Now you have my attention. Where do you see the lien on Opie? I am thinking that if he paid himself enough that the Feds are looking for 92K on it, it may be time to really be looking at a suit against the "pocket padder" himself ...
Is that a HOSS he is riding?
$500 is better than nothing I guess.
So what happened to the intro page with Opie's letter about laying pipe on it. Did you wipe that or did someone else?
Interesting note: In the intro to this web page, everything has been deleted except Opie's letter and in the middle of that letter he says:
Well, Lamb, this stock has been an experiment in mis-information and scam from the get-go. The only excuse I can see for its still trading is that some folks want to wish and dream. I suppose some shrink could make a study of it. Might line up with the TV show Deal or no Deal where people ride the money from something meaningful to nothing every day. As for real money, this is not the place IMHO.
Glub, glub, glub ...
I was thinking that embezzlement was a crime. Locking up the criminals here would certainly make me feel better about the situation, I think!
How many of those are in Chaddie's own pocket? How many did Chaddie sell off and put the money in his own pocket?
jjj - I agree that there is nothing left in the company, but at this point, what is your opinion on what to do to recoup what Coats and/or his friends may have embezzled?
Opie the Dopie ... Thats the one! But I do get the message that he appears to be a bigger thief than Robinson ever dreamed about being.
Oh yeah, I am 99% sure something is "happening" here ... There is a large tax lien for unpaid withholdings. Opie is in hiding because the IRS is most likely going to take that money out of his hide.
Well, Opie did have that test at the Univ of AR where he said that the 0 results had a 3% margin of error so the real value must have been a 3% increase. He also said that it had a tremendous increase at one setting but the tester would not allow adjustments ... But then along came Aberdeen who said 0.0 and that is that!
Two things come from this ... first, Opie apparently never had a statistics course because he totally mis-applied the term "margin of error" and more importantly, Opie is a total liar, plain and simple. The truth is just not in him.
VW, like Coats, makes up test results as they go along. No connection to reality, just hype!
.0008!
Now that is a lot of volume and the tick is up. Does someone need a referral to a good shrink?
That was proof positive that Chaddie was lieing all along. He had a test done at the U of Arkansas and HE reported that it got fantastic results at one level and zero at all other levels. He blamed the professor for not allowing adjustments to be made. But, when the government got hold of it, they could not get it to do anything at any setting. Snake oil at its finest IMHO.
So, for some unknown reason there are people out there that seem to want to believe that something will come of it. Personally, I am sure that there are lots of people starting with Coates that have well padded pockets. The rest ... wishful thinking I suppose ...
Do tell ... Gets what?
What brings you to that conclusion?
Why?
Back in the trips
Perhaps that is true, but if so, don't you think that not telling anyone is at least evidence of at least avoidance. No, the time for playing the cards close to the vest is long past.
Well, this should answer a question or two ... If you try to send Coats an email, it now bounces with no such domain or email address. Obviously Opie is NOT answering any questions to anyone.
What news?
Something you don't see every day ...
I was just scrolling down THIS site and all of a sudden, I ended up at this site:
http://www.hightechinnov.com/
I don't know what I clicked on or what it means, but ??????????? A true WTF moment!
Not exactly ... What that really means is that there was a private agreement and with nothing else for the court to rule on, the case was dismissed. The question really is what was the agreement?
What game might that be?
If you really want to know the OS, call the Transfer Agent and ask.
I guess when it was at .0001 to .0003 I should have bought some just to take candy from babies. I am amazed at the price and volume because there is nothing there but debt and lawsuits. What could the buyers of this POS be thinking?
Fool's Gold?
Has ANYONE received feedback from Chaddie? He reached out to shareholders to help him. Surely someone answered and can share what they learned?
Also, have any shareholders gotten a meaningful response from him on any question posed? If so, please share your experience.
Personally, I want to know what happened to all of the investment money. The only thing we are sure of at this point is that he took vacations in the Dominican Republic and posted pictures on his facebook page. Who got rich off of the investors?
Dead as a door nail.
Wrong again Mid. They are incorporated in Idaho and registered in Arkansas as a foreign corporation. If there were not, then they could not do business in Arkansas. But. then they have been revoked in Arkansas so where does that leave them ... NOWHERE! They were never incorporated in Arkansas that I know of.
Is Chaddie boy moving to Idaho to avoid the liens?
Wishful thinking. The real question is how many times can the same scam dupe the same people?
Not only did Idaho dissolve the corporation, Arkansas revoked the charter.

Nowhere does it have the right to claim existence. And where did all of the private investor money go or the money from stock sales? Remember when Coats told us that he had to raise the authorized shares to get operating funds? Looks to me like Coats and Zeller are fat rats while we are left with nothing. Maybe we could make some money by selling the story to American Greed?
I really don't mean to be short with you, but it really does not matter what the law suit is about since the company was dissolved and, according to the Idaho Secretary of State, no longer exists. I have no idea why stock continues to be traded. I guess there is always someone that just does not get it.
