Does anybody know if there is a relationship between TNOG and STXX?
STXX, formerly Nutek Oil, had the Stanley lease back in January. Maupin's name appears in several of Nutek's reports and disclosures.
South Texas Oil has a pretty informative website, and their address places them in the same building as titan.
http://southtexasoil.com/default.htm
They have quite a few wells under development, and their corporate strategy is identical to Titan's.
I've been trying to put the pieces of this together, unfortuantely I have some rather large gaps in my DD. Continuing further STXX(Nutek) was a subsidiary of Datascension Inc.(DSEN). So, what I am trying to figure out is if these companies are part of a larger conglomerate.
If anybody can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated.
Waited too long? I guess I missed something - old and slow, but my memory is short.
Sorry Green, I don't understand the context of your reply.
Hey Durk, go to post 3086. That should clear up as to who has the Homestead claim, and Barry is spread thin - more so than most think.
goes the weasel...
Sirotka3, try this link for ustt. It may help.

Mtmony, made the point - all companies have subsidiaries, and this is true with Delta. I have no problem with that. The problem that I have is that this company is stating on one hand that they need investors and interest in their stock to obtain financing - and yet they are not forthcoming as to the financial structure of the company(subsidiaries, holdings, share structure,...ect.).
Why should anyone have to dig for months to find information that should have been provided by the company investor rep.?
I don't think anyone has been had - but this little prospecting operation has some deficiencies in management that maybe holding them back. Plus they haven't got any mon....err I should say a "They have a liquidity problem."
My opinion is that the the risk level of this investment was higher(and it was high to begin with) than initially advertised back in April/May of 2004.
That's the way it goes when investing on penny stocks.
There is still a chance that this may go providing Rayment starts spending a lot more than 5% of his time managing this company.
As for Livak - he is a waste of time.
Invest smart gang.
:) Best of Luck.
Thanks docrew, I think that is the link that I put in post 2811. I can't keep track of all the links that I pasted on this site. I know I had a couple of good ones.
Best of Luck.
:)
:) LOL, I know what you mean when you say this stock seems due for news. Ben, Shepper, Dolores, King, Mineral, Sirotka3, all know what it is like to be waiting for news.
I think we all thought this was a great short term play last May.
I respectfully disagree with your opinion. I do wish you and the rest of the investors of DMXP the best. I do hope that it does break out.
I liked the prospects of the company over a year ago, however, most of the information provided by the company was either bought(Scout document), or was released in very vague press releases. So, my investment instantly became dead money and proceded down the path of a tax write off.
The filing which I found was from a random google search. Edgar had nothing about the release. Most of the other information I have provided in my previous posts - were from the Nevada and Arizona state websites.
The "Who Owns the West" website was very informative in providing information on the Homestead claims. I was concerned when I discovered that Delta did not hold the claim, but their subsidiary Britt Minerals did. The rest of the story is in the filing.
As to whether or not I would put my money in this company - the risks are obvious - and their ability to communicate with their shareholders is substandard at best.
Charting pinkies isn't something I would recomend to anyone - pinkies move on rumors and news(and not necessarilly in that order).
Throw out the charts, and watch for news.
Be careful with this one.
At last connection between Delta and Britt minerals is revealed - and everything else appears to be out in the open. I'd suggest to anyone who has been posting on this board take a look at the filing.
The filing contains the most information that I have ever seen about this company.
:)
Hey all, I wasn't going to post anything about Delta until I had found something of substance about them.
Well - I found something.
A filing that just appeared.
Here's the link. ;) Good info.

It's scary that people still want to throw money into that thing(CMKX) - when they could throw it at me and get the same return.
:)
Looks like a complete loss of interest. eom
Wow Mineralme, sounds good. Do I get a royalty for my endorsement of the "Shake the living Daylights out of it" technique?
I've had that problem with my magic eight ball too. I just keeping shaking the living daylights out of it until it tells me what I want to hear.
:)
You just have to wonder why the indicators may be turning up? Without any solid information - the upturn is someone investing in wishful thinking.
I still haven't received a response to the Britt Minerals/DMXP connection. Until there is an answer, I wouldn't be pouring any money into this venture.
Smells like toast.
Finally this thing may be put to rest.

