Contingency does not cover litigation out of pocket fees such as:

Filing fees
Deposition fees
Copy fees
Postage
Overnight/FedEx
mediation fees
court reporter fees
transcript fees
expert witness fees

These can pile up to the tens of thousands of dollar, money MMRF does not have.
