New market? Not sure if anyone has seen this post before. Thought it was rather interesting and kinda humorous.
The SmarterSponge for bikers in need.

How can someone discredit an accounting firm if they don't even know their practices? Good grief... this just goes to show that some are grasping at straws. Give me a break.
Do your SEC friends watch baseball?
"If you build it, they will come"
A famous line that not only derived from one of the greatest movies of all time, but applies to daily living.
No matter how much SpongeTech says it does, there will always be naysayers publicly scrutinizing them.
If new investors are swayed by these non-fact bringing folks, let them sell. I'll take their shares.
It just makes me sick arguing over the obvious... and the claim that the SEC will bring these guys to their knees.
If that were the case, it would have happened by now. I GUARANTEE IT. You don't think the SEC employees watch baseball?
Check out this Green Bridge news around manufacturing facility. These guys have the full intention of attacking the green space with their prodcts...
Green Bridge signs deal
Saranac-based NXGen Holdings Inc. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Green Bridge Industries Inc., has signed an agreement with a Chicago-area manufacturing facility.
Green Bridge Industries will use the services of the plant for its manufacturing, packaging and storage capabilities. The facility is roughly 60,000 square feet and has six production lines, which Green Bridge Industries will use to manufacture its GBI and private label lines.
The plant management has more than 100 years of contract manufacturing experience and is innovative when it comes to the needs of its client base. The facility is working with a variety of different products such as dry and powdered food products, household products, beverages, pharmaceutical and pet food products.
Bridge Industries is also finalizing agreements with several additional contract manufacturers and packagers nationwide, which have the ability to fulfill the company's production needs, both geographically and capacity related, in California, Illinois, Michigan, and New England.
Love the partnership that was just created. If you dive into Green Bridge's webpage, you'll see that this green push has just started for this company. It's in the infancy stage with several potential opportunities for SpongeTech.
I like what I see. I want to try the product out. Wonder when these will be available to the general public and to what degree they'll be marketed?
Tatt - it is 7 am in Salt Lake you know? Get real and quit assuming the negative. Your posts are worthless.
Exactly - this is a non-event. The point of the matter is that SPNG now has some exposure that we haven't previously seen. OTC's don't have this AGR score.
Were those really errors?
I have a feeling more is going on here.
Well, it depends... it could be a good thing because there may be good things "coming soon". I don't see any other OTC's on this.
You know what I'm getting at...
Yep, they are ranked the same percentile as SPNG. I think this is a non-event in regards to the publicity. However, I have never known an OTC to receive an AGR.
If you look up WNBD or others, I don't see an accounting risk option.
It's a legit news item. It was posted to my Fidelity account as well, but I also see it on Forbes.com.
Every company gets an AGR score, it just appears SPNG has a higher risk than others. I'm hoping it's not translated into anything negative, just a forewarning to investors. I would think that something would have triggered this though.
Hmmm, I see this through Forbes.com now.

i noticed the same thing Z4. was totally different today.
Did Wadi leave the board for good?
They raised the share count again? WTF for? If we have all this cash coming in, why raise this again????
Is Dark Lady no longer an assistant? I don't see the name up top anymore... how do I find past posts?
Sykes is a crook. He says he's in it for his customers, but his personality says differently. He fell on his a$$ after a miracle run, now he needs to make his money back to afford his luxuries in the big city.
Well, I was able to accumulate over 100k between .12 and .17. Very painful to sit and watch my buy being skipped over on the way up. I was a full .01 - .015 ahead of the ASK. Especially when it was down in the .09 range. Just unbelievable.
I'm testing the waters with random lots. I've gotten fills on 20k at the most. The rest were 5k, 10k... but it's taking a long time to get the fill.
Honestly, who is getting filled w/o a long wait?
Buys are still hard to come by... still a full .01 over ask with 5000 to 10000 lots. No fills.
Yes, very criminal activity... they hit my stop loss way down and wouldn't let me back in. Glad they only got a fraction of my shares. What a joke.

This is manipulation.... i cannot get my order to fill even a full .01 over ASK
Did you all notice that Metter made it pretty clear in his presentation that P&G likes to buy smaller companies out. To me, it almost seemed as if he was setting the stage for a buyout at a much higher price... informing the audience that SpongeTech is currently VERY well positioned to reap rewards with their line of sponges. We know that their product line with continually grow, so why wouldn't an offer be on the table already? Perhaps it is... and that's why we're moving up quickly. Just an observation...
Thanks, been silently accumulating, watching & listening over the last 6-8 months. Holding tight and very happy so far.
Nice... glad to hear they're carrying too. I'm a bit further north. Didn't find them in Walgreens, but had luck in CVS.
Found the car wash kit and pet sponge in the north Kansas City area yesterday evening. I have pictures if you need them. Very happy to see they've made it to the KC area (and even to a small town of about 4000 people just outside the city limits).
Buzz, thoughts on SMTX? Seems really cheap...
ABMC 50 and 200 about to cross... bounced off 200 of 1.03. Might have found the bottom folks.
Buzz, thoughts on the ADST news?
Gang, i know this is a swing board... but take a deep look at IBAS. They report around the 20th, this is going to be a great quarter. You may see anywhere from a .25 - 1.00 gain. JMHO
excellent call Buzz... glad i caught some today at .32. Thanks pal.
IAO here we go...
In IAO as well... this will run soon, very soon.
Anyone have any opinions on HBSL?
IAO break of .33 could mean BREAKOUT according to chart.
Yeah i was reading up on PJTG's plan to execute in the future. Putting away those shares for 2 years must mean they have total confidence in the oncoming months. I hold both, but VTYC (like you said), hasn't been releasing much lately. Just curious to what others think.
Thanks pal.
