There is so much content on any given page between streaming and passing over pop-ups it's becoming more of a classifieds section. As far as the 'others', posting is not as bad for me EXCEPT I tried to post on YMB for the first time in almost 2 years (see wook) and it stated 'failed to post'. Sorry wook NO conspiracy...just Yahoo! being Yahoo!, IMO. carpe diem PR
I thought about buying another 2200 shares or so of PPHM BUT in honor of The Kentucky Derby I am playing $1,000 ATB on Carpe Diem. It's dividend money so it's my play money. #2 PP may get hairy but my money(literally) is on that horse. PPHM is a hold stock for me...I need some excitement with my cash. Have a great weekend all. carpe diem PR
Thank you again, cheynew. Your tireless efforts to post updates and facts as pertaining to PPHM's legal situations is invaluable if one wants to evaluate timelines in a realistic fashion. carpe diem PR
I was not here in 2002/3 but it seems so strange that PPHM went after such a niche market as many here agree with, only to find out AFTER? completion of Phase II they had to redo w/ dual catheters?Did the FDA require dual catheters during the current Phase II and then mandate dual catheters,or is PPHM snake-bit,so to speak? Then they complete Phase II AGAIN(and gain Phase III approval) only to stipulate that they would not move forward w/o a partner. Some have posted here it cost up to 60 million dollars to run those trials(I do not know that to be factual) but why glioblastoma(GBM) to begin with? It's a horrible thing but it is still considered a small market product/profit-wise...sadly. Dollars ARE the bottom line,IMO. I'm only asking because Cotara appears to be the topic du jour,if you will. PR
My take, and MY TAKE ONLY, is Angela is 'calling out' Masten for statements he "made or implied". She rebuts his statements(?) This is far from over,IMO!!! PR
Well, interesting statements by her at the end (15,16). Thank you cheynew,as always, for going through the trouble to keep us informed. IMO, you really allow us to follow a very difficult route that PPHM is traveling. Thanks again. PR
Safe travels, wook. I hope you,and the others from here, will find at least some of the presentation worth the trip. I know you won't be told privileged, secretive partnering info,etc.,etc. Just hope that the people from PPHM present themselves kindly and with dignity towards all that made a specific trip. Fair winds and good luck. carpe diem PR
I do not remember seeing one post, that congratulated a BP for expanding their portfolio in the FIGHT AGAINST CANCER. I'm a survivor and have lost several immediate family members to cancer. I know there are several on here who have fought,or are fighting cancer at this stage in time. Good, bad or indifferent to PPHM's success I find it puzzling that not one post remarks that strides are being made. Remarks may be posted how Bavi will help this,or help that, but not the actual potential of a rival company's success. IMO, that's your American greed because in the end your investment in PPHM APPEARS to be the only one that needs approval before another because Bavi is an add-on,so to speak, so please don't let another company have a potential breakthrough possibly without Bavi,or with Bavi at a later date. I invest to make money but I never begrudge another company, I may or may not be invested in, the right to succedd. That's tantamount to wishing failure,IMO!,to any number of life-saving therapies. Now bash away from all sides but I own PPHM and a bunch more just like it and may they ALL succeed. Sometimes you people should think before you post. Good day. carpe diem
I watch American Greed and I do not not remember, personally, any episode where the outcome was NOT final. That means that a defendant or defendants were investigated, prosecuted and sentenced,or acquitted. I'm not sure American Greed is a 20/20 investigative-type program as much as a program that produces results. I may be wrong but if I'm mostly correct you have a long wait until "The PPHM Story" is broadcast. My opinion only. PR
How can ADDING 1 to the BOD change the incorruptible nature of the current BOD? How can ADDING 1 to the BOD change the majority voting? It seems to me it cannot. What do I know? I agree with addition of 1 new BOD member with a record of merit...if one can be found.LOL Try to enjoy life outside of this MB. Life is short. carpe diem PR
91% is a staggering number,IMO. Thanks for posting and I find it interesting they make Peregrine tell who the client is,not just Customer A. PR
I mean no disrespect jim but I personally would like the pps to be higher every month on your buying day. I'm glad you are still buying but at some point SOON either you have enough or will be willing to PAY MORE. Seriously, your excitement at buying 6 months later from your purchase on the 1st Tuesday in November is semi-mindboggling...TO ME> In Nov. 2014 we were in the $1.50's. GL anyway. PR
