pitadog: Public posting that you have received inside information is a very dumb thing to do especially if what he/she predicted does in fact happen several people could be in big trouble!
I have surgery mid-November to remove 5 lesions on chest/abdomen, and one more cancer reconstruction surgery December 15th then hopefully I've finished with my second battle with cancer.
WolfofMj: That is a real good way to get:...
knock knock
who is there?
The SEC and the FBI open the door now!
Click Click( sound of handcuffs going on ) you will be coming with us downtown for an interrogation.
Silvertip: Thank you for the very kind words. In all honesty and in a kind, calm, and businesslike manner ( in case Frank is reading this he will know that I'm not yelling and this post is nothing more than business communications for the future growth and prosperity of the company ). Frank owns so many shares of WLGC stock that if someone else would take the helm and make this company profitable the increase in the pps Frank will financially do extremely well. Heck Frank could do so well that his working days would be over and he could just kick back and enjoy what years our Savior Jesus has left for him here. Geeeezzzz Silvertip, Frank could even sign a pre-employment agreement/contract with the new President/CEO stipulating that there must be a certain percentage increase in Revenues, Net Income, and an increase in stock pps within a certain amount of time (e.g. 12 or 18 or 24 months etc. etc.). Additionally it could be stated in the contract that if these pre-employment established goals are not obtained then the new President/CEO will voluntarily terminate his/her employment with no termination compensation. In all honesty this would be a win, win, win possibility; a win for Frank, a win for the company, and a win for the stockholders. With the current state of the company; financially, the lack of respect for the company in this sector/industry, and the discouraged stockholders things cannot get much worse short of the company filing for bankruptcy. I think that it may be possible for the new President/CEO to be awarded shares of stock in lieu of part of his/her initial salary if the company does not have the financial resources to pay him/her the normal salary for such a position in a growth company that has stumbled for many years. As Revenues/Net Income starts to increase the new President/CEO could be immediately awarded a percentage of the Net Income in addition to the shares of stock. I'm sure there is an executive out here somewhere that already has the financial resources that would enable him/her to work for Limited/No initial salary until things start to turn around for WLGC. A hot running Executive that thrives on such a challenge to turn around a $0.08 pps stock into a well known, respected, and possibly being The Next Microsoft type of company.....yes Frank such a person is out here!
So fellow stockholders; what am I missing? what am I overlooking? do you agree that such a business decision is possible? What is the downside(s) of such a business decision? In my opinion, unless something very positive occurs real soon by WLGC's most recent attempt to go after the numerous infringements on their Intellectual property rights I don't see any future for WLGC and I can see the possibility of a bankruptcy filing in the not too distant future!
Thank you ever so much for your most valuable time in reading this long bloviating post! I only make such long posts recently because of the continual and never ending stumbling by WLGC and the responsibility for this continual stumbling must be placed on Frank's desk because he is the man at the helm!/b]
Sincerely, Senior Chief
I have held shares in WLGC since 2004 and although I did sell a little over 100,000 shares in the $3.00 and some odd cents to the $4.00 and some odd cents pps area I have never been completely out of this stock. I have known some WLGC investors for a long time and I have the utmost respect for some of them like Tounces that in my opinion he is a man of Honor and Integrity! When Tounces tells me something on the phone, in emails, or when I see his posts I pay close attention to what he is saying because I know the type of man that he is! Obviously like many here I have talked with Frank that I can't count how many times over these many years. At one time I had a lot of respect for Frank. Since I started increasing my holdings in this stock in early 2014 I've talked with Frank on the phone and I have exchanged email with Frank. I have to say that I have very little if any respect for Frank anymore. I firmly believe that if Frank would listen to what Tounces would have to say about growing the company and increasing the pps that WLGC would be far more successful and the shareholders would be a lot happier. There is also a Senior Executive Stock Broker with a Tier 1 well known Brokerage Firm ( sorry I will not publish his name or the firm because I don't have his permission and it would be totally inappropriate for me to do that even if I had his permission ) that I have known for decades and at one time was my broker that I have a lot of respect for! This company would be more successful and the pps would be a lot higher if Frank would have listened to this brokers recommendations/suggestions! For the life of me I will never understand why Frank will not implement the sound advise given to him time and time again by very successful individuals that know how to promote and execute a business plan for the future growth and prosperity of a new fledging company! In my opinion WLGC has some very strong patents but these patents are worthless without executive level company management that known how to grow the company and to protect the company intellectual property rights. I don't know if Frank has a hidden agenda but in my opinion it is obvious to the most casual observer that based upon past performance that Frank has mismanaged this company and he has no idea how to make this company grow and be prosperous. If you are reading this Frank ( and I have reason to believe that you do read the posts here on occasion ) it is long past time for you to give control of WLGC to a an experienced executive level accomplished manager! Come on Frank with the number of WLGC shares that you have you can have a substantial financial gain by letting someone else make WLGC profitable with an increase in the pps that you will see! Sincerely, Senior Chief
pitadog:
I copy/paste the article ( see below ). Thanks for the welcome back, I have one more cancer reconstruction surgery on December 15th and then this round of fighting cancer should be done.
