When i started following last week there were 0 followers. There is no volume because there is no dillution. Nobody is selling while not many want to buy ask, spooking it. I am still extremely confident. A clean non-dilluter stock at its beginning. A star is born:) $AJOY

I am still very optimistic with $AJOY. I ve been invested here since last year around summer and i have no intention to sell before it touches $ land and I really believe it has great chances to do that taking into account that SS, their products launches while using some good PR&business plans. I agree. Regarding the volume/liquidity-No volume because there is no dillution from the company! Period... like other plays with heavy SS and heavy dillution. Buyers are waiting for impatients to sell avoiding buying at ask with that big spread, but each step it went up after there were no more impatients to sell. I also think it will go in $, i am serious, no pump, especially in nowadays market environment. Someone said on Twtr and I agree that AJOY could be the next C’A*P*C, I expect $ any day now by mid of May . Cheers!

They would really deserve to be better heard out there. They are a great team with kind and professional management. Also worth mentioning that they already are well-known in EU especially in Germany/Berlin. I really hope they will achieve their goals.

Yeah SD, i think that is because they want to buy as much as they can at these low levels without having a run and chase their own move, but when AJOY will receive a spark news or got noticed by rooms they won’t be able to block anymore...soon

I hear you and i said that too in my first post to them. They handled RM Extremely bad regarding common shareholders in terms of PR’s and good promotion, so they could smile and be happy with a price appreciation too, but hey, they didn’t screw them either with heavy dilution or other bad kind of otc scams style. They just did it clean cut and thats it, now let’s see the new one what it got... i too, hope they see these convos and understand and do something about it. Cheers!

I have many reasons to believe they are not diluting at this stage, unless they are not reckless and stupid enough to knock the price down to .0001 for few bucks (issuing shares atm?!?!), due to volume, which I really don’t believe. Like i said i have many reasons I wouldn’t bother put all here. For ex: A stock to be diluted properly and taking the all juice out of it:) needs stiring and S-1’s and convertible notes etc, these need time right for different reasons right?! Etc...
Anyway, I want to catch the stir stage and then see what are their real intentions. With the curent SS the stir should be really interesting don’t you think?!

Yes share structure is great and i am pretty sure they won’t dilute anytime soon. Should be a great x runner, needs or the runners or a spark from company to attract buyers and runners:) I admit though, i am not familiar with the new company business or their fins. It was just the feeling they are giving to me, no catalyst near term, unless they will start providing this coming week to attract new shareholders of course...

Hi, i do in fact... most of us here own shares since before GATA announced the merger is completed (which imo was handled badly in terms of promotion of the event, it was dry and completely unattractive for new shareholders). Now the question is why should we keep the shares, especially that judging by your last filling and what you say AJOY has nothing to surprise us plus your plans to start engines sound to be pretty far. Idk if you know but weeks, months in OTC when shareholders have no catalysts near future are collapsing hard even 50-80% in couple of weeks. It’s just that i for one see absolutely no reason coming from the new AJOY to keep my shares or buy more. It shows no potential for new shareholders either, as you can easily see in the market and volume. Only reason i keep for now is otc has unpredictable runners when low SS. I am not the usual ihub bas”*her i just tell you straight what i think and I wd really appreciate an answer to my question. TY!

The guy is against any stock that goes up. If it goes up and it s traded it s scam he says... Every stock needs catalysts traders shorters bulls swings. It is the company itself that should maintaine the overall trend pace up or it kills it due to its unprofessionalism and miss conducting. You can pump but if the company comes with news and good management, it cannot be dumped without being bought right back up.... I hope CUBV starts moving and steps up with news and achievements soon now that the weight has been removed

Yes, that’s my opinion too. He thinks if a stock is moving up on news and swings, ppl who buy at highs lose money and thats bad... He will have a company that it s going up like a rocket never come back just up to the infinite no pullbacks just so all ppl win. Now I understand why the stock hasn’t been moving. Guys want to move and he wants to take it easy like a 120years mammoth. Look at his companies bro, they are all dead on mechanical ventilation, all of them. He is good until some point, after that he is losing it, he is not meant to move forward....

If MW submitted for the shares cancellation, it appears that we are close to have an official rulling. The Court is under lock down for public but some civil matters are still rolling behind closed doors via “teleworking” and per above quote even those who submitted before the restrictions have all chances to receive the ruling in the 90days frame. According to MW email sent to you, it looks like they did already submit. Thoughts? DM ok also...

One of the main reasons i am still in, is that No dillution whatsoever. Eventually that lady might hit some PRs about what she promised months ago.... extremely disappointed by the company though. Before quick jumping gun at me, I don’t want to add at 6 i want to add at 8 on the way up and be a successful investment. The believers that are “friends” with the management-Tell that lady to start building some true value for its company for all best interests. Long CUBV!

I think they should work more on those promises about name changing and A/S and O/S reductions now.... the business app, business plans should follow up closely. I am invested here, not selling, but clearly disappointed by their approach. Tell her that looks like she is hiding cause she got nothing to show up, therefore we are stuck with a worthless stock at the moment without knowing anything left deserted. Also not to forget the scam-like move that killed the momentum at 0017- very unprofessional. So after all she just has to prove she is worthing our attention and long investment positions... Ppl are arguing on ihub usually because their interests divergence... one would have already bot where and how much he wanted, the other one hasn’t yet maybe because he didn’t put the bid when it felt or he put it too low ...lol. Lots of potential here, chart creating base after the deep, it wants a big bounce imo, spaghettis:) like macd sell side is in drying mode in few days will might turn to buy side(bounce could come tmrw and turn it already) , stochastic flat curling, rsi oversold 43@ flat at base, Acc/dist pointing up since the dip... I really like it.. LONG RMSL! GLTA!
