Free shipping everywhere in Jersey or just where they do runs?
It is a positive step in the right direction. It isn't the "news" we need to make the stock run. Now if a month from now we started to see $MINE securing regional deals with other Walgreens then that could be the catalyst to move the PPS and sustain it.
I like to think of this Walgreens deal as an opportunity. Essentially this is the test bed to start selling to all other Walgreens.
I am just interested in BVS but I see they are a private company. I have seen some of their products in action.
Don't do it this time...hopefully you don't need the money you invested here (at least not in the near-term). I have been there and done that too. This stock is going to take off...it is just a matter of when. IMO
It isn't ready to move yet. There is no catalyst to get 100 million plus in volume for 3 days let alone for a good run. We need something good to get the PPS moving and keep it there (i.e. solid financials, multiple distribution agreements in other parts of the country, celeb announcement/share buyback (although we aren't ready for the latter two yet)).
What we truly need is for investors to feel comfortable about the company. The only way to do that is for $MINE to show positive steps forward (which it has been and is doing). Each time we hit a milestone the stronger investor confidence will be and then the PPS will rise.
The run back in Mar-May was from The Herbal Collection "THC" and the mj craze that was popping up in the OTC. For crying out loud there were Gold mining stocks that were trying to convert over to growing pot. MJ was the hype and $MINE got caught up in it.
$MINE will continue to do well as long as $MINE sticks to its principles and continues to do what it has been doing since late last year...pushing a quality product out to the market.
Whole Foods is way over priced anyways. Only reason I mentioned it earlier is because people keep bringing up Whole Foods. I know Wegman's is an east coast thing but I'd take it over Whole Foods any day and they offer cheaper organic products. I am sure other regions have grocery stores that cater to the organic/non-gmo crowd that carry conventional products as well. No worries here.
I agree
Whole Foods won't sell VitaminFizz. Well not unless $MINE comes out with an organic version or at the very least one that does not have any of the ingredients listed as banned on their website.

How is IDOI tied to Berkeley Varitronics Systems (BVSystems)? I did a search on this forum but I didn't see anything. I see on their website they are partners.
I guess what I am getting at is...do contracts/sales/revenue/etc. from IDOI's partners influence (such as BVS) IDOI's share price?
I completely agree just didn't feel like typing all of that. To put in in perspective VitaminWater launched in 2000 and was first introduced in NY slowly moving throughout the state eventually going across the nation. It wasn't until 2004 that VitaminWater signed 50 Cent as their celeb. 4 YEARS after they initially launched their product. I am not saying it will take 4 years but it will take some time to move the product nationwide before introducing a celeb makes sense.
One thing I can say is thus far VitaminFizz has been more aggressive at launching their product than when Vitamin Water initially entered the scene.
I don't think we are there yet. I don't think we can break through historically very psychological resistances at MA50/MA200 (at least not stampede through them just yet). From a technical perspective stocks bounce off of them just as hard as they bounce off support levels. All the news coming out is great but I don't think it is good enough to "stampede" through. Either way I'd rather test .0089 today and pass it up tomorrow to just below a penny. That would set next week up nicely.
If some spectacular news comes out (celebrity; distribution agreement in the Chicago, Florida, etc.; The Herbal Collection production/roll-out; announcement of an Organic line; etc. etc.) between now and whenever all that goes out the window.

Coincidence?!? In stores by Sept 29th and a conference call on the 30th?
Walgreen Co. Fourth Quarter 2014 Earnings Conference Call
September 30, 2014 beginning at 8:30 AM ET
Conference Call
Front-end sales increased 1.5% in 2013, 3.6% in 2012 and 8.5% in 2011. The increase over the prior year was due, in part, to new store openings and improved sales related to non-prescription drugs, photofinishing products, convenience and fresh foods and beer and wine categories. Front-end sales were 37.1% of total sales in fiscal 2013, 36.8% of total sales in fiscal 2012 and 35.3% of total sales in fiscal 2011. Comparable drugstore front-end sales decreased 0.7% in 2013 compared to increases of 0.6% in 2012 and 3.3% in 2011. The decrease in fiscal 2013 comparable front-end sales was primarily attributable to lower customer traffic, which was offset to a lesser extent through an increase in basket size.

