Which I am entitled to, just like you are entitled to your many opinions. However, no "verified purchases" on AMZN is a fact and not an opinion.
None of those are verified purchases, and even if they were, most likely just insiders writing fake reviews.
Patently Obvious Scam
It is and most folks on this board is aware of this.
Nothing about Hensley should be too surprising given his history.

You can definitely choose to believe what you want.
patently obvious scam
Meanwhile the "execs" paid themselves almost 500K last year (almost 3 times over the year before) and awarded themselves 150 million shares over the last 2 years, according to their latest filing. LOL
Just say I have been very disappointed with their performance and lack of follow-through on various fronts over the years.
A counter-fiction/joke in response to janga's post.
It will cause impotency so sniff at your own risk.
My deepest condolence to you then...
Agree - my point was also the purchases were inside job to boost review ratings and not real sales.
It doesn't take much to run out of stock since they only have a few boxes to start with and insiders are ordering them so they can write fake 5-star reviews as "verified purchasers".
Maybe ITNS should give out free Emesyl to all longs to see if it will help cure the nausea caused by its stock price??
They always release PR prematurely to pump up the price but then the news don't pan out most if not all the times.
Verified purchase doesn't mean much - they just could be all ITNS insiders who "purchased" the product and write 5-star reviews.
Lodi, California of all places?? LOL
I heard Mark Cheung spent $1.20 out of his pocket to buy those 200 shares. I also heard he paid $2 in cash and threw the $0.80 change into the tip jar. What a generous guy lol!
I agree their response is neither here or there - basically no new information. I don't think no news is good news at this point. I would be surprised if ITNS can afford to pay a "big name company" to work on their website when they only have a few hundred dollars in cash.
Great call on price guarantee today haha!!
Agree - let's see if they can come through this time.
Does any one know how many zeros after the decimal point will it take for a stock like ITNS to be delisted from pink sheet?
I agree. More excuses, more delays, more smoke and mirror, more pump and dump...
What do you think?
I think Cheung is using his kids to do this to save $$.
And I always laugh when I read this on the ITNS website:
Itonis Pharmaceuticals plans to announce the details of upcoming human clinical studies for the nausea preparation formulation over the coming weeks
This is from August 2012 and more than 2 years later - nada, zilch. Another great confidence booster for this company.
How pathetic is that? Sure give you lots of confidence in this company...
Calling out a scam as I see it is different from associating with it. I am entitled to my opinion and others are entitled to theirs.
Is this what you are looking for - Launch Sales in Fall 2013??

Dead Cat Bounce today to end 6-day losing streak. What a pathetic stock/scam!!!
Sure - heard that line many times before! Didn't they say last summer? They have no credibility, and people can keep wishing/dreaming.
So? Is Emesyl on Walmart shelves?
Is ITNS making a penny from Zicam?
Really?
I will believe it when I see it on store shelves. Until then, it is smoke and mirror.
Huge profits for something that have not been produced and unlikely will be produced, let alone distributed and sold, anytime in the foreseeable future???
But both of them make $$$, even if none of the ITNS ventures make it to market or make any $, simply by issuing themselves millions and millions of shares and then selling them on these pump-and-dump schemes.

The Food and Drug Administration received 130 reports from consumers and doctors of people losing their sense of smell after using one of the Zicam nasal products, which include Zicam Cold Remedy and Zicam Cold Remedy Swabs. The reports date to 1999, when Matrixx Initiatives of Scottsdale, Ariz., first introduced the products.
In 2006, Matrixx paid $12 million to settle 340 lawsuits from Zicam users who claimed that the product destroyed their sense of smell, a condition known as anosmia. Hundreds more such suits have since been filed.
