I still hold DSNY and have a cost basis of .38, so ready for DSNY to take off once Clipstream gains traction & revenue starts coming in.
I bless DSNY for what it made me since I sold off a large position in Sept & Feb to buy XXII & SPHIF.
I JUST GET A KICK OUT OF THESE POSTS. Sounds like a lot of animosity built up. God bless
...then why waste your time on the XXII board...move on if you're an opportunist fred....
We here believe in XXII's IP and know that this company will provide in time. ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. Now that you are here today posting, I'm buying more shares of XXII.
Thanks for the replies fellas! I'm funding a Roth with 5k today, 100% SPIHF.
If SPIHF is just receiving a royalty from the sales of Glassware2.0, then they will not show any revenue. Correct?
What would be the EPS? How would this support the PPS?
No doubt, we all know what Glassware can do & barriers it can break in BYOD & the cloud. How will Sphere show revenue?
Oh! 22-C...meaning 22nd Century. I get it, you fat cat attorney's aren't the brightest. Lol
What is 22-C you keep referring too??
I bought another big chunk this afternoon. Easy money for sure Z!
Has anybody heard an update on DSNY up listing to the big board?
Thanks Sons! The Chardan report is great!
Thanks for reply bigdeal!
I did read where XXII has curtailed their sales & marketing for RED SUN & MAGIC while being produced by non-participating manufactures. Costs are more without MSA.
The annual report goes into detail about potential smoking cessations with E-cigs & has a small highlight about nicotine vaccines too....we have a lot in the pipeline for sure.
These next few weeks are going to be interesting leading up to the AGM. I'M LOADING MY BOAT!
Have my wife in board with the "Big 2" also. We rolled over her IRA back in Sept'13 & bought both. Glad I did too! She's amazed on her portfolio gains. Makes it easy on me now when I want to add $$ to my Scottrade acct.
lol
I'd like to know how the additional 38 pending patent applications are going that XXII has submitted. May have some genetic engineering & plant breeding in the MJ arena...ya never know.
With the TTB permit in hand, is Goodrich able to manufacture & distribute cigs now or do we need the MSA still?
XXII's technology has created, and wk continue to develop, a pipeline of products. Our future looks good for sure
On page F-11 of their Annual Report.
Financial condition- On 12/31/13, the company had assets of $7.7M & liabilities of $984k resulting in positive working capital of $6.7M.
Cash on hand on 12/31/13 was $5.8M & completion of a worldwide Research License & Option Agreement generated royalties of $7M for XXII too
I'm not concerned about dilution. They made money on a recent auction of equipment not needed at their facility in NC that was acquired thru bankruptcy proceedings recently. Shouldn't have any issues with production
May be a stupid question, but here it goes:
Why are the majority of sell lots @ 100 shares? Is this how the MM's keep the PPS down or manipulate price...
I bought shares at open but they are show up red on the ihub trades stream. I take it this isn't accurate on trades bought/sold being tracked thru ihub
That is great news!! Thanks Van
I buy SPIHF thru Scottrade
I read about vSphere as well, believe you may be correct.
Can't wait to get some news from Sphere soon.
Looks like VMware & Sphere have integrated their product
http://ir.vmware.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=829509
...my quess is up in PPS. Hopefully hits the $10 you've been yellin for
I know Keith. Just sayin if....
The way Big Sky is building this company. They could go it alone as next gen internet server. Endless ops ahead.
Lastly, quit buying & posting! I'm trying to keep up with ya. Shewwww! Lol
I agree Sons!
Microsoft & Google combined spent an estimated $13B last year on Cloud computing R&D
SPIHF would be a steal at $6B, IMO
That would come out to around $300 PPS, am I correct on calculation?
HTFBS March issue has been released early!
Can't understand how this could be his downfall? Van can only highlight, he cant make the company's business decisions for them. Not spooked into selling either...red flags have been waved for weeks now.
If you are here, then your risk tolerance is higher than normal. The drama here is fun to follow for sure.
I still hold a core position over 11K shares. Waiting for what next week's AGM holds.
Sub-Industry Outlook from S&P Capital IQ Report 2/15/14:
Our fundamental outlook for the Systems Software sub-industry for the next 12 months is neutral. We expect
revenues to increase at a modest pace in the coming quarters, in line with the overall information technology
(IT) industry. We see stronger growth coming from the enterprises, as companies upgrade their data center
infrastructure. We think systems software spending will be boosted by growing interest in cloud computing.
