Dude I really have no need to disagree with you. You see it your way and me vice versa. I am 44 years old won some lost some in this sector. I can tell you over the last 22 years I've performed well on this area. I don't have time to dedicate my entire life to one stock. We disagree on the direction. If you're right I commend you if I am so be it. I look at two things:1)potential life of company being determined by cash flow which isn't an issue. 2) pipeline is key! Multiple options in the pipeline gives you multiple lives IMO! This stock or any number of them can turn on a dime . Catalysts propel these stocks in a matter of seconds if things fall into place. Hasn't happened yet, may never, but this ticker is far from dead. IF I see management do something iffy I will be the first to call them out GLTA
Ummm wrong again!!! Like I said look back to the convo. All I said is it stated SNGX has plenty of cash for at least the next 12 mo. I never said squat about if it included the line of equity or not. Your response was "nowhere in the 10Q did it state they had 12 mo. of cash flow." Look it up! Right there in black and white for you to review!
$5-7 may be the range we are stuck in until mores news/numbers surface. The Zacks valuation isn't going to get big investors excited that's for sure. My belief is those percentages were low balled by at least half. If ROW is equally lucrative that would get us to around 125 million in revenue at 5-6% saturation. Only half the projected doctors trained, no ROW in play and yet to have an entire quarter of US implants to based from I just don't see big money flowing in until next year.
Check back on the posts where you said NOWHERE in the 10Q did it state that SNGX has ample cash for the next 12 months. Proved yourself wrong once more!
Not sure about you but if I could make a quick 15% on all my trades I certainly would retire and trade for a living. Way to go TomP smart investing!!!
Please highlight where in the filing they SPECIFICALLY stated your claim. Another spin on words from you. Furthermore, my statement you quoted below is exactly what they stated in the Q10. If your going to quote something at least make sure your comment pertains.
Good answer lol
You talk like you actually work there. In reality the red tape is incredible and if the process moved faster, trust me, these companies would certainly expedite the process. Everyone talks like the company could give a rip about the people their trying to cure. I have news for you! Just sat in on a call of a recently approved drug and for the last three months all the posters were complaining why no word on the European side of approval. Guess what EMA has been the hold up to market. Protocol is a necessary!
Barely able to use and not necessary at this point. Results of the phase study will tell all as stated before. As for the Q10, some dilution as expected. The rest of the numbers were solid. Plenty of cash for the next 12 months. Grants and contracts will continue to flow in at the tune of 37.1 million. Whats not to like here Someday? All is right on track for success down the road.
Was thinking back on your comment about the FDA caring little about approving trials from Phase II to Phase III. I have data but look it up yourself. If you think the FDA just pushes drugs through to the final phase you're going to be very surprised at the percentage drop off from II to III. Not something to take lightly especially in the efficacy category when dealing with peoples well being!
Thanks Tom
Never numbers or facts to prove your case just jargon. No one's buying jargon!
Lol how dumb of a comment is that! Why should we be shaking? I would be shaking if I was short and had to try and talk people out of shares because I was on the wrong side of the trade. I'm am going to lmfao when news hits and you two are trying to cover. Going to be a great day!
Wrong again.... I'm excited tooo and I know how to read a filing... need some help deciphering let me know be glad to help you!
Tripled revenue for the Q!!!
Loss 0.1 mil vs 4 mil yr prior!!!
Not sure your definition of not pretty but those are some STEEP improvements.
Great results
Pipeline is doing great!!
Don't read the report it ain't pretty, lol, exactly what not so pretty report are you talking about???? Or is this another general fact less comment.
Let me explain this to you without using a chalkboard because it is fairly simple. The intent of the LP funds are to be used for uplist, ect... IF the results are positive. IF the never happens we will get a very good indication of the direction the company needs to take. IMO the direction would NOT be in favor of the stockholders. Being a speculative stock most here realize the risk and accept with open arms. Now to remove the myth about this company never making a dime and running on negative earnings let me clue you in... every last one in this sector does the same thing and you know it! If your braking the bank with any one stock in the space probably going to get rolled. Would assume not the case for most here and IMO the reward is worth the risk IMHO GLTA
"future is surely bleak for current shareholders" Lol does this mean someone coming in at depressed and manipulated PPS will have better opportunity for success?
Pipeline is fine, cash on hand is adequate and everything in place if and when positive results are released.
Keep your shares, stay away from the kool-aid their selling...SNGX is just fine IMO!
Price target may give it a short term boost but I think institutional money is waiting to see concrete Q results along with projections thereafter. Yesterday told us things are moving along smoothly. Institutional buyers don't speculate on what could be. Promising Q results and projections will lure them in. Until then we wait. Wish I had some extra cash to add at these levels. Can you imagine what the PPS jumps if we ever hit the 165 million milestone. Figure in positive results from just one of the phase trials down the road, add in EU approvals and we may have a stock well above the $50 mark. Hopefully we all live to see it lol. Seems like a never ending waiting game.
Solid CC. Explanation of progress in EUROPE was helpful in understanding hurdles associated with bringing to market. Feel more at ease after listening to CC. More turtle than hare process is the sense I got. As paperwork gets completed and insurers approve payment we should see increased sales moving forward. This time next year US/Canada should be in full swing. Red tape we are unable to see makes us impatient at times glad each questioned addressed was explained in better detail this CC.
No volume weighted avg price yesterday?
