Ever figure out what happened with the Half Million lent to Mark Didier ( he did personally guarantee the loan) ? and who at PWEB approved that loan PWEB Lost all of the Money on? And who did the Due Diligence on that loan? Mark Didier had runins with the SEC and was named in Lawsuits, before this PWEB Loan Approval, Check it out? And what happened with the restaurant that he had that closed, what was it called Original Sliders in Utah? Dig deeep friend.
And how about the Utah Trusts set up by the Bells and Larson? after the shareholder lawsuit was asking for all the assets back.
like this one:
http://www.utahlegals.com/search.php?pg=3&action=browse&query=&paper=30&start=&end=
Go figure!!!
I hope if the defendants lose Pacific Webworks gets all those assets back they are asking for in the lawsuit.
The stock would do good then, no? Granted there is viable services and products.
Everything I say is my own opinion.

Impossible.. My recent post shares new details.. and more to come with some relevant questions... Its called an ongoing investigation, Im doing....
You can follow the timeline below on my posts since last year and see the stock was at 6 cents....
hindsight is 20/20
all my PWEB DD in one place
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/Profile.aspx?user=450907
See the lawsuit details as well.
This case should get class action status, in my opinion....
Rawnoc thanks for posting and giving me inspiration to keep looking into PWEB... sincerely.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
AngelInvestors.
PWEB STOCK: Google it all for yourself.. I'll post the links as I have time.
All my PWEB DD on one page here:

Everything I say is my own opinion.
AngelInvestors-
Class Action would be good for you... Pacific Webworks Corporation getting that windfall of cash if the allegations are true..
That would be great for the stock no?
And to be able to go in and do an audit of the business. See whats going on in there for over a decade... Whats taking Intelipay so long to be huge? Over 10 years now.. I'll Tell you Paypal is too big.. They had a huge head start..
Getting inside PWEB would be great for all shareholders including you.. right?
The lawsuit is styled "derivative" as it is because the shareholders did not believe that Lance Bell would bring an action for Pacific Webworks Corp against his DAD and Brother... Do you ???
And whats up with the loan to Marc Didier for half a million that went bad? They said he hasnt responded to their lawsuit? Marc Didier had problems before with an investment called Mathon and runins with the SEC prior to the loan.. No due diligence?? Now you are to believe that everything is ok per the management??
Maybe Marc Didier is with his brother the honorary ambassador.. he is an ambassador no? correct me if Im wrong.
I think a class action lawsuit would be good for PWEB stock in the long run, so long as they have viable services and products.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
AngelInvestors-
He is smart, he should change the case to CLASS ACTION... I'll spell out why in my opinion...next couple of posts... when I detail the chain of events as I see them since PWEB BOUGHT WORDCRUNCHER in the early 2000's (Hawaii ;, I need a break..lol) that was when the Bells became involved with PWEB.. Such an interesting timeline chain of events from then to now... Hindsight is 20/20, all in my opinion...
The lawsuit is styled "derivative" as it is because the shareholders did not believe that Lance Bell would bring an action for Pacific Webworks Corp against his DAD and Brother... Do you ???
Everything I say is my own opinion.
AngelInvestors
Then let the judge know rawnoc, lol ...because it looks like the case is still on track for a jury trial.. A win for the shareholders, a board and exec. management change, and criminal investigation, would be great for this stock...
The PWEB shareholders need a win to get all of the PWEB corporation assets (homes, cars, cash, etc, etc.) back from the defendants and INTO THE PACIFIC WEBWORKS CORP. BANK ACCOUNT where it belongs (thats what their asking for plus damages per count), change the board and executive management. See what real services and infrastructure they have and move forward.
It looks like a win for the plaintiffs based off the research dates and trails..
Everything I say is my own opinion.

AngelInvestors-
Who approved the half million dollar loan that MARC Didier guaranteed that they lost all the money on? That was a horrible investment in my opinion.. Due diligence would have shown that Marc Didier already had run ins with the SEC... He made news in Utah, no?
And what is of the lawsuit against him? Where is he and what does he know?
This is all relevant to the PWEB shareholder case.
Is it MisManagement? You tell me.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
Angel Investors
The PWEB SHAREHOLDER lawsuit is very relevant in my opinion..
Alot of people are watching this, even people who know the Bells.
Past and Present... Everything leaves a trace.
Your reputation online is forever.
Everything I say is my own opinion..
I HOPE THEIR COMING FINANCIALS ARE AUDITED.
Angel Investors
You havent Crushed Anything... And the info you share has not come true about it being a multi bagger..
Answers to the dates is needed. This is a strong lawsuit. That has not been dropped, why would it be? Answers are needed and the dates line up in my opinion.
A JURY TRIAL IS NEEDED!!!!
Angel Investors
PWEB Shareholder LAWSUIT not looking good for them. It seems the defendants did have something else going, in my opinion based off so many sources. And the share holder attorneys have much of this information and documentation Im sure its easy to find. The same kind of scam that Pacific Webworks operated.
Does anyone have any information on James Roundy, I can Add to my research, It seems he committed suicide shortly after taking a board member position, he was related in-law to the current CEO Lance and the former CEO (the Bell Family) James was a financial wiz and law student as well as a professional snowboarder. Any info on his experience at Pacific Webworks would be helpful.
They were running Emergency Foods Now... During the timeline spelled out out in the lawsuit.. Correct me if Im wrong.

