They just got on the "pot". Isn't that why we're all here? :)
IMO, whether the CD drops or not is a huge indicator of whether this is a scam or a startup. I'm confident I'm on the right side of this one with the shares I own; looking forward to finding out on Tuesday.
If the CD drops as we're being told it will, that a step toward proving the legitimacy of the company. That's been in question for some time now and that's part of the reason we haven't blown up yet.
The CD, while small, is precisely what we need right now.
When/where did you see that price? Very interesting.
Unless they've gone back to their roots, it's news when they play ANY music video.
I think you mean Slap Dat Ask. Album title? Short it Like it's Hot.
The real news here is MTV playing a music video!
We've been coasting quickly downhill and have picked up a lot of speed; Michery just mashed the gas pedal as we hit the bottom.
Bumpy, bumpy ride ahead, but it's all gonna be uphill.
Maybe he's been using some Suzie Q's product and thinks gravity has reversed...
I don't know, but it sure looks like the market isn't too worried about it, no? By this point, I think they'd have to file another 14c to do it, so that information will be on that form when they file it.
oh_know, re: your PM -- Already did :)
Also, thanks!
Good info. I'd ask that you consider writing a more detailed post with this information, and links to sources, and that the mods consider stickying such a post, should it be written.
Thank you, Sir.
No argument here. My point was that it's not gonna be Tonight that gets us there.
It'll move enough for me to sell off enough to get back my initial investment (I've bought more shares since the last time I did this) and still hold a position here.
Will it bring us to a penny? No, probably not. Would be nice if it did, but I'm being real here. We need MMJ news for that.
That's actually a very good question and, now that it's been raised, I'd like an answer, as well.
If I had to guess, I'd figure that PMCM is receiving a controlling position on the board, which is the equivalent to ownership for an NPC.
And that's why I do it... I'm already crazy, so all that's left is the fun part
Yes, all speculation, just trying to attach some logical explanation to things.
And this means what, exactly, for us PMCM longs?
Someone else pointed out, a couple days ago, that Alon and Lano are the same letters and they were trying to rearrange them to form another word. Friends, that word is "Loan".
Alon and Lano, I believe, are shells, attempting to appear to be doing something, when in reality they will likely only ever end up owning other companies; the companies that actually do the growing, distribution, and seles.
And why?
To keep the operations separate from the finances.
Now, one does have to ask why Primco wouldn't just handle the financial end and let Suzie Q's handle the heavy lifting here. After all, that's already how things are set up, right?
Well, sort-of. There are benefits to compartmentalizing, though. Right now, Primco is trying to wear too many hats, real estate, music, TV, movies, and pot. We need a separate company for each of these endeavors; Primco needs to be a shell, in that respect. And each of those companies needs to, itself, be a shell, running smaller, local-market franchises, or even larger national franchises.
Think about it; especially for real estate, pot, and the production side of the media set! A local realtor is going to have better connections in a given area; they'll know where the best properties are and who to talk to if they want those properties, while a national brand will get more recognition; so have both, and let the national work with the locals, it's a win-win. Music production? A small local studio just "feels" better, they'll know the local scene better than anyone else, and that's a huge benefit; but you want national, or even worldwide, distribution, so we need both of those, as well. There's less benefit for TV and movie production, but the benefits still exist, and for the same reasons (and it makes sense to have an in-house real estate operation in order to find locations, not only for new business operations, but also set locations for filming).
Where the real benefit is, is pot. Make Suzie Q's a big national brand, it'll be recognized everywhere just by its name, so that's perfect. But we also need smaller, local, franchises. Some people just want to support their local businesses, and I don't blame them one bit; let people who know what will draw customers in in their locality (other than pot, which they can get at any other dispensary) set up their own business, their own location, offering their customers their own set of benefits, using the Suzie Q's supply chain. It works for McDonalds and BK, where you must have a certain core menu or offering, there are a handful of things you simply can *not* do or offer, but you can expand that core menu and offer your own unique services and atmosphere (admittedly, not many fast-food franchisees actually do this, but I've visited a few who do, to a much lesser degree than I'm envisioning here, while traveling, and I have to say, were those locations local to me, I would definitely go back to them on a regular basis).
There's logic here, it's just not apparent on the surface.
Acquisitions, my friend. Acquisitions and equity financing. When you have a few billion shares outstanding, you can throw an impressively large number down on paper and have that number still only represent a fraction of a percent of the company.
It's called posturing.
