probably are. was just answering his question in case he wasn't in view of the L2
he's assuming because of bkrt on the ask that it is dilution.
if it is dilution, hopefully today is the last of it. that filing can't arrive soon enough.
good luck to all the good guys who want E-Waste Systems Inc. to succeed, uplist, provide jobs, and make a significant mark on the world. All the best.
they are back on the ask. must have heard you complaining. I think they want you to slap them around a bit.
you are right about it being a game to him, but not right about the "credible" part. hope that helps.
Looking forward to the 10K.
broome county's pdf was a scanned copy so I can't paste the text from the records, but here's a link that will take folks to the pdf (tested it and it works):
Broome County meeting minutes with EWSI mention from Feb 12, 2014
thank you. pasted contents below: the link didn't work but I was able to get it by searching steuben county and e-waste systems inc. I posted contents below. seems like it is just the county approving that the existing contract with 2trg is now a contract with EWSI now that EWSI has bought 2trg. but all good news
will check the second county you posted next.

beambum, which counties' records can we find this information in? is this accessible online?
thank you
and now they are doing the same in their Cincinnati location. big shout out to Julie Peterson and her expertise and connections!
and thanks for pointing out that they, EWSI (surf), work directly with the OEMs in that repair and resell process. Can't beat that with a stick!
that is repairing and reusing and refurbishing and reselling e-waste rather than smashing it into little bitty pieces. still e-waste, just smarter, higher value recycling of such.
Investopedia explains 'Pure Play'
Definition of 'Pure Play'
A publicly traded company that is focused on only one industry or product. Pure play companies are popular with certain types of active investors who do a lot of research and want to make very specific bets on particular products or industry segments. For these investors, buying a company with several diversified business lines forces them to take risk in industries that they did not want to be invested in.
For some large companies, the allure of creating a pure play may make it worthwhile to spin off certain business lines or divisions into their own companies. Occasionally, the market will value the two resulting companies at a higher value than they did the original firm. This can be particularly true in hot industries and where there are few pure play companies to invest in that are already in the market.
if you haven't yet, please go Like the E-Waste Systems Inc. facebook page and we can see 1000 tonight.
at 999. it got a lot of attention past few days apparently
realism good. all hinges on that 10K getting filed. then we move, then we see deals being announced. then we see dilution end. then we are on our way to uplisting.
til then it just hurts.
hopefully, it will get filed.
not the mention the couple hundred of thousands of shares at the ask that was needed to get it past .25 towards the end of the day. that wasn't painting. that was support.
latest was "by 2015" see excerpt from March 7 press release regarding RBSM appointment:
“RBSM has proven capabilities to support our growth in all its aspects and geographies,” said Martin Nielson, Founder and CEO of E-Waste Systems, Inc “What we are trying to accomplish requires the absolute highest standards of quality and expertise, and we believe that RBSM will help us navigate through the highly complicated landscape associated with audits, mergers and acquisitions, and global consolidation reporting. They have a large portfolio of SEC registrants, and with that, the skills and expertise necessary to help us achieve our goals, including listing on an exchange like NASDAQ or NYSE by 2015
adding.
Has Big forwarded all of this to Martin and his attornies? I think that would be wise.
That's just awful. dirty, slimy folks. See those people pictured on EWSI's facebook page who are wearing those blue hoodies? those are hard-working folks from that town who have a great job with a company that has a great future in store for them. Go Martie!!
maybe the chummy connection is between the reporter and Fifth Third Bank rather than him and Carol W. his article history shows that he pretty much writes press for that bank, the bank mentioned in the documents that LA19 provided.
unfortunately when angry shareholders post comments it can do more harm than good, because not all shareholders can appear unbiased and understand what the company would want said in response. I'm sure the company would want their own PR to lead in response or not give them a response.