To DA Moon!!!
To Da Moon!
That post about it being healthier was prior to the ingredients being listed on Amazon. Now it is a matter if people like the flavor better than Sparkling Ice because VitaminFizz is essentially the same thing with the same ingredients.
IMO not a good way to go up against your competition, generally I would think you would need something that makes you stand out like being certified non gmo or organic. But it is what it is and we can only hope for the best.
Since I have been restricted this is my one post for today lol.
So the article says Sparkling ICE is the largest individual brand of all sparkling water. Something VitaminFizz has over Sparkling ICE is ViatminFizz is made with NON-GMO products (per the label from the recent Twitter pics).
Sparkling ICE has Sucralose (artificial sweetener); Dye (Blue 1, Yellow 5); Ester Gum which has been deemed an unsafe food additive by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)...who I trust more than the FDA; and finally Potassium Benzoate which has been shown to produce benzene when exposed to heat/light, benzene is a known carcinogen (which causes cancer in humans). All that said NON-GMO/organic friendly people will not touch these ingredients with a 10 foot pole. This in turn will force these consumers to seek out NON-GMO/organic friendly substitutes...VitaminFizz!!
With or without the NON-GMO certification this is huge because the NON-GMO and organic industry is becoming more popular every day.
The Authorized Share increase has absolutely no effect on the day to day trading other than scaring ignorant investors/traders. The Authorized Shares could be increased to 200 billion and we would still trade at the same amount we are now.
The issue is when the Authorized Shares are issued by the company in the form of restricted shares or when the company sells them to the public to raise capital (diluting). Restricted shares do not immediately affect the price per share because there will be restrictions on when they can be sold. The latter (selling to the public) will have an immediate effect on the PPS because those shares add to the float. The float being the most important thing that affects the PPS (nonwithstaning news, PRs, market impression of company, etc.).
If the company dilutes then it is adding shares to the float which is usually followed by a decrease in PPS. That is of course unless it is for a good reason and the market agrees with it.
So back to the topic, an increase in Authorized Shares does not have an immediate effect on the PPS. Can it down the road? Maybe, it just depends on what the company does with them.
Since the beginning of 2012 every 10-Q has been filed late followed up with the actual report within 4-10 days. No worries here.
He really doesn't care about anything other than charting. People in the inner circle post that stuff. He used to get pissed when people would post news because as we all know news can go either way and he didn't want people buying on news and getting screwed. He wants you to buy based on the chart and exit based on the chart.
I understand this is a hard concept for people to grasp because there are so many people out there just trying to steal your money. He actually has a decent business plan where he makes money while helping others. The charts he posts here and on other boards are purely to get more customers. He could care less what the board does with his charts. With that said though a lot of the newer inner circle memeber request to have charts done on certain stocks and he will do those as well. He really does emphasize reading charts and buying/selling based off what the chart is saying. It is what it is. The inner circle isn't for everyone but it is legit.
Clay doesn't include technical indicators in his charts. He does however have courses that teach you all the way from what a chart is to different strategies when trading. If he gave away what the technical indicators were in his videos there would be no need to buy his courses. It is what it is...trend lines, support/resistance levels are the basics and that is what you see in his charts.
He really stresses that each individual trader learns to read charts and trade based off of what you think the chart is doing. He is quick to tell you when you are on the right track and when you are not. He also rarely tells you what he is trading. The only stocks that come to mind are the $1+ stocks he shorts when he does his shorting videos. He provides weekly picks but they always change and they are rarely if ever are on the top 50 of iHub charts.
The reason he does the chart videos for MINE and other pennies is to attract new customers. It is as simple as that. He doesn't play pennies, and he gives out way more advice for $1+ stocks.
iHub has a lot of haters and many believe he is the same as Sykes but he isn't. Have you seen Clay here trying to bash/cheer MINE or trying to defend his name? If I recall I remember seeing Sykes here talking crap about MINE a couple weeks ago. Off my soap box now...and back to silently watching the humorous and sometimes informative posts here.
You can clearly see who the bashers, newbies, bag holders and retards are. There is a group accumulating and when news hits the PPS is going to go ballistic.
Bashers are winning right now. MAYBE there are some shares being sold by the company but the reasons the PPS is where it is now is because 1. the CEO needs a PR person and 2. people are getting tired of holding shares on a stock that has been trading sideways for two weeks now. This stock needs MAJOR news to get the PPS close to where it was before. Lots of bag holders here that will be looking to break even on the way back up.
This is going to run... 1) Bashing 2) Find support/load 3) Charts indicating break out 4) Pump 5) More charts w/ blue skies 6) Lots of "to da moon" posts 7) Sell while PPS high 8) PPS falls 9) Rinse and repeat

Needs to close green. A doji or red day isn't going to look good on the chart.
Someone or some group is loading or I should say front loading. A massive run is coming. Accumulation has doubled since the .0019 high this morning. Whoever is loading likely put that wall up at .0019. When they are done it will come down and this will take off.
For newbies oversold = a very good thing
HUGE bid support at .0017. This is going up. Don't get caught chasing like last time...
Chart is looking very bullish on the 5 min daily. Flippers have settled a little and bid support is growing at .0017. Run could be imminent if the flippers hold off. If we hold this the next real test today will be the 200 MA at .0024 on the 60 min daily.
Need to breakthrough and hold .0017. That is the new resistance on the 60 min daily, 31 and 50 day MA. If we don't I think we will test .001 - .0012.
What's the bid/ask? I am showing 131/23 MIL.
Looks like the bottom. Chart is showing signs of reversal. If we hold this we might get a bounce tomorrow with or without news.
Yup chart is looking good.
Thanks, just wondering. If I counted right there were ~ 60 MIL buys at .0002 before it jumped to .0003. If there were 1 tick flippers either they were selling from previous holdings or they got stuck with some 3's. Whoever ate up the 2's was likely accumulating. That was about $36K in buys...
How much was bought vs sold?
