I appreciate the dd from everyone, but man the nit picking is a bit much, to make money you have to spend money and make deals, I honestly believe if they have access to FSPM pods via PHOT, this thing is a matter of getting things done, simple as that, the pieces are all there, just have to put them together, good luck man
I admire your due diligence to an extent, but your questions about receiving 25k/ month for a property that is on a prime location for both US and Canadian mm trade, they seem petty and reaching for any crack or weakness that may exist. The more I read on this board the more I understand why companies prefer to be financed privately so that not every one of their decisions are scrutinized ad nauseum. I am investing here hoping these people follow through on what seems to be a slam dunk business model, which, if screwed up, would be a monumental embarrassment, I think with hard work, they can get it done. JMO good luck.
Yea looks good Jack, GO FITX GO!
Looks good, setting the footings, I wish I knew how to post link, but progress is being made, one day at a time...FITX
I wonder if its a supplier of premium plants/seeds, I think that is the missing piece of the process, we have the buildings, equipment/PHOT, soon license after inspection, just need plant/seed/growing expert...could be the Cali connection
Approval is pending inspection, inspection takes place at building completion, you must build first, then pass inspection, then receive license to grow. So the answer to your question is no they do not have a license to grow, they are in the process of obtaining one...there are no guarantees...but I love the odds.
Sorry Im out doing errands, I see it was posted so your all set, I think you should check this company out and give it serious consideration, the communication with shareholders is very good, the goals have been laid out for success
The address is posted on the bill cenergy facebook page I will try to get it and post for you
I cant imagine a CEO asking people to attend an open house, knowing they will have to spend money on a hotel and possibly airfare, to have nothing to show them. Im hoping the existing building is full of grow pods from FSPM and construction has begun on the new building
Neuronal,
Ive been here since .05 or so, not very long, I dont post a lot, but I have read many links and updates, I cant wait for the licence, everything falls into place after that, FITX will be a runaway train at that point! Thanks for the update.
really good point thats why I dont like the vend companies
Im anxious to see what the opening price of Tweed is, hopefully in the dollars, which leads me to think that once FITX accomplishes its goal of obtaining a license and producing its first crop, their share price should either meet or exceed the price of Tweed...

I was reading the link to the charges, although unproven, filed by FINRA. Im not an expert on vetting a potential business partner, so I cant comment on the process. But his money was offered and accepted by FITX. This is the one thing that has bugged me since I heard about it, I have my own business and would never do business with someone I thought would steal from others, I hope you are correct about this Hamden character...integrity is everything in life! thanks again
Bill
Invest, I agree that this is a bit of an exercise in sifting through a lot of information to form an opinion of a company. FITX is the only penny stock I own, I also believe in trying to make sure present and future revenue justifies stock price. I enjoy the informative links posted by so many people, there is no way I could scour up this much info on my own, I was just reading the Randy Hamden link posted earlier, the information isnt always positive, but I like to hear both sides, then decide for myself. Anyway thanks again...best of luck to you.
Thanks for the very good breakdown invest, that is the kind of information Im looking for when reading these boards, I have found coming to this board and others like it very helpful since really starting on my own investing only a year ago, I tend not to react to every bump in the road so quickly now compared to when I started and its posts like yours that are so helpful...thanks again. I am long FITX!
I hope you right I need to buy some cheap shares
I agree, if they are correct I will add also
I have on TD ameritrade a market cap of 807700 divide by a closing price of .0039 equals 2.071026e+8 shares outstanding not sure what that total is. anyone know?
thanks Im sticking to the game plan, ride the highs, buy the dips...LONG FITX!
my td account also states FITX is at .0739, plus 2.78%, I was thinking there was a late sell off
dumb question time...is it legal to grow, sell, and export MM in California? if so what is the licensing process, if any?
I would hold you caught a great price , wish I was so lucky, sit back and watch it grow JMHO
My personal simplified take on these deals:
CEN Biotech will grow it and RXNB will test and distribute.

I like ABs summary of how Cen and RXNB will work together, found this exchange between AB and another writer on SA
my td account says FITX is trading @ .0711
Eventually there will be many growers in Canada and the US, currently the race is on to see who will produce the best suppliments, medicines, that will be mass produced and consumed by prescription and non prescription customers, FITX has experience in providing quality products, look at the big picture, this isnt just about growing plants
I appreciate your insight, I agree this company seems ready to alot of good things!
Very glad I loaded up on FITX early this week, I recently switched from TRTC to FITX because they have products that people like and consume, that experience is going to help FITX develop other high quality MM products going forward
There was a post a yesterday that had a link that showed an application for a generator made by building owner Jim Shaban, Im just thinking it must be a very large commercial grade generator for possibly providing power to a whole lot of pods?...I hope so!
Thanks for that link I listened to the whole explanation by AB and learned alot, thanks again
Thanks for that update thats a nice rise in a short period of time, I think once the license is obtained this stock will rise very fast, I dont mind these temporary lows.
The potential for future products to be marketed is the basis to obtain funding, look at any start up pharma, they are bogged down with debt, but their upside attracts funding, many non psychotropic cannabanoid pastes for epileptic seizures, sprays for epileptic spasticity, not to mention all the uses for pain control and for increasing appetite for cancer patients with few harsh side effects...have some vision for goodness sake, we havent begun to tap the potential uses of this product!!
Well there you go many people were confused, now they should feel at ease, 75% is more than I expected, is great news, almost too good I was hoping to reload this week at the low prices, guess I will have to suck it up and pay the high prices down the road these prices will look like a great bargain...GO FITX$$$$$$$$$$
Laugh all you want, I really thought his post was funny, and like I said I hope he is wrong and there hasnt been a dilution of value to FITX shares.
I hope your wrong, but I did get a good laugh out of your post...very funny!
awesome!
I thought a while back that one of the reasons for the Nevada LLC was to be in the state to compete for a MM growers license. I have read recently that TRTC has aspirations to obtain a license by the fall of 2014, maybe it was wishful thinking on my part that FITX, through Cenbio would do the same. I see your point when googleing LLC Nevada many companies offer a fast and easy track to obtain one.
good find I didnt see that on the State of Nevada website
That is the million dollar question, also as of this morning there is no one listed as an officer on the WP LLC and its currently listed as defaulted.
This is a interesting find and no doubt why so many people are concerned. I looked again at the PHOT 8k and you see in the first paragraph the following
CEN TRANSACTION
Interest Purchase Agreement
On January 24, 2014, GrowLife, Inc. (the “Company”) executed an Interest Purchase Agreement whereby Wise Phoenix LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“WP”), and AJOA Holdings, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“AJOA”) (WP and AJOA may be collectively referred to as “Sellers”), sold to Organic Growth International, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“’OGI”), 25% of the fully diluted outstanding equity of CEN Biotech, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Canada (“CEN”). OGI is the Company’s previously announced joint venture with CANX USA, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“CANX”). The Company has a 45% ownership interest in OGI and there are conditions under which it may gain a majority interest in the joint venture. The Company is obligated to issue shares of common stock to the Sellers (see below).
As you have clearly posted WP and AJOA are both 25% owners of Cenbio, the above paragraph states they sold a 25% stake of Cen to OGI in exchange for shares of common stock in PHOT,each will receive 117,647,059.@ .17/share,when certain conditions are met.
Also it further states that WP, AJOA, CANX will each have a director on Cenbio's board of directors.
I guess the big question is Who owns WP and AJOA? I dont know the answer to that question, hopefully it is the shareholders at FITX, or this would seem like a dilution of shareholder value.
I hope you are correct, the link posted earlier that listed FITX as 10% owner has concerned many.
