I don't think it amounts to enough if bank law restrictions are not included with decriminalization. It becomes a game changer thereafter
This tells me more that they are an acquisition target
I didn't see much chatter about it on the board....generally there is.
I don't know why this got missed but it will be interesting to see what Q3 numbers hold
"The Company would also like to confirm it will be releasing its Q3 2021 Financial Statements on November 30, 2021."
Taking bets now. Go
I wouldn't doubt....NXGWY is a good buyout acquisition. My only out is that it would be for cash and not stock.
Bingo Ratler
There will be a big tax grab by the US government to fuel its spending and debt problems. Opening up taxation on cannabis becomes an appealing target which should become the impetus for legalization and changes in the banking regulations
OR sell the company
The $5 price target becomes a reality if the 150k sq ft. facility comes to fruition. A business should always have long term objectives.
I stand corrected. You are right 850k @.50.
Where did I see that he has 11M?
11M @.50.....to be precise.
He's going to have to earn his oats
Here's a quote from Mike.
“Mr. Floyd’s diverse experience in business, governance, banking, risk management and California cannabis makes him a perfect addition to the Next Green Wave board to help guide the Company to the next level. We could not be more excited to have him join our team.” – Michael Jennings, CEO Next Green Wave
Bingo..
@.15 I back up the pickup again
Crickets
The comparative analysis isn't a good fit either. Most of the other weed company financials are upside down. NGWY's isn't.
We're NGWY to be considered as potential buyout candidate, intrinsic value would be one of the considerations to be looked at.
Enough said. Time to move on.
The question wasn't whether Ben Graham would invest in the company, but rather, given his method of analysis, how much is the stock worth.
Boom!
I wonder what Benjamin Graham stock analyst would value the price at.
The Federal government will need to find tax revenue any way it can if the spending bill goes through. I wouldn't be surprised if legalization is one of the options on the table to generate revenue from taxes.
I see your onto your next 500k :)
These are the days of accumulation
Well stated.....this is a long play. Not a good play for the impatient.
Excellent point and why I feel comfortable with adding to my position.
Thank you HD.
I like that they've increase revenue and paid off debt. Well done
This happens in all companies and is more common than the cold. Execs feather their own beds and toss aside employees and shareholders.
Over the years I've learn never to trust what they say but what they do.
There was a news story on Foxnews today about how smoking cannabis was used to combat Covid.....can't find it now
Depends. Could receive shares of another company. Depends what management thinks of shareholders.
My feeling....this company is ripe to be sold.
So here's a question to ask: With the debt paid off, what is the company worth?
Harpo, if your out there, care to weigh in?
Being debt free sure means one can sleep well at night.
If we don't, you might begin to put in your mind they don't want to be up front.
NXGWY should know that there are some deeply invested people who've seen the stock drop nearly 50%. If they don't want to see them bail, they really should be forthright. My $.02
Not certain but a couple of thoughts come to mind:
1) hacked
2) Director departure (access)
California State Fair to include Cannabis contest. Perhaps NXGWY might be willing to compete. It would be a chance to earn some recognition

Good post....this is a game changer it final approval is given. Decriminalization is one thing but removing banking restrictions for cannabis companies is what they are in desperate need of
I think there would be problems if construction on the new site were halted. Not seeing that, so I'm still in the game
If they were blockchaining it, this would be an issue
So the bottom line is to get out of Cannabis stocks.....or until a turnaround occurs.
Help me. What does "Lpees" mean? I didn't find anything meaningful on the Web about it.
Yep. The only question was why the stunted growth. Bigger numbers were expected and plant yields were low.
A question should be raised about the low plant yields they're incurring.
I agree with HD. Overall the company is in good shape; the company is profitable and does a good job of keeping costs down.
That said, if the company can't deliver on some of its upcoming business objectives, they should consider selling it.
At this time, I rate this a hold