The home page of their site offers a sample of their product for $4.97... shipping cost only. The truth is buried in the very small print "Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the page. Something you will not notice if you just fill in your name, address, and card number.
In reality you have just agreed to pay $128.92 per month for a simpment of 60 really bad meals... forever. Only thing to do is cancel your card as they ignore all attempts to contact and won't stop charging you. Be forwarned. These are not honest people!!

Totally Dead! With the PWEB Shareholder lawsuit including claims of fraud. There isnt enough hype in the world to push this one up, in my opinion.
Level headed research on this one shows problems in my opinion.
Posts on this message board show the lawsuit check it out.
My opinion is this one goes down below a penny soon.
I have new PWEB research coming out soon.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
-AngelInvestors.
I agree. PWEB with no real competitive technology is again looking like it's stock will go down soon. I would not be surprised if it goes back down lower than a penny. It seems they get a little boost when they release their unaudited numbers then it settles. They have been in business some time so you can see the pattern.
Plus this time with their current Shareholder lawsuit, with claims of fraud, it seems its not getting a boost.
With all the past history of this company and lawsuits from google and Class Action Lawsuits from customers and now the Shareholder lawsuit, and traces of them doing similar types of marketing that put them under the microscope of attorneys, this one is no real winner in my opinion.
MAYBE SHORTING THIS STOCK IS A GOOD PLAY, No?
Everything I say is my own opinion.

PWEB Shareholders lawsuit has many complaints looks like..
I'm not in on PWEB nor ever have been., not making any money in PWEB message board, just research.

Including "56. Defendant Lance Bell, while acting as a fiduciary of PWW, caused PWW to enter into a self-dealing contract with himself. a member of the board of directors and officer of PWW." and "59. PWEB is old news. Less than a cent soon.. Will they get another lawsuit from customers across the pond is what Im asking? Seems they have the same business model going on to boost revenue.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
-AngelInvestors
PWEB gets too many complaints from customers, I've seen the pages they make for customers they look like 1998 designs I'll post a list of them. They have been in business for more than a decade, now the stocks at a few cents, how long should we give them? and after all the class action lawsuits and now a Shareholder lawsuit with allegations of fraud etc, etc,.
I hope PWEB Corp gets all the money and assets back, I hope a new board and management team get in there and figure all this out. It doesnt add up.
It looks awful, thats why theres not much interest in this even with the recent news.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
AngelInvestors
PWEB SHAREHOLDER LAWSUIT. They are asking for the assets back from the defendants. They should be given back to the corporation. And management family removed in my opinion. Once a new management team gets in there I think they are going to find out whats really going on with all these complaints and their business model. At which point I would just liquidate this company.
This one goes back down below a penny before long, is the way I see it.
Look at the TINY volume... lol
Everything I say is my own opinion.
AngelInvestors
PWEB SHAREHOLDER LAWSUIT REPLY. They had to do a derivative suit as they feel the current family related board and management is going to destroy evidence and not file a suit. READ THE SUIT.
They are claiming FRAUD and COVER-UP. Thats what I'm reading
Everything I say is my own opinion
AngelInvestors-
Thats far from crushing it, serious fraud complaints. Of course management is going to say its not a problem.. lol
I doubt the judge is going to disqualify the remainder of the attorneys working on the case.
HE SHOULD MAKE IT CLASS ACTION STATUS.
I mean read this:
Including "47. By usurping the opportunity, Defendants placed themselves in a position contrary to their fiduciary duties of PWW and for their own personal gain, and violated their fiduciary duties and duties of loyalty."

I think you have mis-read..
This looks like a rerun of last year In my opinion... I think it will fizz out, also my opinion.
The lawsuit is looming. No doubt about it. Their technology in my opinion is way outdated and overpriced, compared with the industry's Gorilla Godaddy.com, again in my opinion.