Cincinnati business courier can be expected to go to bat for 2trg. 2trg was a focus of their reporting many times, winning the Green Award that they give out and their fastest growing companies award. I can't imagine this is the last they'll post to give them support during the suit. Carol W. built a great business and it had some trouble and got bought out by a company that will build it into something even greater and more stable for Ohio. I am sure Carol W. made some very strong relationships along the way in the business community and at that paper.
(does not change my outlook on EWSI though. long for a long time into the future)
are you posting that because you believe it will highlight EWSI or just highlight the problems of disposing of e-waste in general?
double thanks. a great confidence-boosting reminder that they are on top of it
thanks. wish it weren't such a painfully small tidbit of information regarding the progress with this facility. Hopefully EWSI can provide more info from their corner very soon.
hey 3screenz, where exactly did you find that update? I think I am looking in all the wrong places. can you post a link?
thanks in advance.
none 3screenz. none. that is why I am comfortably adding more here. I can see what my money is building. yep, that china accounting thing is a downer and it makes me nervous about how it will change the 10K and what kind of reaction that might bring, but that, like the dilution, will be a momentary blip on the screen when we can step back and see all that this year brings us.

repost of Loyalty Equipment news from this month:
E-Waste Systems Inc. Partners with Top E-Waste Recycling and Engineering Firm, Loyalty Equipment Making Co. (Sichuan)
EWSI Proprietary Technologies Bolstered and Aggressive Global Expansion Continues
London, UK – March 11, 2014 -
E-Waste Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: EWSI) ('EWSI, “eWaste Systems,” or the "Company"), an electronic waste management, reverse logistics, environmentally focused services and technology company and the first pure play public e-waste operator, entered into a Strategic Engineering Agreement with Loyalty Equipment Making (LE), one of China’s largest electronics recyclers and technology leaders.
“This is a multi-faceted deal that enhances the eWaste Systems’ strategy in several key ways,” said Martin Nielson, Founder and CEO of E-Waste Systems, Inc. “The transactions includes access to all of Loyalty’s technologies and agreements for joint branding initiatives nationally and internationally raising our standing in the industry and establishing EWSI as the industry’s largest globally integrated e-waste recycling brand. It will propel our physical presence across the globe, starting in the world’s most valuable e-waste marketplace.”
Loyalty is both an electronics recycler and a high-end manufacturer of processing equipment. Under the agreement, international orders for Loyalty-manufactured equipment will be sold under the eWaste Systems brand and implementations will be overseen by the Loyalty team. All sales into China will be co-branded to develop the eWaste and Loyalty market positions. “When we first started touring Loyalty’s facilities last fall, we saw a level of sophistication that was perfect for our internal and external strategies,” commented Dan Feeney, Sr. Vice President and Director of the eManagement Division. “Through this partnership we have a clear path to further develop and implement our ePlant1000 technology around the world using only the most advanced processes and technologies. The ePlant1000 Series is creating a newer, higher standard for an industry that will witness tremendous advancements in the implementation of next generation automation”.
Loyalty specializes in producing ultramodern electronic recycling equipment, including a full line of CRT dissemblers and processors, a PCB recycling system, refrigerator recovery units, air conditioner and washer dissemblers, processing for other office equipment, and more[1]. To oversee the integration into the EWSI brand and to lead efforts in international expansion, Dan Feeney will take an operational post in the city of Shanghai. “Dan has been critical in the development of this agreement, and with his acute business acumen and vision, we are happy to have him lead the deployment of this incredible opportunity,” added Mr. Nielson.
“Loyalty has the largest market-share inside China, and they are one (1) of only sixty-six (66) e-waste recyclers licensed by the Chinese government,” added Mr. Feeney. Pengzhou City is a northern suburb of Chengdu Sichuan Province and currently houses Loyalty Equipment Making headquarters and the region is slated to include a state-of-the-art showcase recycling facility.
