cmkx: it seems to me that the float has been lowered but in the meanwhile, the shares go to a company that we in affect own(nevada minerals). If he keeps with these incestual type of deals, the float can become lower and lower as dividend time comes and enhance any "squeeze" that may happen. JMHO

Mach, Oaks is pretty heavy into NMCX(the old HCCA) on the pinks. its trading near .02 but it used to trade in the dollar range. They are awaiting results of an audit. Price is starting to move because audit is near complete and a lot of CMKXers who follow Oaks are investing with their free shares money. It closed at .018 today. I'm in at .013. Its worth a look.

Its funny, Ms Shell laughs at Sterling's Board because it is all positive about CMKX. If she had her own board, it would be all negative for CMKX. Problem is no longs would go to that board, so her bashing would be ineffective. Its always the longs vs. the shorts and anyone in between is just wasting their precious time on earth. IMHO

tgh9692, yes they are betting the stock goes down but in order to close out the position and clear their books, they need to cover that positon with a buy. What the theory is here is that they don't close the position and instead, you or I buy those shares that don't really exist. That is just one explanation besides dilution that explains tons of volume.

I don't see why it can't be less than 15 billion shares, heck, I bet those freaks are still shorting the stock. They believe they are untouchable. UC might have or could be buying back the whole float. People see volume and figure it has to be dilution. Question for the masses. Did you ever wonder why Etrade, Ameritrade etc. can count a few billion shares but conveniently can't count more than 4 billion.

Doc, this is one great post. Its almost like they are using a freakin' $6.99 solar calculator to tally the shares for the day for crying out loud. It is bullsshitt that they have to reset at 4billion shares and all the shenanigans. This whole stock and all the scenarios has got to be the most unique soap opera going. Supatrada, the only way the O/S can be less than 10 billion is if there is a huge naked short which would generally mean that most of us own "fictitious" shares. As a matter of opinion, the public could own hundreds of billions of "fictitious" shares. That is what I believe many of us are hoping for. There is even the remote possibility that the O/S could be ZERO if UC bought back the entire O/S. These 9million share blocks are something and I guess we will now find out soon enough. JMHO and no more clue than anyone else. The biggest thing for me so far is the hiring of the NY Law firm.

Those big numbers are always thrown out there. That is why it is imperative to take profits when you can. It would be fun to hold all your shares to "da" moon but it isn't practical here in the pinks. I think people are too busy thinking about quitting jobs(like myself) and big homes and fancy cars and forget about making money. Look at these examples of the stocks you mentioned.

QBID: .0001 to .028
SSWH: .001 to .016
CMKX: .0001 to .001
CTKH: .0001 to .0076

You can make money with these returns but people repeatedly let the stock price smack them right back in the face. Its demoralizing. Ever see me begging for PR info from Doc. Never, because I take my profits. GLTY and sorry for the long diatribe.

SSWH: If its thought we may not see anything of any substance till next month, that could be good because right now people are running at CMKX trying not to be left out. In about a 2-4 weeks there will investment money ready to go whether people take profits or if CMKX bombs(Which I don't believe) people will have pulled their money. On my end, If CMKX runs, this is one stock I will load the wagon, big time. I'm sure there are others here. IMHO

If the stock does move to the BB or AMEX, I see nothing wrong with promoting the stock. Most people don't know about CMKX except for a bunch of penny stock traders. BTW the reference to buying more short shares was sarcasm on my part, but.....if we are buying shares that don't really exist, wouldn't that part bother you in the least bit. IMHO
