Time is on our...
Yeah tick tock,
These multi-billion dollar companies who have....
multi-billions of dollars and all the money and time in the world to litigate this.
Yes their time, not MMRFs is running out right?
Because MMRF has near unlimited resources to fight this because you guys keep saying time is on their side.
Don't know if you have heard this saying but "TIME IS MONEY"
and MMRF has neither no matter how many times you say to the contrary.
MMRF has 180 days past their next 10Q to survive as a going concern. Then it's over.
A customer enters E*Trade
Mr. Praline: 'Ello, I wish to register a complaint.
(The owner does not respond.)
Mr. Praline: 'Ello, Miss?
Owner: What do you mean "miss"?
Mr. Praline: (pause)I'm sorry, I have a cold. I wish to make a complaint!
Owner: We're closin' for lunch.
Mr. Praline: Never mind that, my lad. I wish to complain about this MMRF Stock what I purchased not half an hour ago from this very boutique.
Owner: Oh yes, the, uh, the Norwegian Blue...What's,uh...What's wrong with it?
Mr. Praline: I'll tell you what's wrong with it, my lad. 'E's dead, that's what's wrong with it!
Owner: No, no, 'e's uh,...he's resting.
Mr. Praline: Look, matey, I know a dead MMRF Stock when I see one, and I'm looking at one right now.
Owner: No no he's not dead, he's, he's restin'! Remarkable stock that MMRF, idn'it, ay? Beautiful plumage!
Mr. Praline: The plumage don't enter into it. It's stone dead.
Owner: Nononono, no, no! 'E's resting!
Mr. Praline: All right then, if he's restin', I'll wake him up! (shouting at the cage) 'Ello, MMRF Stock! I've got a lovely fresh cuttle fish for you if you show...
(owner hits the cage)
Owner: There, he moved!
Mr. Praline: No, he didn't, that was you hitting the cage!
Owner: I never!!
Mr. Praline: Yes, you did!
Owner: I never, never did anything...
Mr. Praline: (yelling and hitting the cage repeatedly) 'ELLO MMRF!!!!! Testing! Testing! Testing! Testing! This is your nine o'clock alarm call!
(Takes MMRF Stock out of the cage and thumps its head on the counter. Throws it up in the air and watches it plummet to the floor.)
Mr. Praline: Now that's what I call a dead MMRF Stock.
Owner: No, no.....No, 'e's stunned!
Mr. Praline: STUNNED?!?
Owner: Yeah! You stunned him, just as he was wakin' up! MMRF stuns easily, major.
Mr. Praline: Um...now look...now look, mate, I've definitely 'ad enough of this. That MMRF Stock is definitely deceased, and when I purchased it not 'alf an hour ago, you assured me that its total lack of movement was due to it bein' tired and shagged out following a prolonged squawk.
Owner: Well, he's...he's, ah...probably pining for the fjords.
Mr. Praline: PININ' for the FJORDS?!?!?!? What kind of talk is that?, look, why did he fall flat on his back the moment I got 'im home?
Owner: The Norwegian Blue prefers keepin' on it's back! Remarkable bird, id'nit, squire? Lovely plumage!
Mr. Praline: Look, I took the liberty of examining that MMRF Stock when I got it home, and I discovered the only reason that it had been sitting on its perch in the first place was that it had been NAILED there.
(pause)
Owner: Well, o'course it was nailed there! If I hadn't nailed that bird down, it would have nuzzled up to those bars, bent 'em apart with its beak, and VOOM! Feeweeweewee!
Mr. Praline: "VOOM"?!? Mate, this STOCK wouldn't "voom" if you put four million volts through it! 'E's bleedin' demised!
Owner: No no! 'E's pining!
Mr. Praline: 'E's not pinin'! 'E's passed on! This MMRF Stock is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-MMRF Stock!!
(pause)
Owner: Well, I'd better replace it, then. (he takes a quick peek behind the counter) Sorry squire, I've had a look 'round the back of the shop, and uh, we're right out of MMRF Stocks.
Mr. Praline: I see. I see, I get the picture.
Owner: (pause) I got a slug.
(pause)
Mr. Praline: Pray, does it talk?
Owner: Nnnnot really.
Mr. Praline: WELL IT'S HARDLY A BLOODY REPLACEMENT, IS IT?!!???!!?
The patient has flat lined.
Buy on the dips...... they are all dips....
Load the boat...... the bus..... the car
Time is on your side, umm our side, back side
Down 56.81% for the last 90 days
Squeaked out another 3.79% loss this week
Keep buying on those dips.
Oh wait, they are all dips.
I am sure Bob never loses.
Question is will his stock holders.
In my opinion not one penny will be collected from SCM.
Not one.
You mean time is not on our side??
Yes these knuckleheads will put their knuckleheads together and come up with a strategy to make MMRF go away.
The only person who is going to get rich in this deal is Bobby
I like HIS chances.
of course this is all in my humble opinion, I could be wrong.
"We remain focused on the monetization of our patents and other intellectual property both domestically and internationally"
.....is what a patent troll says.
we remain focused on the protection of our patents and other intellectual property both domestically and internationally
.....is what a business says.
Guess which one MMRF said today?
Give ya a hint, look for the quotes.
Now with them poking the bear that is Allscripts, just a few more (I am hoping for Epic) before someone comes and squashes this company like a bug.
If they end up suing Epic, Judy will go in the little change tray in her desk drawer and buy MMRF and give the patents away.
Of course this is all MY OPINION
This stock wouldn't SURGE if you put 50,000 volts through it!
It's a stiff! Bereft of life, It rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed him to the perch he'd be pushing up the daisies!
It's metabolic processes are now history! It's off the twig!
It's kicked the bucket, It's shuffled off it's mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!!
