Well, I will sell when it goes way way way way way way up!! So in essence he is correct, if non-specific. I bought a whole bunch when it went down, and will probably sell some when it goes over 2.00, but hold the rest because this company has a very bright future ahead for it.

"Conspiracy theory" is a phrase bandied about by those who want to be dismissive of the idea that things are manipulated behind the scenes by those in a position to do so (who along with the very naive are the ones who like to use it). Conspiracy is merely a negative term arbitrarily used to describe strategic planning and coordination carried on out of the view of the general public. In other words it happens all the time.

I think the reason you get all the BS on the board is because of the huge potential gain by first manipulating the price down (and scaring shares loose) by extremely overplayed skepticism, accumulating, then finally letting it loose to run back up on the legitimate merits and news. It is this low due to a combination of manipulation, Scare tactics, and necessary equity financing. It will run back up due to increasing number of Contracts and increasing capacity to fulfill them, because any number of world events may create demand for ramp up of security, Perhaps at some point buyout offers become known, and lastly the move upwards will be aided to a degree by the same manipulation that has driven it down... which seems only fair LOL.

It is true of course that once $IMSC becomes listed on a major stock exchange, the ability to manipulate will be greatly decreased. At that point the BSers who work in tandem with MM's will be assigned to other prey ;;)

Yes, Last year it was the big AM#S run that kind of ushered in the New Year, then followed quickly by others like BM#N that ramped up the participation and promotion in the Pennies. This year it was the Pot stocks boosted by Colorado's legalization of Rec. MJ. I fully expect that many companies that have been holding news and Promo's in reserve, will now get them underway. $ARTR will be part of the first wave very likely IMO.

This is just a small prelude to what comes next week, still frontloading. Next week will be monumental, news of something coming obviously starting to leak out.

I think its going to be an excellent quarter for the sub-pennies in general. One announced deal here for BTHR and it will be like rain coming to the serengeti

Opti that's exactly why the manipulation works so well. They walk the price down on low volume. Investor sees the price dropping for no reason, and they fear what someone else knows that they don't. Some let that fear of the unknown drive them to sell. This tactic occurs 1000's of times over every day in various stocks where investors are waiting on news. The manipulator buys up the shares and tries to shake some more loose. When news finally hits the same manipulator will help impel the price back upwards where at some point they will take a fat profit.

You are misunderstanding. The manipulation is to walk the price down and scare people into selling. Two sides of every trade. In this case I believe they succeed in convincing someone to abandon shares, which the manipulator(s) happily snap up at a bargain price.

If it is, the purpose is most likely to be accumulating down low in anticipation of this stock running on a deal announcement.

I am optimistic that January will find many companies, NEWC included, releasing good news and moving back up the charts.

Well, when I see 50 share taps on the bid, it tells me someone is trying to shake people out of their shares. Why else would any one sell 50 shares at a time at a loss no less.

Making adjustments for events on the ground which are often beyond a companies control is what good companies do.

The purpose of the safe harbor act is to recognize the dynamic nature of any enterprise, so that officers can make predictions based on their best models, while investors understand that predicting time frame for the achieving of goals is difficult at best due to those uncontrollable variables. The largest in this case being government bureacracies.

If it has taken a little longer than hoped, I am still convinced the payoff will be more than worth it. Thats why I have been buying in at this extremely attractive price.

No doubt!! Why would anyone complain about the opportunity to buy shares of a company that has such great prospects going into the new year AND is trading near a 52-week low?!! As opportunities go, it doesn't get much better than that!!!
