I think the error is that the Beats part was back up but not the Beats headphone pic that everyone saw weeks ago. That’s what we want to see again.

Without knowing Chinese, I am guessing that it is a “look at us duplicate the Beats headphones part” statement. Then it come down to if it’s economically viable for Apple to pursue. I still think our day is coming but want to temper our collective enthusiasm.

I agree. This is more an example of how they could replicate a part for the Beats headphones. Until it shows up as revenue…. As the story goes.

I would think Apple wouldn’t be paying the royalties, the contract manufacturer would be responsible. Wouldn’t it be baked into the quote that the contract manufacturer gives to Apple (or what Apple demands)? We would get paid. Li’s share ownership practically guarantees it.

You would have to ask BB and his team. I wouldn’t want to put words in his mouth but I think their job is to increase shareholder value.

We both know that hasn’t happened yet.

What isn’t clear is why we are not receiving royalties. Is is a territory issue? Is it temporary until the phones are in our territories? Is it because they were an existing customer like Tesla? An extra five minutes at the ASHM could have cleared this up. They are not concerned about the short term share price apparently.

Why would Apple let Li purchase 46 percent of the company and then let Eon produce hinges in a CE product? They must be ok with it or asleep at the IP wheel.

I think that it is pretty standard setup for an announcement or opening of an event on a website. I do think we might have a shot at something with Ford regardless of the webpage coincidence.

I received mine as well. I feel I’m in the minority but I’m holding off on voting until the day before the meeting. I need to see something. I believe in Li and his plan but we do deserve something more than this shareholder meeting.

Why bother with a shareholder meeting that hasn’t happened since Li came on board if there is nothing to talk about? If there isn’t some sort of announcement or substantial bread crumb (Ford Lightning) before the meeting I feel it will just be another disappointing day for me.

Our vote cannot really make a difference unless everyone went against Li’s 46% and we know that isn’t going to happen. I’m getting tired of my expectations (which I believe are reasonable) getting squashed every quarter.

I’m still really disappointed from last quarter and will be borderline angry if this meeting is just to appease a few of use for that crappy quarterly.

I was thinking the same thing. The Air Power patents show numerous coils in the charging pad. I am probably reaching a bit but a loaded spring is essentially a coil. I know, wishful thinking on my part.

That end of day buy today for 100,000 was me. I had a limited order of .096 for all or none and it obviously filled but I’m curious as to why it shows it filled for less than I paid. I would love any insight. Thanks in advance.
