Look at this though:

The Registrant commenced a private placement on September
24, 2004 and sold 384,615 shares of common stock from that date
to September 30, 2004 to 1 investor (who was accredited) for a
total consideration of approximately $5,000.


That's $.013 to the investor. WTF.