LOL> Good thing its NOT Zamboni. On the other hand then some MAY post...Save the best for last! Why does there always have to be some hidden meaning or complex converse hypothetical motive...for EVERYTHING? I'm happy to see Brekken. Is that no longer good enough? carpe diem PR
Thankfully the market is not punishing PPHM per se,but the Dow is UP 262 points and climbing. I feel a little left behind with PPHM. I hope all you posters don't own JUST this stock?! PR
Maybe they stopped doing their day jobs at night and on weekends? Only kidding. I'm not well and I'm trying to find a glimmer of humor. OT...Snow sucks. carpe diem PR
Okay, I'm trying to digest all you post.AbbVie almost "steals"PPHM from the very people who you claim now are too smart for that.(Yes,I KNOW about better understanding of MOA,etc.)Posters were overjoyed(?) at the PPS at the time,AND continue to revert back to that $5+ as showing what PPHM should be...or MORE. So were PPHM people just willing to have PPHM "stolen"??? Seriously, you are all over the place,IMO. And while I'm here WHY would Calico want to partner with PPHM? They are not,as far as I know a BP,have no current pipeline of SOC cancer drugs in their stable, and would have to front XX BILLIONS to PPHM to hold on to it until they acquire/partner with another company to then run trials.Calico has oodles of cash,is affiliated with good deeds to support humanity's dire need for health care worldwide but they,IMO,are NOT going to buy out/partner with PPHM until such time as they turn into a BP buying machine. That's my prediction. GL PR
First, always a thank you for your service.Second, the Yahoo! message board is NOT technically shut down. It is still accessible just not through MB link on summary page. carpe diem PR
I agree with some of your posts especially the ambiguous statements by upper echelon i.e. "updating partnerships...".IMO, that was a mistake that should have never been spoken. I think you're banging your head against a wall BUT I respect your tenacity. carpe diem PR
I believe according to bidrite it stands for 'Shout Down Crew'. PR
I'm sorry I must be a simpleton. Did you retire in your 40's? Are you able to come and go as you please anytime to go anywhere. I guess stupid people like me who do NOT believe information gleaned at ANY ASM should not be privy to a sidebar for attendees only and NOT ALL shareholders. Silly me. Thank God you're here to set the record straight for the ignorant...that would be me. carpe diem PR
First I do NOT believe shareholders should have to shell out plane fare(for most) or expenses for travel in any manner to receive information on a publicly held company that if told to attendees is NOT expressed by PR or on the CC> I don't attend Berkshire Hathaway ASM and I am certainly not going to for ANY penny stock I own. I'm sorry but IMO! that statement is ridiculous. What if people are working for a living still(not retired)? What if someone who owns 300,000 shares CAN'T make it because of illness/death in the family the same time as ASM? Oh well, too bad maybe some posters on IHUB will post what was discussed and it will end up being 4 different stories depending on who spoke to whom after ASM. NO. Public dissemination for a public company or say nothing. This is part of the problem with PPHM and its' alleged relationships with certain poster here. All in my opinion on a -38 degree DAY in the Berkshires. GLTA PR
The stock market is closed on Mon. Feb.16,2015 for Presidents' Day I believe. Secondly, there is a thing called the WEEKEND! Now a 3 day weekend. TRY to enjoy life outside IHUB MB. Seriously. carpe diem PR
CSM certainly seems hell-bent on continuing its' contentious stance towards PPHM. Looks like this fight is headed for late rounds IMO> Thanks for sharing docs, cheynew. PR
Phoenix Rising knows a little about a lot. I agree with you. Maybe some should just play golf and stop telling posters what to do and how to do it. Maybe 'opinions' like his are allowed for insider Family members. LOL. carpe diem PR
As a melanoma survivor(for now) I appreciate your situation and wish you WELL...but without GOOD management there are times when potentially life saving applications DO NOT make it through trials to save lives. MY opinion but I have invested in other 'cancer companies' that failed part and parcel due to management ineptitude. Be well and good luck. carpe diem PR
Analysts initiations for Tues. Feb.9.2015...AbbVie,Inc.(ABBV) started as SELL by Citigroup. Pre-market UP 34 cents($55.82) on 703 shares. Crazy analysts. carpe diem PR EDIT: This was Feb.9th and they lost $2.23 YESTERDAY. So UP today is a slight rebound. Too much snow not enough coffe. PR
