probably closer to 300 mil, best
Right..probably the company buying the gas (POA), Best
Thank you for all your efforts..."music" to the ears. Best
Please send me a PM if there is any further info... very exciting stuff! Don't have PM capabilities either. Thank you and all the best to you.
if that's not a kick in the crouch below the belt(HAHAHA)
....especially since HUGE news DID come out ROTFLMAO
it is nice to see they are moving in right direction, Best
amen....mr.bro.....and reduce his salary to a $1.00! for six months like that other CEO from LVG#, unless he turns this thing around and EARNS his keep. best
itsokay...keeping it real...or raw..lol
...."I ask this cause they never released any buyers names??"_asked Icahn4_I don't blame management for NOT revealing their source because as a new start-up there are those who would love to see them fail (maybe you?). Additionally, there may be non-disclosure Agreements in place or at least should be.
AMEN, Best
couldn't agree with you more.
I feel the same 2 days a week (today is that day)...the other 5 days I hope management has our best interests at heart. But what you mentioned about salary associated with the success of the company has teeth. Maybe we can take a page out of the CEO of LVG* where he takes a $1.00 salary for six months.
Here is his commitment:
"My Initial Employment Agreement is for a term of 6 months, with an option for one year additional terms thereafter. During this initial 6 month term, MY COMPLETE AND TOTAL SALARY will be $1 (ONE DOLLAR). CORRECT, THAT'S ONE DOLLAR -- PERIOD! Additionally, I will be granted an option to purchase common stock at an exercise price of $.001, which is 10 TIMES higher than the price the common stock was trading at when I took this office. That option is NOT exercisable until AFTER June 15th, 2014, which is the END of the initial 6 month term. Furthermore, if the Board does NOT extend my Employment Agreement for another year, I WILL VOLUNTARILY FORFEIT that option for stock and take ONLY the $1 (ONE DOLLAR) as MY COMPLETE AND TOTAL SALARY for the 6 month term I completed.
As you can see, I am FULLY VESTED in this company and believe whole heartedly in its fantastic products and limitless future."
ADDITIONALLY,
"520,000,000 shares of common stock have been RETURNED to the company and CANCELLED, to bring the current Issued and Outstanding DOWN to just above 1.5 Billion shares, which INCREASED SHAREHOLDER VALUE SIGNIFICANTLY."
Actions like this will instill confidence in this Company.

PART TWO:
rawman asked "QUESTION WHETHER THE TOTAL JOB COULD BE DONE FOR THE "CLAIMED" $160 or $170 PER METRIC TON!" ?
Sensitivity Analysis
To examine how each major cost factor affects the profitability of pellet manufacturers, sensitivity analysis is conducted by modifying each within its cost range. Figure 3.8 shows the sensitivity analysis results by changing multiple cost inputs. Feedstock cost is the most sensitive factor influencing the profitability of pellet producers. A 22% decrease in biomass feedstock cost can increase the gross margin from 20.7% to nearly 30%. To achieve the same growth, capital cost has to be decreased by around 70%, while personnel or energy or transportation costs have to be reduced by more than half.
....The pellet production industry should remain a fairly attractive investment when the FOB price remains $160/tonne or more.

from RawAN: "QUESTION WHETHER THE TOTAL JOB COULD BE DONE FOR THE "CLAIMED" $160 or $170 PER METRIC TON!"
Based on a delivered roundwood price of $25 to $35 per green ton, the cost of per tonne pellet feedstock is estimated at the range from $50 to $70. Some researchers estimated the delivered costs of forest-based feedstock to be around $70/dry ton by supply chain and economic modeling, which could also serve as a reference for per tonne pellet feedstock cost (Gonzalez et al., 2011).
....THIS is NOT based on hemp, which would dramatically reduce pellet price costs while increasing yield.

EXACTLY.. As someone said... the foundation is established...just have to erect the walls. Best
This could be a reason why the price is what it is:

Almost everything is dead today and not trading. it is the last day of pass over. very little activity everywhere. Things will pick up at end of the week and start to get back to normal next week. We will need about 600 mil to have that movement we saw on the last big run.

Yeah. I did
better put a small sell order in at .10. ... so it pays for your trip when you get back. Have a nice time
...And you too Stan. I mentioned before that I don't have PM and appreciate you comments. Best to you
...And I definitely believe he is reading this board and directed his comments specifically to this board.
I respect your comments. I don't this it is in the cards that they sell out. If Management is smart they are working on the Hemp pellets and agreements (maybe patents) with growers. The time seems to be appropriate that the government relaxes its policy on Hemp. Too much tax monies to pass up along with states rethinking as well. best
The deal with Sonoco should be bankable on its own merits or as you say through grants or small business association or the like. Not sure why that would be a hangup. I see them getting the money, God-willing.
Post the link here and make it easier for all. Just a suggestion
I was never a big dolphins fan (lol) but because of you I am one now. Thank you for your insight. Totally agree with you. Just member marked you. I am #2, best
had quite a bit more than that and now have 1 share. Would like to average down though
me too.. and that battery deal looks real interesting, impressive operation from that link from CEO on twitter, Best
...but they do have a start ....
On February 5, 2014, Green Day received that certain letter of intent purchase order dated February 4, 2014 (the “Order”) for the purchase of 5,000 metric tons monthly of wood pellets at a price of $825,000. The Order is for a one year period and represents the binding commitment to purchase an aggregate 60,000 metric tons for an aggregate purchase price of $9,900,000 for delivery to South Korea. As of the date of this Annual Report, we have delivered 120 tons of pellets to Busan Korea and invoiced $19,800 in March 2014. We were paid $19,550 in the first week of April. 2014.
.....and likely to continue now that they have worked out the logistics
REFUSE AND BIOMAS DERIVED PELLETS
Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Green Day, through its wholly owned subsidiary, G-PEL, is a pellet brokerage firm created to market and sell excess manufactured RDF pellets. Through our subsidiary, we will also sell sourced RDF pellets from multiple manufacturers and markets to prospective RDF pellet buyers.
Don't see this as a big issue. Just a statement found in those pennyland stocks "forward looking statements"
