If you don't find the second in WNN, I read several other nuclear publications, so it could've been in another, but I did read it today, all free btw
NYMEX uranium futures for the first and WNN for the second
U is back down to $21.65 and Kstan released their production goals for 2018 showing a slight increase in production YOY from 2017 of about 150 tons, obviously no further cuts planned by them at this time, but some good news, 3 more reactors coming on line in Japan by March 2018, and BTW the nuclear agency in Japan said they wouldn't consider speeding up the approval process
Although turkey day is over, we can still feast on this turkey for years to come
Go JB, keep serving it up
I listened to John kaiser on a podcast, he says it's a head fake, his point was that closing, temporary or not McArthur, makes no difference to the spot market, because ccj didn't sell that production into the spot market, it's designed to lower ccj's inventory of U, and also gin up the spot market, he said it won't work, I tend to agree, but we'll see.
He also pointed out as many already know, that as contracts roll off many are unable to sign new contracts at previous prices, and kstan could actually torpedo this move by continuing to sell cheap U, but in the long run the U market will turn but this won't do it, his points are good and something to think about, glta who reads this
U is hot, so luckily it may go along for the ride, oh wise JB didn't change the name even though there's no U to be found here, but wait there's the press release coming touting Uranium I bet, any day now
I wouldn't call it a head fake, just the beginning of a new bull market which probably started last year, corrections of at least 50% are normal in the beginning, however higher highs and higher lows are to, this one fits that pattern, hold on we'll be rewarded
Good post, but uncovered demand has been drastically reduced by cantor, utilities have moved to shorter contracting cycles due to filling of needs in the spot market, and remember cameco's shut down is temporary and mine could be restarted if prices recover, cigar lake was flooded and couldn't be restarted even though spot rose over $100lb, there's a difference, not quite supply destruction, but some good news nonetheless, this could be a sugar high for the spot price, but i hope not
And another week closer to hitting the mother lode of copper, uranium, ree's, cobalt, oil, or any other mineral, however mining shareholders with fake news is the most likely outcome this week, and into the future
Halloween is over, and there will be no resurrection of the dead, NPSPD is dead now, as it was dead then, not a chance, BTW the same crowd who brags about those tremendous jobs numbers, are the originators of "fake news" job growth is slower this year than last year, and that's a fact, nothing fake about it, look it up
It's complete balderdash, but it's the Vancouver way, keep churning and burning those shareholders
Good point
Great idea! I hope they listen
Some of the longs need to step up and cash in their 401ks to save this dream, as some already have, more need to do it, or maybe a cash out equity loan on their homes or any real estate, or pawn some valuables and buy stock to prop up the price until drilling
In the meantime NAK keeps moving up again, the real speculation, with a price target of $2.5
Could that be the reason for the huge volume day, someone dumping, or just coincidence, interesting timing
Ditto that for me also, just don't think it'll be with the owner
The path to hell is paved with good intentions, one more stop can't hurt
Faith in a "so called" great geologist, and belief in a nonexistent deposit "Trumps" facts here, remember this is a fantasy where if you just believe it's possible, it is, technical evidence not needed, good luck on your efforts to bring in some reality, however when all efforts fail, the faithful can just look at their current brokerage statement for the ultimate reality check
The one I've put my $$$ in did just that, with a letter to his shareholders saying prospects were dim for his uranium holdings in 2013
That's pretty a comprehensive summary of the "honest deeds" by the "honest geologist" and don't forget about the worldwide junkets JB took allegedly looking for funds, which in hindsight looks like his bucket list before retirement
We haven't had a pumper here in awhile, enjoy the post they'll disappear like the rest in a few weeks, it's only so long you can blow your lunch money
One reason to do an R/S is to get rid of the small penny stock players, I've thought it should've been done under a billion shares, but now it looks like a 100:1 split will barely bring this back from being a joke stock where people can risk their weekly lunch money, and move the price of this stock, so sad JB, you've made a mess here
Yeah I forgot, losing money is an emotional experience and the fragile state of mind it causes can lead one to see truth tellers as the enemy, this is sort of similar to Jim Jones and Guyana, those who didn't commit financial suicide here on their own, were encouraged to do so by the pied piper on the other board supporting all of JB's misleading PR's, and the deep underwater bag holders on this board haven't realized their money is gone, brainwashed I think, so sad
Emotional and knee-jerk responses won't grow a brokerage account
The more he speaks the less credibility he has, he may have been a good geologist, but as a business man he stinks, even at the job of carnival barker, he's lacking
BMO capital just initiated coverage on NAK will LBSR be next I wonder
BMO initiated coverage yesterday, very good
That article isn't favorable to JB's cause, it seems to confirm what the acme geologist on this board has said all along, release some data which proves what you are claiming, I would've posted that one
It was a few of us who saw thru the hustle, just like the many others designed to sell shares and provide a lifestyle, it's cobalt now, before it was uranium, ree's, oil, copper and anything else that can be dredged up, certainly not drilled up, to keep this lifestyle stock a float
I remember being attacked by the longs relentlessly for saying the NPSDP, was nothing but a dream and would never happen, and I remember the pumper on the other board who hyped it up, along with the LBSR propaganda machine
So I have to commend the few that have the courage of their convictions to defend the indefensible, going down with the ship is a noble endeavor, although at some point the captain will bail, in this business they always do
The psychology of people parting with their money is fascinating you must admit, and the interesting thing is these are otherwise so called educated people, but there's something about gambling that convinces people that if they throw just a few more dollars down a rat hole it'll magically come back as a pot of gold or in this case copper, lithium, REE's etc whatever the hot metal of today is, and when they discover it's gone, they go to lurking status never to be heard from again.
Got a hunch bet a bunch sums it up I think
Hey Vanadium is hot, it's up 85% is it any here, maybe JB can hawk it for a few weeks, cobalt is fading fast
Makes logical sense to partner with Tesla, that way lbsr will have a market for that newly discovered cobalt, when the parternership is announced I'm in, or should I buy on the rumor (now), and sell on the fact ( later) when it's. 05 or .10cts, since I want to be a really smart investor here
2 places for Cobalt production worldwide, Russia and the DRC everything else in economic quantities is more hype than anything else, shame on JB again
Bull case here and bear case here, the choice is yours, good luck
The Mueller deal was shameful, I agree, supporters say just ignore that and move on, I remember how those who questioned deal were castigated by some of the longs and even threatened by one, all because some said the deal was very, very suspect and we were right
