Generally , ELTP does not need phase III clinical trials for 505b2 NDA application.

You have to understand 505b2. - this encourages INNOVATION of existing FDA APPROVED DRUGS.
Art Technology already qualifies , we just need to gather the data and Camargo s the EXPERT in 505B2.
I also want to be corrected in my periods post. Not 188 , the correct number is 288 (for ELTP).

Since safety and efficacy was already established in OXY / OPIOIDS / Naltroxen .
ELTP will be using BIOEQUIVALENCE.
All we need to include in our 505b2 application are as follows:
1. Rely on previous data that we own or do to own , e.g. Have a right of reference to, including a Published literature.
