "All is Good".
Whoever dumped their shares should be kicking their own ass right about now.
Long and strong since $0.0008!
Keep the faith!
Thank you! We may now resume our way UP!
Long and Strong For 8 Years Now...Boy, Am I Tired!
To the person or persons sitting on the Ask with 2+ million shares...will you please move your ass!
Slow we go, up, up, up!
GO BLTA!
All aboard this party train! But it could get very volatile, so hold on and believe! Great business plans with a great mgmt team, plus very smart advisors. This should be at a minimum of $0.10! I've been a holder since .003
Saw news from yesterday regarding Steward training. This is going to happen guys, and finally there is light at the end of this tunnel! We're not far off now till liftoff. Stock should soar along with the 747.
GLTA!
Long and strong BLTA!
Level 2 is looking nice for a change. Hope it stays that way to move this back up.
LONG TAUG!
GLTA!
Yeh, let's file a worthless suit just as they are close to launch...ludicrous.
I've been a shareholder for about 7 years now, and have been riding the disappointments all the way. But, we are definitely close now, closer than we have ever been. And the tough part of the certification process is behind us. The more word gets out about BLTA the higher this will go IMO. And that is starting NOW...
Stay long!
GLTA!
Finally!! Let's get this ball rolling on up!
You got that one right! LOL! Truly ridiculous. What other penny stock has a mgmt team like this with so much potential?! Show me, cause I'd like to see it. Who in the hell would be dumping at these levels?! Gotta be driving Seth nuts!
This Company continues to impress. Their Advisory Board, Directors, and Officers is a "who's who" list of the best of the best. Talk about smart, proven, and seasoned individuals. For the TAUG investor, as opposed to a flipper, this is great news and reaffirms my positive impression of the Company. Again, a job well done on the part of TAUG management! They continue to build a world class organization, one person at a time and one deal at a time. My congratulations to them and to all that invest in TAUG!
Thank you for your comment! Just trying to help us all. And for the cheerleaders out there...GO KNSC! :)
Thank you. Seems there are many on this board that get all in a tizzy and get defensive when there is some sound advice given to broaden the reach of this company. Not sure why. I am long this stock at higher levels, and if the company can do something to reach more potential investors, then they should do it for the benefit of ALL. Not sure what the future holds, and whether or not this company is fully legit. My only point was, and to the angst of some, is that they shouldn't solely rely on social media to get the word out. When a company has news, they put it on a well-known news wire. The fact that they are out of Canada shouldn't matter. It's just discouraging to see that when I click on "news" for a company on TD and others, it says "no news available", when according to Twitter posts, there is news. I can click on my portfolio page on TD, and it will list all news from my stocks on one page. I shouldn't have to go to Twitter to see if the company has had a release out. I had my own IR firm for a number of years, and I would strongly encourage any client company to use a major news wire service. Just basic common sense. Again, it can't hurt and benefits us all if more potential investors are made aware of corporate developments. This could lead to more buying, less selling, and as a result, stronger support of the stock. Something sorely needed right now! So enough of the bashing because I question the company and suggest a way they could do things better. I thought this is a place to exchange our views and observations.
Thanks again!
Yeh, God forbid someone has something constructive to say that would benefit all. Should I have just posted the same 'ol, same 'ol "GO KNSC!"??
Again, for the hundredth time...time for this publicly traded company to grow up and reach out. Do you not find it frustrating when thinking of potential investors, that there is NO news stories on stock summary pages of E-Trade, TD, Scottrade, etc. for KNSC? Don't you think it could and would likely HELP in attracting new investors? When I come across a new company on TD, the first thing I search for and click on is "NEWS". If there is NOTHING there, I assume that there isn't much happening with the company I am researching, and I move on. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having KNSC press releases listed on brokerage & quote sites. If it reaches more potential investors, that's a GOOD thing! Social media is not a "be all, end all" for a publicly traded company to keep shareholders and POTENTIAL shareholders informed of corporate developments. It should be an "add-on" and not the ONLY means of communication. How is that so difficult to understand??!
Yes, in hind-sight, it looks that way. But it is an industry that is booming and will continue to do so as more states allow medical MJ which is happening now. Seth sought them out due to their (Doc Greens) very transparent history and the money they're bringing in. There were many suitors for Docs, but mgmt opted to go with TAUG. Docs is a cash cow and their future has never looked brighter. Once deal is done, it will add immediate revenues to TAUG which they will need to expand their Pilus technology. I think it was a brilliant move, and unfortunately for now at least, the public MJ sector has experienced a major setback due to the highly publicized stock halts. Once the dust settles, the creme of the crop will rise and TAUG will be right there to partake. They have been extremely transparent with everything they have done, so I'm not concerned with TAUG suffering the same fate as the companies that had their stock halted. It has temporarily halted the big momentum that MJ companies have experienced this year, but I think it is temporary. It still sucks for everyone involved, but MJ is here to stay and continue to grow.
Yes, good point on the new money needed to get this moving up again. The upcoming news regarding Anhauser-Busch should be a doozy. And from what I learned last night, that is "not far off". AB is a giant. And giant companies have legal teams that must review each proposed test such as the one already announced, but it takes time. Anything legal such as this, doesn't happen overnight. Huge amounts of legal documents must be drawn up, reviewed by both parties, corrections made, and resubmitted before anything official. A company as big as AB doesn't care about the stock of a small company and the ramifications of time in getting it done. So it's not a matter of "if", but "when". And to reiterate, such an agreement is "not far off". TAUG should fly once this is officially blessed by the Worlds Largest Brewer, and made public. Management at TAUG is working hard on it, so it will happen. Seth is extremely frustrated with the MJ crackdown by the SEC, to put it mildly. It has cut the share price in half since the highs, and he worked his as# off to get where they are. Just temporary in my and his opinion. And he has been dead on about everything else he has set out to do including a stock deal at .06, when the stock was at a lower price w/ momentum going down. Very impressive IMO! Not many penny stocks have the ability to pull that one off! Our patience will be rewarded, and sooner rather than later IMO.
Hang in there and keep your eye on the prize!
Company has done a lousy job of getting news out to the masses. As I have said before, they need to use a credible news wire service that is picked up by all brokerage firms and quote sites. When I click on "NEWS" on the TD Ameritrade page for KNSC, it says "No News Found" and yet they have had updates put out, but not on a major Newswire. This is basic and is very frustrating! How are newbies going to find news if it isn't listed on brokerage and/or quote sites? They're not. And no, cost shouldn't be an issue. A PR can be released on a major Newswire for minimal $$. There are so many stocks trading under .001, that have absolutely nothing going on, and KNSC sounds at least they have good potential. I know the MJ scare has affected them, much like other companies in the sector, but to see it cut in half in such quick fashion, I think could have been avoided at least a bit, if they made news that was easily accessible. A Twitter update isn't the same as a "Safe Harbor" disclosure news release on a major Newswire. The next time someone talks with the Company's IR rep, could they relay this point? Again, common sense. And yes, I am long at much higher levels.
GLTA!
Well, good luck to us both. Scratching that lottery ticket!
Hope you're right. With the opinions on this Company, it's either love 'em or hate 'em. No middle ground here. I'm going strictly on the charts and looking for a possible rebound.