Nevada Sec. of State.
This is another pretty good DD site.

I personally think American bulls, is just that - bunch of bull.
Photo, are you using american bulls for the stock signal?
They needed to get their list of officers together for their corporate filing with the state of Nevada.
The following is from the Sec. of State's website.
"Annual List of Officers due date which is the date the corporation is required to renew their filing fees in order to keep their officers and corporation filing status current and free from delinquency."
DMXP is due on February 28.
These guys are good at creating press releases from nothing.
For those of you following this thread: Britt and DMXP filed their annual report with the state of Montana on the same day.
More to come. :)
Skyrider, photo's post was an excerpt from an old DMXP press release.
Nothing has come to fruition with this company as far as press releases are concerned.
Dead money = DMXP.
BINGO. I just did a business entity search for Britt, and guess what?
The representative/agent for them is TOM CHARLTON of Missoula Montana. DMXP's agent in Montana.
Alright, so, Britt is an active corporation in Montana - and DMXP is an active corporation in Montana; both are affiliated with the Homestead property in some way shape or form.
I'm willing to bet the Britt properties and Delta's properties are one in the same.
I think it is time for some answers.
One thing I find interesting is that the one link was from 2000. Britt minerals had a permit for the Homestead property back then.
I will start digging again to see if this is the same property that DMXP is sitting upon. The one other thing is on the ewg website - DMXP is not even in the data base, however, Carlson and Britt are in there.
I haven't confirmed it yet, but I think Carlson may still be in Missoula with a company named Gradient Geo.
More things that make you go hmmmm....
Found something interesting. Couple of nuggets of DD for ya before I'm finally off.
Check out page 3 of this link.
http://minerals.usgs.gov/minerals/pubs/state/983001.pdf
Britt is associated with this guy.
http://www.ewg.org/mining/owners/overview.php?cust_id=1581628
Carlson used to be the Delta rep./agent out of Missoula, prior to Charlton taking over.
That information can be found on the State of Montana government website.
This is at least a suggestion of a connection between DMXP and the Homestead site. Maybe Alex the lurker could shed some light on this?
I agree. Shoot, at least Jed Clampett could get financing, with that said I'm out. There are far too many question marks regarding the property that this errr company(shell) touts.
In past posts I have listed sites for DD - the absense of DMXP from them speaks volumes. Good luck to all that are hanging on. I sincerely wish you all the best, and maybe through some small miracle financing may finally come, and Godot may show up too.
:)
BTW, I have e-mailed the SEC(not the southeastern conference) about the trading activity on the 4th. If I hear anything, which I doubt it, I will post it.
This is worth taking look at - and then some.
http://www.mt.blm.gov/faq/mmc.html
The volume starts - and they report. There is not one thing happening with this stock other than someone manipulating the living daylights out of it.
That's all after the fact. eom
Looks like someone is done playing...eom
I agree, I think the daytraders are on it.
Okay, this has got my attention. Anything on the wire?
Whoops, I'd better stay on topic. What I should of said - that the "Big Picture" was rumored to be located in a hangar in Area 51, along with the DMXP Montana properties diamond claims, and a giant velvet Elvis.
I've been trying to see the "Big Picture" for years. I hear its in a hangar in Area 51.
I just hope its not a giant velvet Elvis.
:)
The last part of your post is exactly what I think has happened to this company. Rayment's name appears in every other small mining company's pr rather than his own. They just don't care. Shoot, Rayment even has his name tagged to SGGM(another shell).
Isn't it a crock when they come out with a statement that they have secured Rayment for another year?!? He has sure been instrumental in securing financing.
Well, this has been a downer - at least BHP and RIO are doing well enough for me. That's my vent for the week.
Anyway, I'll be around till this thing either really disappears, or pulls a Mighty Heroes comeback.
Regards to all, more like Cheers(at this hour)!
:) Cafatty
Thank you for your reply. eom.
Photoguy, do you own this stock? eom.
The last two minutes were painful to watch.