1. Inhaling your drink - literally
There was a time when "inhaling a drink" simply meant an individual was downing their spirit of choice, perhaps a bit too quickly. Now with Vapshot available to masses, you can instantly convert our favorite alcoholic beverages into a vapor and, well, inhale them.
The company website explains, "When served (the vapshot), the customer twists open the cap whereby it will 'pop' similar to uncorking a bottle of champagne and then a portion of the spirits will instantly vaporize, which can be consumed through a straw."
Normally when you take a drink of alcohol, it has to go through your mouth, down your throat, into your stomach, then intestines, and finally into your bloodstream to your lungs and brain. It stands to reason why this process requires a few minutes to catch a buzz. Inhaling vaporized liquor, on the other hand, helps you wet your whistle much faster.
And while it is hard to fathom the concept of actually "breathing down" a dirty martini, it is impossible no more. Gone are the days of midnight traffic stops being escalated with the simple question, "Have you been drinking tonight?"
Yes, I'm afraid things have just gotten a bit more complicated. Moving forward, maybe the question should be amended to, "Have you been drinking or inhaling alcohol tonight?"
Needless to say, the company gives solid evidence that Vapshot is safe. However, this is one of the inventions you'll have to decide for yourself is a good thing or a bad thing in the long run.
Not everything about technology is good, you know. Here are five things about technology that irritate me, and probably you too.

The only potential I want to see is Dollars to the bottom line! Geeeezzzzz Frank do something positive will ya!
Moderators - Please please I beg of you don't delete this. I had a mini-stroke Sunday night/Monday morning. Going in for my second cancer surgery September 2nd (first cancer surgery February 2013). Great people here and I'm oh so sorry to say I just canceled my premium membership and I may not be on here as much as in the past or at all it is all in God's hands. Please don't take offense but those inclined to do so please say a quick prayer for me. I'm so sad to leave such great people here some of which I consider my very close friends and almost like my Vietnam Special Operations Brothers in Arms! With tears in my eyes I so hope to read your posts and reply in the near future. Most Sincerely- you Friend and Brother to some, Senior Chief

Northwest 12: I agree. I firmly believe that if VCIG shares on day one are at $0.01 to $0.05 that this pps will not stay at that price for long and the pps will increase! I am unable to quantify or qualify my opinion on the pps other than to say I've heard several people state that their opinion is that VCIG pps is going to do better than MCIG pps and even though they will get a significant number of VCIG shares via the Dividend they intend to purchase more VCIG shares on the open as soon as the shares are available to trade. I expect that the MM/Brokerage Firms that hold MCIG shares will have their VCIG shares available for trading before us individual investors have our VCIG shares in our accounts and available for trading. Therefore for the first 2 to 29 days after the Dividend I believe that all or most of the shares traded with be shares put on the market for sale by the MM/Brokerage firms. I can't even venture a guess at what the VCIG pps will be on days 2 to 30 after the Dividend. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Privileged: As usual your forecast was Right On! Sincerely, Senior Chief
DrContango: I need to reply to your post better about WLGC. I have never been completely out of the stock since 2004, the reason for this is their valuable patents. My reply to this post was fast and not adequate the reason for this is my doctor called and I knew my cancer was back but the returning cancer is worse than I expected. Surgery is scheduled for September 2, 2014. Sincerely, Senior Chief
PR's and Financial Report - Does anyone know why I-Hub is not showing Press Releases and MCIG's 10-k filing today? Sure don't understand I-Hub showing PR's for other companies but not for MCIG. What is going on here? Thanks in advance members or I-Hub management for your reply. Sincerely, Senior Chief
DrC: Apology accepted and Ignore action reversed. We are all frustrated and I've been a shareholder since 2004. Have a good evening. Sincerely, Senior Chief
JB3136: Yep and I will be surprised if pps is not down tomorrow on this report! I'm still long the stock but disappointed in these financials!