Not so sure even these PWEB Defendants think its crap, In my
opinion.
poopa keep posting thanks, I get so much PWEB info, I forget to post, you always remind me of the new findings.. thanks for the inspiration, really!
A side note, just found out the family member who sold the golf glove company to PWEB and then took a board member (still verifing) and management position with PWEB committed suicide shortly after taking the job there.. developing.
Look at their positioning shown here under lawsuit quoted.
"69. Defendants wrongfully deprived PWW of the value of certain corporate assets as set forth herein through their wrongful conduct and mismanagement of the Company's assets and affairs and usurpation of corporate opportunities." and "70. Defendants will be unjustly enriched if permitted to retain unencumbered ownership of such assets and opportunities or their value, which assets and opportunities at all times material hereto have rightfully belonged to PWW." and "72. wonder why they did this shortly after the shareholder lawsuit filing.

PWEB Stock down monday?... Its simple to find the dots here and connect them and it paints a grim picture in my opinion.
That this stock is going to skyrocket is in my opinion far fetched with the current PWEB share holder lawsuit looming.
This one is already at fool me once shame on you.. fool me twice shame on me. in my opinion.
In my opinion the technology is weak. If PWEB loses this lawsuit and change management. I bet they find a lot of bones in this closet. Look at what the lawsuit says here " The Defendants had a meeting of the minds in order to accomplish this object." and "66. Defendants engaged in one or more unlawful, overt acts, including, but not limited to, breaching their fiduciary duties and duties of loyalty, using corporate assets for their own personal gain, and engaging in fraud to cover up their wrongdoing." In my opinion, I would imagine they have some serious proof :)... This is going to be interesting. Alot of dots showing to connect...People forget or dont know, that everything you do on the internet is forever traceable. Good or Bad it will eventually come back and show your character... Many companies find out the hard way, we'll just have to see in this case.
Look at Causes of Action from the lawsuit. I'll post the whole thing soon.. Looks very bad in my opinion.. Tread safely on PWEB.
1st Cause of Action. Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Usurpation of Corporate Opportunity.
Including "47. By usurping the opportunity, Defendants placed themselves in a position contrary to their fiduciary duties of PWW and for their own personal gain, and violated their fiduciary duties and duties of loyalty."
2nd Cause of Action. Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Corporate Waste.
Including "52. Among other things, Defendants violated these duties and committed corporate waste by: a. Using corporate assets and resources for their own personal gain; b. Using corporate assets and resources in order to usurp a corporate opportunity and to develop such opportunity; c. Using corporate assets for personal vacations; d. Failing to conduct appropriate due diligence and investigation regarding the alleged experience and qualifications of persons hired for various management positions; f. Failing to hold regular and appropriate meetings of the Company's shareholders; and k. Failing to timely prepare and/or file quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission, thereby resulting in the de-listing of PWW's shares and their resulting diminution of value."
3rd Cause of Action. Derivative Action - Self Dealing.
Including "56. Defendant Lance Bell, while acting as a fiduciary of PWW, caused PWW to enter into a self-dealing contract with himself. a member of the board of directors and officer of PWW." and "59. Lance Bell caused the Company to enter into this self-dealing transaction without disclosing the transaction to the shareholders of PWW, without conducting a formal vote of the members of the disinterested board of directors or shareholders, and without seeking ratification by the shareholders of PWW."

These PWEB Defendants seem less confident than you do, In My Opinion with this positioning after the Shareholder lawsuit was filed.

Everything I say is my own opinion from extensive Pacific Webworks PWEB DD.

Yes, the Current PWEB Shareholder lawsuit should get Class Action Status with all those investors, especially with the fraud allegation, in my opinion.. good grief.
btw:
is it
$4,794,000
or
$3,754,253
it can only be on or the other right?
on another note.
I wish the financials were audited. They had an issue with the SEC and financial filing of some sort in the past, right? correct me if Im wrong.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
-AngelInvestors
Last I saw was 400 PWEB investors whats your source... The Law firm is still qualified and working on the PWEB Shareholder case which includes complaint of fraud.. to say they will be disqualified is premature... So 1 attorney was disqualified, big deal. The lawsuit looks credible in my opinion and extensive DD and should be made Class Action Status if in fact as you say there are more than 400 (whats your source).
Audited financials would be nice.
Everything I say is my own opinion.
-AngelInvestor
I agree.. They should do that.. Anyway there are only around 400 investors in PWEB it looks like 70 or so are here.. I think the shareholder lawsuit should get class action status, in my opinion.
-AngelInvestors
I dont see the case getting thrown out.. Yes, I see the PWEB shareholder lawsuit is in process. Sorry you do not understand, in my opinion.
-AngelInvestors
Exactly you do not have the Shareholder lawsuit and know what they are asking for and where it comes from.. I can post that too.
Will Lance still be there if they lose? I'm not sure.
For the record I am not in on PWEB or ever have been.

300K+ EACH COMPLAINT, plus punitive damages (looks to me, in my opinion another 300K isnt it?), plus interest, plus attorneys fees (which could go either way)... How much cash do they have on hand?

The Defendants had a meeting of the minds in order to accomplish this object." and "66.
