not sure why they need to keep diluting, do they need cash on hand that bad? makes me wonder if any of the grants aren't looking good (canada/gates foundation). Hopefully the last group trying to "get in" before blast off...
same thing it does to any company in any market that announces an offering with dilution, it tanks the stock price
You will look back and not care once this thing makes it's move. Will it be up or down no one knows except for science, but it will move big in one direction after the COVID19 2 week trial is over. We will either be down and out and most probably will have sold all for a loss, or we will be drinking in celebration. The nice thing is we either make or break in a few weeks, there's no in between (or at least there shouldn't be. No way MM can keep this at 0.30 with a positive result on trials into phase 3). I'm willing to hold and gamble, and not even look at share price until then.
If we're talking strictly price action over news, I consider today a win. Here's my reasoning (valid or not, most likely not)
Last time we had the SK news, we spiked to 0.37. Gradually over a week we faded to 0.27 I think at the low. Then hovered around 0.3 give or take for a while.
This time we have the Canada news, spike to 0.48 at the peak this morning. We have now faded to 0.36ish give or take, and if this holds for a while, it makes me believe we are trending in the right direction. That's a 20% move upwards in new base support for news.
I could very well be wrong, we have several hours left in the day, we also have several days or maybe more than a week before the next news release, and the price may indeed fade until then. If it continues to hold 0.36 or in the range, I consider this a win because we've found new support.
We won't get overnight victory that many are looking for unless/until positive statistically significant results are posted after the Canada trial IMO. You can't fight data.
been buying since 0.15, buying since 0.20, buying since 0.3, buying since 0.36
I keep adding and don't care for pops to 0.48 or dips to 0.25. Let them play their games, we have data coming to us in the near future once these trials are underway. Forget gambling with MM or institutions, let's gamble with science...
Set it and forget it :) We have real dates tied to the stock price (results of SK trials). Anything in between is either a dip to buy at (if you're bullish) or a spot to get out at (if you're scalping). Science will decide what happens to the stock price in June, not people playing games :)
I'm holding half of that... but I'm not complaining. Sit back and relax :) anything is greater than 0 shares!
I think something was filed in Australia too
I've been averaging up since 0.15, building my holding and holding strong. Not looking day to day!
For some reason the Financial Times link is broken so here's an excerpt

Gilead antiviral drug remdesivir flops in first trial
Financial Times
Donato Paolo Mancini in London and Hannah Kuchler in New York
,Financial Times•April 23, 2020
A potential antiviral drug for the coronavirus has flopped in its first randomised clinical trial, disappointing scientists and investors who had high hopes for remdesivir, according to draft documents published accidentally by the World Health Organization and seen by the Financial Times. The Chinese trial showed remdesivir — developed by California-based Gilead Sciences — did not improve patients’ condition or reduce the pathogen’s presence in the bloodstream. Gilead warned that the post included “inappropriate characterisations of the study”.
Wow, just saw the news about GILD drug. This is terrible for the world. Hoping AGNPF pulls through.
I just added 10k shares, I keep averaging up, WHY? :)
Does this mean we won't see any significant data/releases until potentially mid to end of August? I thought they would have started the 30 day trial already.
what does this mean for AGNPF in the short term? The COVID19 hype may be over.
CHICAGO HOSPITAL TREATING SEVERE COVID-19 PATIENTS WITH GILEAD SCIENCES’ ANTIVIRAL MEDICINE REMDESIVIR IN A CLOSELY WATCHED CLINICAL TRIAL IS SEEING RAPID RECOVERIES IN FEVER AND RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS, WITH NEARLY ALL PATIENTS DISCHARGED IN LESS THAN A WEEK, STAT HAS LEARNED.

great report and update. Glad to see the MM on schedule and up in a few days.
Looking forward to tomorrow.
Though I do not know if it is the true "end" of wavx, or just a continuation of the decline to the pink sheets, today I wanted to say thank you to all the contributors of this board. I am a long time lurker and am thankful for the insight and posts the members here provide.
I am now out of the headache called Wave. Good luck to anyone else still left in this stock. I wish you fortune in here or in other sections of your portfolio.
hardworking_student out.
ah, caught me there.
The simple things that I forget.
Thank you!
Not a single trade for the past few hours...
Wonder what that means?
If this is the case (the 35MM) cap requirement, which Wave is quite a few off, how long does Wave have to get there before it enters the pink sheets?
I imagine you need to grab some attention to give your company's worth back above that 35, since you can not r/s your way to 35. Or sell something for once. Or something! Though I'm not sure what.
Thanks for your reply, all help is appreciated!
Let's say the share price stays under $1.
How long does Wavx have to bring it back over a $1 to stay NASDAQ compliant before it goes to the pink sheets?
Any help is appreciated.
I believe that investors stick around because they still think there is some glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. We are still here because we believe there is some way this can be turned around and transformed from daily stressful 9:30-4pm stock watching, into trips to Vegas or our paradise. If this stock is as terrible as it is, who would be willing to buy the stocks that we are so wanting to get rid of, before our pocket holes become so large that we see no retain of our money?
But why is a product that is rumored to be so great so hard to sell? It is almost as if this question is harder to answer than "what is the meaning of life?" or "what came first, the chicken or the egg?"
Wavx puzzles me, as does its management. Yet I still continue to hope it brings me a golden future.
Has anyone's online broker updated their holdings and symbol post-R/S yet?