Privileged: I'm sure that they already have also to be sure there is no future litigation against them for false advertising. Paul is smart enough to not overlook something as basic as this. I hope that you are doing well! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Yep Big T pushing this hard!
DrC: With all due respect my a$$! I don't appreciate your sarcastic post one bit. Sell the stock and move on if you are so hurt and quit insulting someone that just posted a PR! On Ignore for you!

MD-420: If you "guess" is accurate that sure does not speak well of I-Hub not providing a public PR released by a SEC fully reporting company.
Why is it todays PR shows on other websites but does not show on I-Hub?
mp49bran: Do I know Kim K? I saw a couple news clips of her parading around with few clothes on. Other than that nope and I have never heard of that "E" TV show that is mentioned in the PR. Sincerely, Senior Chief ( 70 years old so I qualify as one of those old folks).
JB3136: With that article published on Seeking Alpha when TRTC was trying to obtain the Nevada permits and the emails to the commissioners in Nevada making the permit decisions I hope that TRTC management/attorneys get the people involved in that intentional hatchet job against TRTC. In my opinion that was an intentional stock manipulation effort that obviously paid off for the individuals involved. I hope that those individuals are held civilly or criminally liable!
VegasPatrick: I started out with 9 different marijuana stocks and I recently sold all but two. I figured that I would have some losers but I thought that my winners would make up for the losers plus yield me a nice Capital Gain. The funds from selling the other 7 stocks I put all of those funds into these two marijuana stocks that I kept that look more like winners than the other 7. TRTC is one of the two that I selected to keep. I figured that TRTC will do great over a longer period of time than the other stock that I selected that will yield an acceptable profit for me in the short to intermediate time frame.
If you live in Vegas Patrick enjoy that wonderful town. From 1993 to 2008 when I was the VP of Operations for a resort in Lake Havasu City, AZ I went to Vegas every chance that I got. A jumping town providing the opportunity for a "Short Term Capital Gain" on the "Tables and at the Horse Racing Book" yep love that town!
Sincerely, Senior Chief
MD-420: Me too, I can't qualify or quantify it but I believe that when we get the VCIG sales, revenues, and net income that we are all going to be pleasantly surprised. Have a good evening. Sincerely, Senior Chief
jcshay56: It tells me that a lot of people expect this stock to take a nice bounce up with a smaller percentage of people just unsure what the next few weeks will hold for the pps.
pitadog: yep agree! My pet peeve is Naked Shorting shares and over many years being in the market since November 1966 I've had one broker and in two cases a VP and a Senior VP at Tier 1 brokerage firms tell me that "naked shorting goes on and the SEC seems to ignore it." I believe that naked shorting is one method of manipulating the pps of a stock. I have never shorted a stock and I never will. Sincerely, Senior Chief
GVInvestments: I'm long and strong also, first buy on March 24, 2014 and bought 19 times after that date and have not sold one share. Just frustrated with the pps.
Own the same two marijuana stocks. Geeeeezzzzz frustrating as all get out!
Rat Fink: In my opinion the Tobacco companies are not going to lose Market Share and they will do whatever they need to do to keep or increase market share and they have the money to do a takeover either friendly or a hostile buyout.
mrgreenjeans: I have no idea if delivering medications like pain medication that way will work or not but it seems logically that it would get the medication into the system faster than taking a pill. Seems like vaporing delivering being in-between orally or by IV and I'm thinking vaporing medication would work faster. Sincerely, Senior Chief
mrgreenjeans: They decided to just do a biopsy to determine what type of cancer I have so they know what type of surgery they will do and if I will also need to have a skin graft after the cancer is removed with skin taken from my hip. I'm waiting to hear now do I have Basel Cell Carcinoma or Melanoma. Doctor hoping for Carcinoma because he said Melanoma can be fatal. February 2013 cancer surgery was Carcinoma. Thanks for asking! Sincerely, Senior Chief
BubbalinDC: I-Hub did not post this Press Release. Why is that?