“Martin, Dan, and the eWaste Systems team are pioneers in global integration for ewaste recycling,” said Mr. Jason Hu, Executive President of Loyalty . “The industry as a whole is suffering from growing pains tied to severe fragmentation, and the timing is right for a leader with visions of a complete global integration to step in and join together a network of the best technologies and best practices. With what we have at our disposal, there is no reason why together, we cannot correct these challenges swiftly and effectively. This merging of our engineering expertise, technologies, and business portfolios creates a win-win-win situation, and we at Loyalty are excited to be part of the team that is on course to redefining the entire industry.”
repost of NRT/bulk handling systems press release from end of February:
catching up newcomers on recent devs:
EWSI Technological Expertise Continues to Expand
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM and NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - Feb 27, 2014) - E-Waste Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: EWSI) announced today that it has signed a joint venture project with National Recovery Technologies (NRT) to build a proprietary sorting system for rare earths recovery from e-waste.
NRT is highly recognized worldwide for innovative sorting technologies in recycling and this venture is a significant expansion of the EWSI brand of technologies," said Martin Nielson, Founder and CEO of E-Waste Systems, Inc. "The combination of resources, knowledge, and expanding global infrastructure expands the capabilities of both companies. This is a significant milestone for EWSI as we continue to implement our strategy for aggressive growth and rapid expansion."
The project is designed to develop a pilot electronic waste sorting facility as add-on to an existing EWSI location. The facility will utilize state-of-the-art detection techniques to identify materials containing rare earth metals such as neodymium and dysprosium within the e-waste stream. The rare earths will then be extracted through innovative magnetic sorting, and further processed for recovery.
NRT developed the technology with help from the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program meant to encourage small businesses to engage in research and development projects aimed at commercialization. NRT has already received its funding through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 2013 for Automated Identification and Sorting of Rare Earth Elements in an E-Waste Stream.
"We are very enthusiastic and eager to be part of the expanding EWSI brand we believe that being involved in this project takes one of our most innovative technologies to full commercial use," said Tracey Hartje, Technical Sales Manager for NRT. "There is significant strategic value for both parties, and we are eager to commence with our initiatives."
Most rare earth elements are mined through open pit mining, which involves opening the surface of the earth using heavy equipment and machinery. Creating this disruption on the surface of the earth makes mines the point source of release for three major contaminants: radionuclides, rare earth elements, and dust and metal in addition to disrupting thriving ecosystems. Each of these contaminants escapes the mines in different ways and they each have different detrimental effects on the environment.1
"EWSI's objective is a global one and NRT has presence in many important worldly markets," added Mr. Nielson. "They opened a demo center in the Boji Science Park of Suzhou, China in 2012, a European HQ through their parent company, Bulk Handling Systems (BHS) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 2013, and continue to experience growth in their Tennessee operations. NRT exemplifies the highest health and environmental standards combined with strong governmental as well as commercial support and interest."
"Sorting e-waste streams has its own set of challenges and risks, at a level separate from anything else in the world of waste management," said John Rich, an R&D Engineer at NRT. "We created technologies designed to mitigate those issues and provide processes that are commercially viable."
Rare Element Resources (REEs) production has been dominated by China for the past decade resulting in dramatically higher prices for all REEs.2 Because of their unique magnetic, luminescent, and electrochemical properties, REEs are utilized in many technologies to enable them to perform with reduced weight, emissions, and energy consumption, while enabling greater efficiency, performance, miniaturization, speed, durability, and thermal stability.3 EWSI's systems reclaim REEs for re-use as a key component of the process.
"The EWSI portfolio of technologies and industry expertise continues to expand and the addition of this new proprietary system enables EWSI to deliver these new solutions on a global scale," added Mr. Nielson. "Teaming with EWSI provides access to network affiliates, proprietary technologies, including the ePlant1000, eWasteCC™, and eWasteTrack™, and committing to the highest industry standards, including zero landfill and the highest tier of health and safety concerns. EWSI brings technology, regulatory knowledge, industry experience, and an interwoven supply chain solution for the proper handling of high-end electronics recycling, and electronic waste materials recovery and reuse on a global scale."