I agree this deal may never get done but to blame the CEO Cherry of Polymet is complete ignorance. The red tape in MN , along with our pathetic EPA is the reason for this never getting off the ground. Polymet bent over backwards time and time again to appease multiple agencies and their requests for more studies and information. Polymet has actually went above and beyond the regulatory guidelines to no avail. The reason this is a mess isn't due to polymet it's because every liberal POS wants to control our area. Lawyers and special interests groups with big backers is the reasons this has failed. Do you blame him for not putting money into a system that asks you to abide by the guidelines then piles on delays and more bullshit every step along the way? This mess was created by useless agencies that are lobbied to keep this from getting off the ground. call it what it is but don't blame the company on this one
Sounds a lot like something Adam Funny stein would say. Fortunately I don't listen to his propaganda either and have done more than fine over the years trading this sector. I've dug plenty deep on this one... still here and no intention of leaving anytime soon. Thanks for your concern??
Provide that list I ask from you then we'll talk until then good day!
Good for your father in law working for one of the most bought out agencies in the world happy for him. Efficacy needs to be proven in every phase throughout the process under normal circumstances as you already know. However, the chances of a drug getting the nod to phase III are much more stringent so to say the FDA pushes them through is at very best a stretch. You might want to research the percentage from one phase to another before you make silly statements... I already know the numbers!
Are you saying the FDA fast tracks drugs and approves the next phase trial stage for companies figuring they will fail then? Maybe I'm mistaken but as an investor I look to the the future prospects a company has not 30 year old stats, which IMO, have nothing to do with the now. Every time this companies makes an internal move you spin it off as detrimental to the companies success moving forward with no proof to backup your statements, when in fact, maybe SNGX is ramping up for better times in the near future. Say all you want about the prospect of this pipeline, you certainly are entitled, but many out there are throwing millions at SNGX's ideas and I'm assuming their not into pissing away money.
You got it!!! Finally...Yes that is the name of the game 236T how things get financed in this sector. issue shares, raise cash or finance until hopefully someday one of your drugs get approved. There's only so many Bristol Mayers and JNJ's in this world. Even if you have a great drug big pharma does everything possible to keep a great idea down... God forbid anyone would cut into their profits!! Good Day!!!
Exactly what management is doing! Of course they have negative cash flow that is a no brainer. This isn't retail grocery...
You no what else they have? A nice surplus of cash in the form of grants for the bio dense program. Oh, and these grants will keep coming, as they have in years prior. I have asked you before to come up with a company within this sector and similar market cap that DOESN'T need to raise cash for R & D. You have yet to provide that list!!! Reason why? It doesn't exist!!! Good Day
Apparently Reuters and wall Street haven't warmed up to TTNP just yet!
We will continue to see this boring action and manipulation until some concrete numbers surface. At this point great news, 2000 doctors signing up just isn't enough to get main stream institutional buyers interested. Without huge lots being bought up no way to contain the MM's from swaying the price point. When those numbers surface and buyers come in I can't wait to see the shorts panicking to cover this position. That day is coming soon and all who have been here forever will be rewarded handsomely!!!
WOW 0.67 and climbing!
No I was looking up titan news and it pulled me into Zacks. Within their recent news articles on July 1st there was an options channels article headlining Titan suggesting the Feb. 17 puts at $5.50 claiming an investment could reap 26.9% profit margin. This MAY explain some of the short interest positions near term was my point! And.... I don't use Zacks as a credible source for info Thank you! Trying to figure out the reason for recent decline.
Well when Zacks has an article telling people to buy Feb. 17th puts at 5.50 to gain 26.9% might give you an indication why we are down here.
check out www.stockoptionschannel.com July 1st article on TTNP.
I never said you did. I know he's putting word in your mouth. I am saying eventually those numbers will surface proving your correct. On the other hand he provides a list that actually has companies with higher PPS than when LP funded them and in the next breath says LP is a toxic funder. How does that make any sense or validate his claim! Answer... It doesn't!!
He can't can't explain these buys are toxic!! In fact, he proved with his own list of companies LP funds companies with higher stock prices now then when the funding began! Anyone could randomly pick 10 stocks without funding and present the same results as his list! Thanks again
For once we agree! RK can't prove just yet 3 million was raised. You on the other hand proved your toxic funding theory to be false a few days back. You should pull that chart of companies back up you listed, which had nothing to do with this stock whatsoever, there was more than one stock on that list with positive results since they were funded by LP. If being funded by LP is such a toxic death spiral then how could ANY company be higher today?? Thanks for providing the proof you were wrong :)
Big deal! One PR and it rips back up to 52 wk highs...No worries...buy more future is bright!!
Dilution comes in many forms, not just increased shares. Titan handed over the keys to the phase III because of inept management. The payday was good for Titan management but cost us dearly. We are getting a small chunk of change versus what Braeburn stands to gain long term. Now we get an up front payment which I would hope will be used to fund the ROW but do you really think that's where this money will go? Of course not!! This should be the beginning of great things for this company... full throttle mode... but it seems as their happy to enjoy the success of this approval and wait for someone else to grab the reigns just like they did with the US market. Guess what I'm saying is there's a huge opportunity for the taking and it seems a if they could really give a fuke less! Hope I'm wrong but everything since Pro B was approved has seemed nonchalant on Titan's side while Braeburn is busting their balls. Obviously Braeburn reaps the biggest reward so of course their going to get it done!! We need things done from Titan but doesn't seem like their in too big of a hurry!!!
My point is this pipeline is solid. The grants are a constant flow of cash to supplement other phase studies unrelated AND who gives a rip where the money comes from as long as it keeps coming. Biggest problem with these tiny companies is finding a constant stream of cash without having to dilute constantly. SNGX is able to do just that. If you can't figure out why they did the LP funding then maybe you need to dig a bit deeper. The dilution for the funding is peanuts if the phase III is a success and the uplist occurs.
