Energytec Updates East Texas Project Sales Efforts; 2006 Operating Plan Under Way
DALLAS, Jan 11, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Energytec, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: EYTC) announced today that it has received several expressions of interest and invitations to negotiate the sale of certain of its East Texas Projects during the last quarter of 2005. Two offers have been made and are being reviewed by Management.
Chairman and CEO Frank W Cole said, "We are pleased with the level of interest in our Trix-Liz, Sulphur Bluff and Redwater Projects as represented by the due diligence efforts and these offers. However, we began this process with certain objectives in mind both as to the total sales consideration and specifically the amount of cash consideration. For example, every well we have drilled in Trix-Liz since 2003 is a successful producing well. There are 25 additional wells to be drilled there, nine for our partners and 16 for our own account. In addition to sales of oil, we are close to beginning gas sales in Trix-Liz for the first time. As a result, we placed a value on that Project to which we remain committed."
Chairman Cole continued, "Similarly, our efforts in Sulphur Bluff are resulting in drilling successes. We have drilled three new in-fill wells. They are all from various intervals in the Paluxy Formation, and both gas and oil are present in commercial quantities. These results are being evaluated, and we see continuing validation of the reasoning behind purchasing this field. At Redwater, we have begun remediation work on several of the existing wells and a new exploratory well will spud this month. Our new drilling rig, Rig Number 15, has been newly refurbished and has completed its first drilling assignment. It will now move to Redwater for a continuous drilling program for most of 2006.
"Even as we evaluate the offers, we nonetheless are moving ahead with our 2006 operating plan. This plan envisions a capital budget in excess of $25,000,000 involving 30 new wells, 24 work-overs, 10 dual completions in Trix-Liz, and various other projects to increase our production and output to record levels of oil and gas revenues in 2006. As a result, our intentions remain to sell one or more projects, but only if the cash consideration and other terms are acceptable. If the offers are not acceptable, we will continue to build the Company through production growth and selective acquisitions currently being evaluated. We have engaged experienced oil and gas investment advisory support to support the sales effort but we will not short-change our stockholders by leaving money on the table when we know the realizable value of our properties."
Chairman Cole further announced that the Company's Wyoming Project spin- off plan is being finalized, and that details are expected to be forthcoming in an announcement before the end of next week.

Good luck, Joyc
Hooray!!!
CWYR just got approved for the bulletin Board.
Good luck all, Joyce
My broker says, very soon.
Every thing has been filed with the SEC and Kim is kind of savvy when it comes to the stock market. He has been a broker, check out his resume at the company site.
http://www.coloradowyomingreserve.com/
BTW
They have a home page, now. http://www.coloradowyomingreserve.com/
Good luck to you, Joyce
Nothing yet
but I have been assured, things are moving along. Everything has been submitted to the SEC. Hope to be hearing something soon. In the mean time, the price of the stock is staying very affordable. There isn't much available, though.
Kim has talked to my broker and he says all the filings are in, so it's a matter of time, now. As soon as we get more MM's we will be in good shape. The one we have manipulates the price of the stock horribly. Looking good today, of course I tried to buy at $1.45, still is open and will be for months.
We are so close on both stocks.
Hope all of you guys are high, dry and safe, Joyce
US
The week before last, I was fed up with CWYR and I called my broker to tell him that I had made a healthy profit and wanted out. He told me "don't do it". Things are happening and we will be greatly compensated for hanging in there in a couple of weeks. I sent him the post that you sent me from the SEC. He said that it was very old and he has been to Grand Junction and kicked the wheels, so to speak. Kim has a lot going for him, property wise and saavy. I have to stay with the guy that brung me, he has made me a very rich lady. There is no one I trust more than he and he believes CWYR is a very good investment. It is a good sign that we now have a web site. Do what you will, what are you in for and if you can't take the stress, sell, you probably have already made a profit.
Luck to you, Joyce
Luck to you
We now have a web site!!!!