EWSI has recently expanded in the United States adding operations in California, New York, New Jersey, and Ohio and internationally with new operations in India, Mexico, Australia, Argentina, Ghana, the Caribbean, the UK, and Italy. Approximately 65 million tons of global e-waste generation is expected annually by 2017 with strong continual growth.

did you read this post by PhredGarvin? how do you feel about that situation after reading his post below?
about the accounting issue in china
I'm still working out the details of the accounting changes. In my estimation, EWSI has contracts with Chinese companies that Malone had issues with certifying. The 8K shows that clearly.
Every company doing business in China at this point has the same issues. It will be resolved, and it isn't a run to the hills issue. It is high enough to be a joint State Department issue though.
EWSI is in the middle of international accounting war that came to head in Federal Courts this spring and right now.
The contracts are likely legitimate, but due to differences in China and PCAOB methodology, EWSI is stuck in the middle. IMO the contracts and revenue are likely legitimate, but the difference in back paper reporting is causing issues.
The Chinese government funds a lot of businesses in China, and nearly every startup. The disparity comes when the paperwork stops, as China lists the funding of these businesses as a "State Secret," so the paperwork required by Sarbanes-Oxley cannot be released by a Chinese business due to it being a matter of Chinese national security. Totally fucked up, but that is the current issue.
So we have a contract with a Chinese company, as we have to to do business in China, and the paper trail stops due to the Chinese government. Malone can't get what they need, so they don't want to put their seal of approval on it.
So EWSI is stuck in an international pissing contest at an inopportune time.
http://www.eastasiaforum.org/2014/02/18/the-us-and-china-square-off-over-cross-border-listings/
The Sarbanes-Oxley Act required auditors to cooperate with the SEC, and the SEC requested that they turn over the working papers that were created as part of the audit process. The auditors refused, citing Chinese regulations they said forbid them from sharing working papers with foreign regulators. The restrictions on sharing working papers with foreign regulators were rooted in China’s vague — but expansive — restrictions on disclosure of state secrets. In December 2012, the SEC brought administrative charges against the Chinese members of the Big Four firms, together with a local member firm of BDO. In a strongly worded 112-page decision, the judge imposed a six-month ban on the Big Four practicing before the SEC. BDO’s member firm was only admonished, mainly because it has withdrawn from the market.
other news on a more positive note that came out yesterday was from Goodwill. See BuckyBoy's late in the day post from yesterday regarding their EWSI relationship and the grand opening.
it exists unfortunately. read it yesterday on Cincinnati business journal. phredgarvin wrote a rebuttal. it was a hatchet job with an agenda if you read what they included and what they left out.
added today anyway and will during the next three weeks since the dilution might keep it this low til then and then sometime late April we'll be free of this and be on our way
Big thank you to Phred, Bucky and Big Investments LLC for their valuable information shares today. adding more in the morning.
okay Cincinnati-visiting-board-members. eat your dinner, get back to your hotel rooms, cafe or homes and start posting your 'boots on the ground' research from today. we are counting on you.
checking back in later tonight
Just a matter of time
Go team EWSI
does make you wonder. I am hoping that tomorrow's event signals someone to take their foot off the brakes and allow us to move to a more confidence-inducing share price.
a reverse split won't be necessary in my opinion. I believe that their awareness campaign will get kicked off shortly with the grand opening of the Ohio E-Plant and they'll start tapering down their diluting as well to allow it to begin a climb to where it should be in relation to their revenue growth and potential within the industry.
it is being held back by a lack of awareness/low volume which allows the trolls to have their manipulative fun and by the dilution. both of those issues will be addressed way before we need to worry about a reverse split.
The company is doing a phenomenal job this year. Their actions of late have given me a lot of confidence as a shareholder.
