Responding to: "OOPS!!! Good thing I flip this POS and don’t hold.... making bank!! OOPS!!!"
No one can blame you, PC for taking profits. I did the same!
Anything is possible in OTC and who knows, may be your theory is plausible. The new CEO, however, will have to work even harder in the new year and show investors he/she has a plan to get this going.
Agreed, and now the company will have the opportunity to breathe and with a new CEO, things definitely are looking better for the new year.
We don't know for sure, and without fins, there is no idea what this company is doing. The good thing is that the very high profile BOD said they are working to bring financials current and get the CE removed. That's a good start for them since they are actually taking over the operations and re-branding it. They deserve some time, so let's see what happens as the new year unfolds.
Good question, but I will venture to say, on peril of being wrong, that MDIN could be spun off into something else. Perhaps internet security, bitcoin, social media platforms, holding company... It will be interesting to she how this morph over the next few months.
Time will tell, right?
Yesterday, definitely was bad news, but in all the background noise, I believe there are some positives. The fact that the company came out ahead and broke the news of the CEO's and secretary resignations, shows character. They could have allowed the news to leak, but they released it even after sending out the "final" or EOY wrap-up shareholders' letter two weeks before. If they keep their word and get rid of the CE in January and accomplish a couple of their company goals for the new year, I think this will be successful. My advice for the company is to have something significant like news on a major acquisition to release by the middle of January. Also they have to execute their plans and keep shareholders informed. Putting up contact emails and numbers on their website and not responding to shareholders queries shows lack of an efficient organizational structure. Just my 2 sense on this. Have a blessed day and GLTA!
Very much so, IMHO.
You are right on that! Using yesterday as an example, there were more than 80 million shares on the ask at 3's at the opening bell, and some folks miscalculated that they had time to soak up some of those "cheapies" later in the day or even this week, but almost out of no where-- like a bolt of lighting, someone took out 60 million shares, leaving them with no choice, but to chase after the remaining 3's and then 4's. With about 60 million shares available at 4's, I agree that these could be gone with one big buy, like yesterday. I would say get these 4's while you can, and sit tight for real fireworks when news is released!
You are correct with that, and especially with that 40 million
share-dump at the opening bell. That looks like dilution IMHO.
Agree with you and, upon a closer look, I concur that the machinery appears pretty standard. May be that's the concept they envision but they should say so, if that's the case. Good observation, however!
Very possible, but may be they contracted out the manufacturing process or are modifying or tweaking the equipment from other versions. Hope it's not any trademark infringement!
I saw that too, but it's perhaps someone who bought tens of millions at .0001 and can't wait any longer. Or, may be someone who bought in at higher levels and think it will drop even further. Hard to tell, but I think now is a good entry point for anyone who wants to take the risk. This should bounce and perhaps settle down in the low teens by early January, especially if the CEO puts out a followup PR early in the new year. Any type of news will stop the selloff and reverse the slide, IMHO. Then again, as we all know OTC securities are very volatile, and anything could happen, right?
You are making assumptions, right? We will know in a few months if their 3-D organ printing concepts are for real. I think many investors here are inclined to give them a few more months to deliver on acquisitions. Filing fins on time, biomedical device development, etc. We will see!
It appears the board members are charting a new course for the company. Once testing of the prototypes are completed and the CE is removed, I believe this will gain momentum. Q1 or the next 3 months will show where the company is heading.
Definitely, this has potential, and given the company's high-profile board and their list of goals for the new year, I believe this could easily hit half a penny by spring.
Very possible that's what happened in the selloff. But, it's possible many shareholders opted to sell for EOY tax purposes. Also, it's possible many who sold had leveraged funds from sources that were previously designated or earmarked for personal/monthly or paycheck to paycheck purposes and were forced to sell, once the PR or letter to shareholders did not match up with their expectations. Some shareholders borrow funds on a short term basis to invest in a security with the intention to repay when they could turn a reasonable profit. It's a risky thing to do in OTC, but some folks do it.
Taking profits is a good thing, and it's always advisable to capitalize on opportunities when they become available. I have done the same thing with others. But, like you did, it's a good idea to keep a core position, just in case they suddenly take off.
Agreed, and it's a good thing the company is communicating with shareholders. Most pinkies don't.
I am just an observer here, but based on my analysis of the PR, the company released this morning, I think it was a good summary of this year's progress and a reasonable projection for next year. I really did not see any red flags to trigger the selloff. Just impatient shareholders, IMHO. I believe this has potential and could do well in the future. GLTA
Thanks you and appreciate the excellent work that you do on this board!
We will soon see what the numbers are for the last quarter. At any rate, it looks like sales will be significantly lower for this year, compared to last year, on a whole.
Thanks for the update bro. Those numbers definitely are not good. Looks like the Canadian roll-out had little or no effects on sales so far.
Hey WP,
Was away for a while; what happened to the much talked about RS? Did the company release third quarter fins? And, what was the sale/revenues for Q3?
Man, that's the post of the month. So correct, I don't know what else you could say to convince folks here. But, to each his/her own, right?
Yep, you are correct, I have not had the time. Just busy with my primary job. But, thanks for the info. Appreciate it, as usual!
I also noticed the same thing and I was wondering why the pps did not drop, Normally, when a small security like ICNB register such a one-sided trading day (99.9 percent sells), the pps would drop by at least 25 percent. But, something is amiss here. What do you think, PC?
Agree with you, Whip! It's possible, the RS has not happen because the CEO knows this will drop significantly post-RS, so he is delaying the inevitable. What do you think? Is the RS canceled or do you think the investors are having second thoughts?
Thank you for your very informative response. Right now, we just have to see what happens.
I agree that significant catalyst will occur post-RS, but until those catalysts become monetize, no one can say how this will perform. This company will have to increase sales and revenues big time to keep the confidence level up and spur further investor buy-in. Just a theory on my part, but then again, anything is possible!
Theories are just theories, let's wait and see. We will soon see credible and verifiable facts like how much was sold and revenues accrued in the last quarter in the Q3 fins.
You have a point with that. This would take a 10-fold increase in sales/revenues to sustain a pps over a dollar post-RS, IMHO. Q3 fins will give us a preview where this is going.
You may be right, but anything is possible!
Good morning Whip, I see folks are up early today in anticipation of a very interesting day. I have a question for you. Do you think the the financiers could back out from the $1.2 million deal? Would it be legal, based on the filings, you have seen? And, assuming the financiers could cancel the arrangement, then is it possible that Rich could cancel the RS? You are the expert here, so, what do you think?
Incredible, but its true! Your sentiment is shared, and is indicative of a bigger and underlying problem with ICNB.
Just a lot of speculation by some. You are right, 99.9 percent of OTC securities don't do well post-RS
Wow, this is already down in the 30's! You called it, and 30's are here. Good instinct, Whip!
Like you said, this could drop to the mid-30's today or perhaps by Monday. If history is any guide, don't see this surviving post-RS without at least a 50 to 75 percent haircut. Time will tell, just a few more days and we will see who is right on this board. GLTA
You get the idea of flat like a pan cake, right -- just semantics
This is going to fall like a pan cake post-RS, you watch and see. Q3 fins will be the nail in the coffin, with sales/revenues, perhaps in the range of $200,000.00 to $260,000.00, if so much. That will send shareholders running for cover, and there will be a massive sell off, driving the pps down to a few pennies. A few more days and we will see who is right!