In my opinion of course
A Press Release is a document that a company issues to announce something about the company.
This press release says nothing about the company.
What it says is "Hey everyone read this column in the Sunday LA Times"
"The use of health information technology will play a key role in the transformation of care"
DUH Really?
"With as many as 30 million additional insured projected under Obamacare, it is believed there will be significant increased demand for prescriptions and the Personal Health Records that help patients manage them."
More people with healthcare results in more people getting prescriptions. WOW you never fail to amaze with these predictions.
What this articles tells me, is invest in the companies that make the little brown prescription bottles.
Worst Press Release ever to come out of this company.
Circling the drain!
YES WE HAVE ALL HEARD IT!!
ISN'T IT GREAT!?!?!
Time is on your side?
You do remember you are borrowing AND burning through $1.5 million a quarter right?
You know who you are borrowing from? Bob Lorsch.
You know what happens when he decides to stop lending the company money?
He owns the patents and all the assets
Time is NOT on your side.
Yes up 1/100th of a cent today.
Blockbuster day!!
Only down 4.76% this week so it was a good week?!?!
Down 51.7% for the last 90 days.
Whew!!
The best possible scenario would be to turn around the 53% loss of value the stock has experienced in the last 90 days
Down another 4.76% this week so far.
Contingency does not cover litigation out of pocket fees such as:
Filing fees
Deposition fees
Copy fees
Postage
Overnight/FedEx
mediation fees
court reporter fees
transcript fees
expert witness fees
These can pile up to the tens of thousands of dollar, money MMRF does not have.
Which he sells at auction and more than covers his cash infusion to the company.
He has it covered all ways from Sunday!
Yes that was last month,
They also announced they were insolvent and had $10,000 in cash remaining and that they were creating more shares to cover the next infusion of cash from the CEO
They also burned through another $1.5 million as I recall on sales of $51,000 (fifty one thousand)
IN MY OPINION, I could have read it all wrong
Time is NOT on your side, you do realize that the stock is down another 5-10% this week so far (probably 10% at the close today)
So when the stock is at a penny, and their are a BILLION shares out and Bob needs to pay more bills is stock, where do you think that is going to come from?
By the end of the year RLH is going to be on the hook for a boatload and it takes a lot of shares at a penny or two a piece to pay a $20,000 invoice here and there.
Company is GROSSLY insolvent and the end is near. Patents will be sold to highest bidder at the Bankruptcy and guess who holds all the shares?
IN MY OPINION!
I hate to beat a dead....HORSE
but it does not matter what MMRF does, unless a sanctioning body makes participation mandatory you can lead this product to water, but no one is going to drink.
To me that's just basic horse sense.
(for those keeping score that was 3 (three) Horse references/sayings in a single post)
I'll be here all week, don't forget to tip your waiters and waitresses
CARFAX for Horses.
Stomp your hoof two times if you think this won't generate a dime in revenue!
<Stomp> <stomp>
How does that offset the 10% loss from the rest of the week?
As predicted closed by the end of the week (actually Weds) at 0.029
Down ANOTHER 10.91% for the week
Going to see if my son has enough money in his communion gifts to buy the whole company.....
Hmmmmm.... what is 0.0294 times a Gazillion shares?
Let me help:
Will MMR ever do this? Who cares
Will MMR ever make a dime from doing this? No
MMRF is not in the revenue from sales business.
If it was there would be some.
It's looking for $100 million in settlements.
Not happening
Well of course that is true.
There was no market research done,
BL was driving down a country road in his luxury car and said:
"Look a horse"
The rest as they say is horstory
Down almost 14% already this week,
When do you realize this is a lost cause and bail out?
There is no such thing as contingency and they don't have to funds to defend any of these lawsuits.
Walgreens could buy MMRF with their gross revenue from last weekend.
The CURRENT stock price is irrelevant, when you have a BILLION shares (or close to it)out there what the heck do you expect to happen to the stock price.
There is no covert conspiracy underway to drive the price down.
This is now a fools errand. Dilution, Debt and Disappearing Dollars is what the problem is.
There is no sales, thus the company is BLEEDING to death.
It's OVER unless someone who is getting sued buys the company for the portfolio and throws Bob out on his butt.
Fran Drescher, Australian Country singer, and other pretty faces will not save this company, nor will lawsuits for patents.
Sales will save it, and with a billion shares outstanding and millions in debt there is not enough time and not enough people on staff to make a go of it.
Repeat after me......It's OVER unless someone buys the company
Just my 2 cents......
Oh wait that is what MMRF opened at today. 0.299
Guess its time to load the boat!! buy buy bye!!
LOAD THE BOAT BABY!!
What I read into it....... 0.029 by the end of the week if not sooner.
Down almost 9% this week, another loser.
Billion shares. Whew, better load the boat!!
Slogan:
Fran Drescher: Cancer Schmancer
Bob Lorsch: Profits Scofits
I am busy signing singers, TV stars and freeing people from jail to be concerned with running a business.
Yes lots of fruit,
Down only another 10% for the last five days,
lets get in there and load the boat, fill the truck,
Buy up all the shares you can.
Next week you will be able to buy twice as much.
This horse ain't dead yet, there is like 3 more cents of downside and then no where to go but UP UP UP!!
It's outrageous I tell you!!
http://bit.ly/19xByu1
Manufacture more shares, dilute the stock further.
Buy on the dips, load the boat!!
Almost down another 14% for the week.
No where to go but up right?? That's what I said last week when it was down double digits.
Deja Vu!
Anyway, yeah, load up everyone!! There will be a lot more shares to buy next week when Bob makes more!!
They are like Doritos, Eat more, I will dilute them next week!
That's the sound of circling the drain.....