You'll get back in if this drops more, but you'll kick yourself if it takes off. Think about that for a moment...
This needs a daily repost until it gets stickied
Is that why today's chart looks like it's shaping up to give us the finger? LOL
Yup, and whoever's holding this back was perfectly fine letting buys outpace sells by a few million until they started coming in fast. Now there's a bit of selloff to curb the run.
Someone's having some fun here.
>> Ask yourself what kind of candle is being built?
Hopefully decorative, I don't want to see this thing get burned.
A bit over 10% now, was almost 14% a minute ago and will be up there again, and higher, I'm sure.
PMCM can't call right now, the O/S is what it is for strategic reasons. With deals on the table (WARNING: speculation) involving X number of shares, they need shares available and they want excess shares so they can put a huge number on paper that still only represents a fraction of a percent of the company.
That's smart.
And if those deals either go through or fall through, or if they don't exist at all, then yes, calling in those shares would be smart.
IMO, of course
tpizzazz24 I can't reply to your PM but yes, I would love to see that happen, as well. CBDs are where it's at, leave the THC in the recreational stuff and everyone will be happy!
If I invested at $8.00, say I bought 1,000 shares, and the stock went through a series of splits, eventually ending up at .0008, well, my 10,000,000 shares would still be worth $8000, so I'd feel pretty good about it.
Nowhere to go but up, really. And today, at .0033, I'd feel great about it, as those shares would be worth $33,000
Hugs are certainly better than drugs, but herbal remedies that actually work are the best!
A toke of pot will stave off a migraine much more effectively, and with fewer side effects, than the hard drugs I've been prescribed for them for the past 27 years.
Just another reason to support MMJ and one of the reasons I'm staying long in PMCM.
It doesn't mean anything, really.
Well, not really... it means they don't have to keep their reporting current; but as long as they do, it really doesn't mean anything.
What was that sudden jump?
Definitely not complaining, just want to know how likely it is to be sustainable.
>> i still dont understand how the state can pass it, but the federal govt says no...
Because, constitutionally, the Federal government doesn't actually have the power to make it illegal; that power lies with the states. It's stood until recently because there weren't enough people willing to stand up and call them on it, but the tides are turning, the voting majority want it legal now whether they're using it or not, and the feds are starting to see that.
Dispensaries used to get raided by the feds and shut down all the time in CA, but that's stopped happening in recent years. It still happens on occasion, specifically when they're doing something else illegal, so even though it's technically illegal under (invalid) Federal law, they're backing off with regard to legit dispensaries because they know the only way the general population will allow the law to stay on the books, so they can pick off the dealers and distributors, is to stop cutting people off from their medication by shutting down dispensaries.
You're gonna be in for a bumpy ride, but I'm pretty confident you'll end up with a profit here. You did get in a bit high, so you won't be as well off as some of us, but I don't think you did bad here.
Of course! It's still beneficial to those few who read these boards as their primary form of DD (fools, nonetheless, but a room full of fools is just as harmful to everyone else as they are to themselves, left unchecked), and therefore to the lot of us, to counter FUD with reality.
Plus, it's entertaining... I've been tempted to subscribe a few times now, just to keep the back-and-forth going with a couple of these geniuses.
Did Steven or Stephen lose his credentials? Yes, it matters. Is it was as you say it is, the SEC would have eaten him alive by now, given that his name is on all of the documents PMCM has filed with them.
You actually never did provide anything linking Steven and that address; I did manage to find it myself, however. And you are correct.
Be that as it is, if Steven and David are playing at a scam here, they're upside-down in it. Their only profitable way out at this point is to operate a legitimate business, which they certainly appear to be doing, current reporting, actual product, and all that.
I've done things in my past that I'm not exactly proud of (and the FBI was involved), but that's in the past. Since then, I've built a nice life for myself, all via legitimate means. If I can do it, I have no reason to believe that someone else can't; especially when presented with a mountain of evidence that they have.
Good day, sir.
You haven't shown me anything placing Steven at that address... if asking for that is the same as asking you to spell it out for me, then yes. Please do.
I don't see Steven anywhere there, just a whole lot of Stephen. With a "PH".

At this point, he has more invested than he could gain through this type of scam, that's the only reason I'm discounting his past. IMO, of course; he could have some clever angle that nobody's ever come up with before, in which case he's earned my money.
Mixed feelings... I have a handful of shares here, so I'd like to see upward momentum; but, I'd like to load up at .0007, as well.