However, we think these positive factors will be partially offset by soft PC unit sales, reflecting sluggish job
growth in the U.S.
We estimate that revenues for client computing operating systems will rise in the low single digits in the next
12 months. From a corporate perspective, we believe we are in the middle of a PC refresh cycle, as companies
upgrade their aging computers along with the operating system to Microsoft Windows 7/Windows 8 from prior
versions. Higher unit sales are seen partially offset by modest pricing pressure due to stronger growth in
emerging markets, which have lower average selling prices than the enterprise market segment.
We believe sales of operating systems for servers will increase at a high single digit rate in the next 12 months.
We also see strong growth in virtualization software, as companies seek ways to reduce rising operational
costs of their data centers caused by the proliferation of servers. We project that the virtualization software
market will expand at a compound annual growth rate of more than 15% for the next three years.
We believe the systems software sub-industry will benefit from increased merger and acquisition activity in
the IT industry, as many enterprise IT companies have been positioning themselves as one-stop shops
providing comprehensive solutions. We believe these companies will try to strengthen their offerings in
virtualization and security software given the growing interest in cloud computing. In addition, most software
companies have strong balance sheets with significant amounts of cash, in our view, and many have been
buying back their shares.
Year to date through January 24, the Systems Software Index fell 2.0%, compared to a 3.0% decline for the S&P
1500. In 2013, the sub-industry index rose 30.2%, versus a 30.1% increase for the S&P 1500.

No luck on the PDF file on SPIHF. It's a good report...for fiscal year 2014, analysts estimate that ANY's earnings per share will grow by 83% to $-0.02.
Its in a pdfloader file & unable to attach to ihub. As text file, all the numbers are mixed...I'll try to figure it out.
No. I tried to copy & paste the PDF file from the Feb 15th release, but unable to attach on my phone. Sorry
There's a new Factual Stock report out about Sphere3D Corp from S&P Capital IQ date 2/15/14.
Great news indeed! Thanks Van for getting me into Spiffy.
Well, is anyone else contemplating selling any more of their DSNY for the other two?
I've held DSNY for several years now & still have a 95% gain, but seeing what the other two companies have said and done since Fall is impressive.
I've learned a lot on this board since last Summer & appreciate HTFBS sub's knowledge of stock and their insight...collectively as a group we have power in this OTC market.
I'm seriously thinking about jumping ship & swimming towards the shore fellas! Gonna lay in some tobacco fields for awhile. Ahhhh!
Great news!!
How much longer do you think it's goin to be til a Mac version is available for Clipstream uploader?
I'm going to the Tesla design center this weekend @ Keystone in Indy to configure & order a car. Tesla has perfect design lines and styling, going to be a fun drive at the 500 Speedway.
Get one ordered!
Here's more info on VLN cigarettes from April 2011, same time the Red Sun website was launched.

I'm just dumbfounded when I put the numbers together on Goodrich Tobacco and knowing what Sanders did with the American Spirits brand in a short time. WOW
We have an All-Star team at the helm in Buffalo, NY.
These veterans of BT have the bull by the horns and we stand to see a HUGE windfall of profits when consumers will be able to purchase "Light" & "Ultra Light" cigarettes again. That section of the market was huge for BT.
I'm interested to know how the stock would be split up between the four "new" companies when XXII matures.
Marijuana is not addictive like tobacco. Does have Nicotine
There are more carcinogens in tobacco then marijuana, actually marijuana contains cannabinoids that are an anti-inflammatory.
Cannabinoid oil is legal in all states to sell.
Unlike tobacco marijuana does not cause lung cancer. Europeans use whole cannabis oil to treat lung cancer. The CBD's in the oil attack the tumors & stop/kill cell growth.
Sorry my butt posted the 1 when my phone was in my back pocket.
I do have a question thought. I purchased my core position back in 2011 on DSNY and my cost basis was .38
I've sold off some gains in DSNY and bought into XXII & SPIHF. Now my cost basis is showing .149 per share in DSNY. Would the stock repurchase that Steve did affect my cost. Cause I don't remember DSNY being .15 PPS
May have to contact my broker
Yeah tim, I know all about Spiffy. Thanks to Van! Glad I bought it back in August when he highlighted it.
I just was looking for financials & trying to use Van gage for big stock.
Has anybody checked out the feature presenters @ the Cantech coming up? Do you think ZMSPF or TLT have the tech & patents to disrupt industries