How did the plate-spinning act get to Vegas if they can't keep the plates spinning? Off the strip type show or right in the heart of big time casinos? Does Steve Wynn know about this? Bring back the Blue Man Group.Damn the torpedoes, full steam ahead. Mary had a little lamb, etc. Hypi, this is not an economics class. We know the world is fragile,PPHM is a penny-stock,small bio in a FIRST Phase III with no known partner.Pharmas will ALWAYS be huge and will partner with whomever/whenever they want. So what? Buy precious metals, fortify your bunker, stock up on MRE and wait for it.Sadly,IMO!,you have become a whiner. Your knowledge should off-set that but apparently your cynicism has overtaken ability to be affable,at least on PPHM MB. Get a freaking grip. Some posters on here I will never understand just like the totality of the human race. That is where the joy is...not the pain. Just my musings. carpe diem PR
Exactly. I would hope even landscapers would be licensed AND insured so they can pay into Worker's Comp, etc. If I hire a contractor and it has a lic.# on the side of the vehicle and an I.D. number I call up to verify that contractor is licensed and insured(incl. coverage). OSHA frowns upon unlicensed/insured when making surprise visits to sites. I know first hand. GLTA PR
How big is the doghouse you're sharing with Rover? LOL. It ain't over 'til it's over but this is death by a million cuts and we're running out of Band-Aids. -15 degrees here in the Berkshires tonight followed by 3 more days of constant snow. But remember any bad day above ground is better than any good day below it. Peace. PR
I hope the "honeymoon is over" is only for PPHM. GL PR
That 79 year old woman eventually settled for LESS than $600,000.(Liebeck v. McDonald's). Lawyers always win. GL PR
But you do not ever know when they plan to drop it. THAT IS THE POINT. You bought and lost money(on paper) just as others, myself included now, and my argument is that simply by buying shares RETAIL IS holding up the PPS and thereby keeping PPHM afloat,so to speak. People who have lost money and continue to buy at ANY price should be commended(?) for their beliefs not chastised for NOT buying higher than they have to. Capitalism is what drives the stock market...NOT philanthropy,IMO. GL PR
As soon as RETAIL buys at ASK within 15 minutes the PPS is right back where it started and those RETAIL holders are now under water. Please feel free to BUY at ASK and let us know how it works. PLEASE. I would love for once you asking people to pay more than they have to... to actually work. I really do hope it is so. IMO GLTY PR
LOL. Can't bring herself to mention PPHM? Not all beer and skittles for Shelley? Seriously though I don't know if that's common occurrence on Linkedin but then why post your past experience if not mentioning the employer? Now that's a puzzle piece. carpe diem PR
I remember that list also but if it really was 2 or 3 years ago that percentage is bound to change dramatically,IMO,due to economic changes both here and abroad. We already know Blackrock's ownership in PPHM specifically going back some 5 years so I don't know how much that list really matters in the scheme of things. So much has changed in the last 3 years to make it moot, again IMO. But maybe it is something you just want to know. I hope some poster remembers putting it up here and will re-post for you. carpe diem PR
I'm just going to post this because of all the banter today. YES, PPHM appears to hold a potentially very valuable chip in the new game of I/O. And YES the PPHM BOD is not what a normal make-up SHOULD be,IMO. I write that because PPHM is a publicly traded company. It is listed on NASDAQ. This is NOT a private entity no matter what arguments are made 'FOR' the BOD. Whether someone saved the company from BK or not,it is now not in that position. Years have passed since the 'save' and there are ways to increase membership on the Board without newbies being interlopers,IMO. So you guys/gals have at it but I believe both sides show some support for their arguments. I have invested in OVER 500 companies/funds in my investing career,I have seen MOST of this before. That being said,no one on this board,IMO,is going to change the status quo. PPHM needs to want to change. I believe they should ADD. carpe diem PR
Rosebud. eom. PR
CP if you go to Morningstar.com and type in Blackrock Funds you will be amazed they have over hundred funds they are involved in. U.S. and international. Have fun going through that list. Libations with the girls might make it more palatable if they don't get too bored. carpe diem PR
As much as I am very glad to see short interest down considerably I would NOT classify it as "...all the shorts covering..." If ALL the shorts covered their positions I believe we would be at much higher PPS,IMO. Again I understand your intent but to state ALL is over-exaggerated. There are still 10,646,000 shares SHORT. GL PR
And yet a barn full of nicely sharpened pitchforks for storming the Baron's castle? LOL I hope we do NOT have to keep extrapolating time frame for this "upcoming year" or "coming year" or...Best of luck to us all. carpe diem PR
