When I looked at the same ad yesterday, It said good through Dec. 20th (which was yesterday), so it apparently doesn't really mean anything.
Love hearing old subscribers coming back on board and being happy with the new service.
Without a shred of solid proof, I'm convinced they have the technology in place. It's the only way to make sense of the unbelievably fast turnaround times posted by people here.
The line has been drawn.
Bad Cuda, how did you hear about GZFX?
Churak, check out siliconinvestor.com
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/quote.aspx?ticker=C&qm_page=74876&qm_symbol=gzfx
Thanks, I for one appreciate the B/A. Can only get 20 minute delayed quote for gzfx.
Xan,
I'm feeling neglected.
Love the Don...
It's not that you have to sell 30 days before year-end, it's that you can't buy the stock back within 30 days. So you can sell up to the last business day of the year and then buy it back 31 days later and still able to claim the loss.
Nitetrane (I think that's how you spell it). It's like $3 a bottle.
I'll go get Wick. Someone must have let him off his leash...
Bad Wick, Bad...
This is literally like Chinese water torture....
Xan pass the brown paper bag....
No holes at all Hamburglar. You're a pure genius.....
Did you come up with the Flux Capacitor too?
It stands for hard-wood.
OT: I have the Sony 80 hour one and upgraded the hard drive myself to like 160. You also have the option to buy a one time subscription fee for $299 for the life of the unit (the break-even is a little under two years). I had heard Sony was coming out with a 120 hour unit but that was like 8 months ago and still not out, so I think they scrapped the plan. TIVO is phenominal. One other thing, if you have DirecTV, get the DirecTV one because you can then record on show while watching another because the unit has two tuners.
LOL... funny sh#t.
Seeing the pic 50 times a day is surely going to force me off my diet.
Xan,
that burger looks so freakin good. mmmmm.... cheeseburger....
Xan, you can't really trust the bid/ask showing as it the OTCBB, and they don't have to show the true bid/ask. If I were you though, I wouldn't up your bid. Just leave it there and it might eventually get filled. I have a pretty good email from Ameritrade about the rules of BB stocks and will post it later tonight for you.
grrrrrreeeeat (sarcasm).
Look at this though:
The Registrant commenced a private placement on September
24, 2004 and sold 384,615 shares of common stock from that date
to September 30, 2004 to 1 investor (who was accredited) for a
total consideration of approximately $5,000.
That's $.013 to the investor. WTF.
Q says over 4,000 subs.
I knew you would appreciate that wood.
For some reason he needs to tell everyone right before has a bowl movement....
momo seems to be kicking in too.
and a way we go. I'm not trying to pump, but when the Q comes out, hold on to your seats. IMHO.
Disclaimer- I've lost my shirt on this puppy.
just wondering. I think the website looks phenominal. Gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside. Time to buy a little more before the Q comes out.
MadTony,
any more news on your purchasing of that DVD (or was it a game?)?
well, at least GZFX isn't a reputable company so your idea has a chance. LOL.
I know Hamburglar asked a couple days ago (to no avail), but does anyone here have any idea what GZFX's cost basis is per subscriber (excluding advertising and the like)?
FYI, I just looked up the new SEC requirements, but it doesn't apply to GZFX as the new rules are for companies with $75 million in public floating stock and GZFX is around $17M right now. The rules state that for Dec 31, 2003 year-end companies, they have to file the 10k within 75 days which get accelerated to 60 days for the Dec 31, 2004 year-end and the 10Q's have to be file within 40 days during 2004 and accelerated to 35 days in 2005.
Is it correct that they have to file by Nov. 10 (40 days after quarter end)? I believe that's the new SEC requirements?
I definitely see your point, but hopefully if they don't use direct numbers, they will use percentage increases or something similiar. It would be nice to see them say they had 10,000% increase in subs...I guess that still wouldn't be that good if they started the quarter with 3 subs. LOL.....
I know I saw that, but if the company has previously discussed sub numbers, then why wouldn't they include specifics or at least discuss it in the Q, especially since that is material information? I would think they would want to highlight the positives, which based on the affliate program press release, the seemlying slowing of turn around times (due to substaintial increase in subs?) and other info obtained by the people here, I think things will start to look up. Obviously, a big revenue number would be a good sign of sub growth, but there is too many people on free trial right now and all that.
I'm also guessing that they are paying all their bills, effectively, with stock sales so we've ended up paying for everything and that's why we see all this pressure downward. But what the hell do I know, I've lost a ton on this guy.
Thanks Simple. I'm feeling a little discouraged right now, but I'm hoping the Q will have some very redeeming sub numbers in there. I can't imagine anything else that would be really positive at this point since they are hemorrhaging money right now on sub. development.
MM or Simple,
since I have never checked out RB, overall are the feelings of the more knowledgable posters over there positive about GZFX?
Xan,
you're the man.
Thanks.
Xan,
I need your help. Maybe a week or two ago, I think two people posted how their membership number was XXXXXX, and was speculating that was perhaps the subscription numbers so far. I was looking back to try and find those post and couldn't find them. If you have a second, do think you could do a search (as I don't have an IHUB membership) and find those two posts. Maybe search the word "membership".
Thanks in advance.
My basic understanding of time is that 48 hours is 2 days. So, WITHIN two day is really not that bad and I bet they respond much quicker than that. Let us know when they actually respond though.