VCIG Dividend. Here is the PR about the two new VCIG's and the Dividend. Why didn't I-Hub post this PR?......
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-inc-launches-two-flavors-180000717.html
Strykerd: Very interesting post! I've been on strong pain medication every day since June 2005 due to several medical problems caused by my exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam. I'm wondering if taking pain medications in this manner would be more effective and more rapid rather than waiting for 45 minutes to 60 minutes for the pain medication to get to such a level in my system to stop the pain? Mornings are especially painful because the pain medications get out of my system while sleeping during the night so I can see where a few puffs when I first wake up just may stop the pain immediately rather than sitting in my recliner for an hour enduring the pain.
For MCIG Management: If you are reading this ( I'm told that you monitor this website ) please consider this possibility. I realize that the strong pain medications in this manner will have to be provided by a licenses pharmacy with a doctors prescription but I sure would like to take my pain medications this way if it helps with the pain sooner! People really don't understand having severe pain every day until you experience it! If you could get a patent on this "Delivery Method" it could be used for many different medications from many different pharmaceutical companies and MCIG/VCIG could get a royalty on each device sold.
Sincerely, Senior Chief
Highze: I shared some dialogue with Privileged today by private message after I read his post about the "Ton of Short MCIG Shares." I really don't understand why anyone is selling MCIG shares much less shorting the stock considering the content of yesterdays Press Release and with the VCIG Dividend IPO being just around the corner. It just doesn't pass the test of logic with me, so much so that I've asked myself several times after I read Privileged post, what the heck am I missing. I can see that it is highly possible that if VCIG opens at $0.01pps that in no time (e.g. seconds to a few minutes) for obvious reasons that have been posted here many times the VCIG shares could jump to $0.05, $0.10 pps or even higher. There is also justifiable reasons to believe that the way the VCIG shares are going to become available to trade in the individual investors brokerage account that it could take as long as 25 to 30 days from the first trading date for the shares to be available in the accounts and available to trade. I have read that IMO many MCIG stockholders intend to buy more VCIG shares over and above what they receive with the Dividend because they believe that VCIG pps will increase higher and faster than MCIG shares will, so this will just put more pressure on available VCIG shares to satisfy the buyers demand for shares....supply vs. demand (more buyers than sellers) will result in VCIG pps rapidly increasing thereby putting the shorts in a very bad position and more expensive for them to cover their short position. Sincerely, Senior Chief
ProCannabis: Seriously and I'm not trying to be funny but y'all would know a lot better than I would know about a celebrity endorsement of MCIG/VCIG products. I am so out of touch with celebrities now a days that I will in fact check back here when this person is announced to see if y'all approve or disapprove of the third celebrity! If y'all approve then I will approve and the same if y'all disapprove. I'm so out of date more so than not I will not know a good celebrity or a bad celebrity. I somewhat know about the Kardashians and I may or I may not know one of them if I pass her on the street. Heck when Bam and Ross were announced I actually had to look on the internet to see who these two people were. I watch the Country Music Awards now a days and I don't know 99 percent of the award winners. The honest fact is that I'm 70 years old and I'm just an old ----, so I honestly really do understand why IMHO if it is not Buck Owens, Hank Williams, Roy Acuff, Johnny Cash, etc. then it is not country music! Sincerely, Senior Chief
lesgetrich: A very articulate post based upon a logical thought process! Thanks lesgetrich. I will be away for a yet to be determined period of time because I go in for my second cancer surgery tomorrow. With yesterdays positive Press Release and possible VCIG Dividend IPO just around the corner if I'm up to it I'll keep track of the posts and what is going on via my IPad or IPhone. Would be nice if I return to see us in Dollar Land! It amazes me that anyone would be selling today with yesterdays outstanding news! If MCIG can get up listed I can see the big money institutions buying in where they are prevented from doing so now because of the Fund(s) investment limitations on having low priced equities in their portfolio. The last hour trading today should be interesting. Sincerely, Senior Chief
I bought some more today at $0.494 and I’ve said many times that I’ve stopped buying this stock, guess that I’m just incorrigible....LOL But heck you can’t own too many shares of MCIG! Sincerely, Senior Chief
