I see what you mean. I agree There's not a real sense of urgency, and it is true, back when we all thought ELAS was going to be approved, the volume was through the roof, and we had a decent share price. I hope he does too! It's good to see an obvious effort on his end, I think he's taking all the steps he knows how while he waits for approval. But we do need real news.

I think the acquisition of Launch TV is very good, it has huge potential. My point is, that shareholders will not hold a high value on there shares if we don’t see some Rev. We wont see a price increase.

And dumping all your shares at this low price, and low volume would not be smart in my opinion. Those who are holding are waiting for a run, if you re- buy in a couple of months, you might miss it. Agreed, big mistake on CEO’s part to project a timeframe if he wasn’t 100%. That made a lot of people lose faith. You just never know with the government, but I have a feeling we will see approval by years end (HOPEFULLY while roofing season is still in action) and see a move up from other news before that happens.

Could be to take off the spotlight off of the potential dilution, but I think they would have made a bigger deal out of the dividend if this was the case, and sent out 2 separate PR’s. However it does cost something like $300 to put out a PR for marketwired, if im not mistaken. So if they’re that low on cash, you could be correct.

Obviously the company is struggling to stay afloat long enough to show that can get some big rev., sort of the ol, “live long enough to live forever” idea.

I haven’t gotten my shares on E-trade either, but I have noticed that for some reason others get there’s for others on other OTC stocks, when dividends are issued. Also, in my experience, all of my shares have been restricted when this happens for a brief period of time, not just the Div shares. Hopefully that will not be the case with this one.

I agree with most of your ideas. The company is in a bad place and really isn’t the best with PR, (never gotten an email back from them) but I do think they will get to the place we need them to be, or else they would have already gone under, the worst is over now, IMO.

We should see some solid volume followed by price increase when the news hits.

Bottom line is, investors need to see revenue. It doesn't matter weather its from Launch, Cannabis, or ELAS, need to see some numbers. Fortunately I think we will see some. Patience is Key at this time, if you are watching it like a hawk it will drive you crazy. FNRC will go up, it's only a matter of time. But we need some news, or at least some volume. Set you limit sell order and wait. Keep an eye on it. But don't get to discouraged if it takes longer than you think it should.

In my experience your shares will be restricted for a period of time, then the div. shares will appear in your brokerage account. FNRC may do this one differently but thats what I have seen. Also in my experience, the stock makes a run after a couple of months. The impatient will break even or make small profit. (not saying this will happen with FNRC, just saying thats what I have experienced in the past) Don't get to greedy, but also don't limit yourself from making some money.

Always sell half on the way up.

For a larger cap stock this would not be the best of news however, this thing is tiny and the reason its so cheap is because people are scared that it will go under. I very much doubt that will happen and think we will see a rise this summer.

The dividend is great, if you own 10million shares then you will get 100 Series “E” shares.

Company is very transparent and like I said, given the price, their transparency makes me extremely optimistic.

Agreed! Its impossible to predict the exact day, but news WILL come. I am certain it will be soon. Just need to be patient enough to hold until it does!

Anything is possible, but am looking for solid news, and am confident we will get some. I've seen this happen many times before with microcaps, No news for awhile, the impatient sell, and the patient are rewarded when the company lets the public know what they've been working on and the stock sees a week of steady rise.

I have been following FNRC for a while now, new to the board. It looks to me like the company is legitimate. They have many potential streams for rev and one of them is bound to pop.

This time around I believe they have good news and are waiting to present it once all of the information is available. FNRC is in an explosive industry with the shale play, and any news will move this stock. They have obviously bottomed out, but any news will move this in the right direction.

Just as others have said, once they produce the quarterly report it will bring news of good progress. No fluff, just solid news. IMO load up while it's cheap and get ready for a run.

Be patient, this low volume is the calm before the steady rise. Anything is possible so make sure to take some profit on the way up. I'll be selling half at .0008 and will hold the rest for a rainy day. Of course subject to change depending on news, or lack of. That's my two cents for what its worth.