Good luck to all, Joyce
US,
My broker won't be back until Monday. I have forwarded your posts. I will let you know what he says.
Luck to You, Joyce
I copied your post
and sent it to my broker. I will let yo know what he says. I am leaving for Las Vegas this morning, will be back Wednesday night.
Good luck, Joyce
Sorry!
My son and daughter in law have been visiting. They just went back to Tennessee yesturday afternoon.
So here goes, Kim Furst, owner and CEO of the company, has a great deal of property and leases. He is very "savvy" when it comes to getting on a an exchange. He has filed and might even get on before EYTC. Don't quote me on that, though. There are only 10 million shares of this company and he has two. That is why it is so hard to buy. Also there is only one MM and he manipulates the price, it's infuriating. But that will change when we get on the exchange. There are two wells hooked up to a pipeline that needs some repair. My broker says it's a go, so I am in. Some othere people on the EYTC message board have have spoken with Kim and all believe it is a good investment. We will have to see but I started buying at .25 and .35 all the way to $2.05. I am still buying.
I think right now energy is the place to be and the small companies are going to be the best investments.
I know I probably didn't answer all your questions but I just do what my broker says to do and he has made me very rich at least on paper.
Good luck, Joyce
Just got more!
I have had an open bid for $1.60 for two months and it hit today, lucky me.
Good luck all, Joyce
Soon!!!!!!
I have heard nothing but I have had a buy in @$1.60 for the last month. No one will sell any to me at that price. Weird!
Everything is fine as far as Kim can see. Just another waiting game. Patience!
Joyce
In response to your question, CWYR will be sending in (15C211) to the SEC Wednesday the 3rd of August. This will allow them to get on the bullitan board. Then there will be more MM's for this company. So we won't be manipulated so easily (stock price)and we will get off the "Gray". Things are moving along very well now. Two wells hooked up to the pipe line and permission to drill more.
Good luck to you, hope your having an easier time getting your buys in, I have had a buy in for 3 weeks at $1.60, it went to $1.50 today and I still didn't get mine in.

I have had an order to buy for two weeks and can't get mine filled either. I think if we uped the offer we could but I'm not. I have a fairly large position and am not going to play the one MM's game. I don't like being manipulated. I really believe in this stock and I know that both wells are hooked up to the pipeline. Kim has sent all the papers needed to the SEC. It's just a matter of time until we are listed. In the mean time, I am going to play golf. See, I not worried.
Good luck, Joyce

Word from Kim
One well is hooked up to the pipe line and they have filed. Don't know anything else. I guess we will hear news soon. Stay cool, Joyce
Just a little day trip
Went down to San Diego (Harrah's). Got back at 5:30 pm my time. Spent Tuesday night there. Will talk to you soon, hopefully with some good news.
Later, Joyce
Thanks
I don't think anyone is mad at you. At least no one is teling me that. This is a great little stock, I memtioned it to you and mom at the meeting, remember. It is real hard to get shares though. Keep researching, it'll keep your mind off the value of the stock, remember it isn't the price of the stack but the value of the properties.
Good luck to you & mom, Joyce
Where is everyone?
I thought you guys wanted a message board. There hasn't been much news but there will be soon.
Have a great day, Joyce
You can't buy it
at $1.65, I tried. Had to pay $1.80. There is someone out there selling, though. The only person making money is the MM who is raping the seller and then holding out for $2.00 or better. There is no reason for the drop in price, everything looks good for the company.
Again, luck to you, Joyce
I am posting this site to give you a little background on this company. It is a small company with a great deal of property. At this time, I don't think we should be anywhere but in energy. Good luck, Joyce

Congratulations! You found me. I tried to get a board on Raging bull to no avail. If I get any information about CWYR, I will post it here. Right now waiting for the announcement that we have "hooked up" to the pipe line. I know we have. Another waiting game.
Good luck to you all, Joyce
