the pump by these guys usually lasts 3-4 weeks so this is a great entry point, should see 1.00+ next week... if the buying frenzy is quick it could go to much higher levels as we have seen with their other picks
once you see the daily volume exceed the previous daily volume this one will start to fly
only thing that is holding this back is fear
and you know what they say- buy on fear
now on the other hand, if it breaks the .35 floor volume could soar as we saw 15 mins ago when it broke the floor at .36
after looking at the charts for past stocktips picks (excluding pgfy for obvious reasons) it seems day 2 volume is usually in the 50-75% range of day 1... 8mill would only be around 30%
and the way it is slowing down, unless there is an eod surge it may be lucky to reach 8 mill today...
volume is awfully low today... not a good sign
but that depends on how you look at it, people are getting wise to the fact that you can get in at a lower price with a little patience the first few days
wild card is thanksgiving
big dips today and tomorrow?
then the run begins on wed?
or will it continue to slide until next week...?
low volume means low interest or lot of people being patient holding out for .20s?
"We will be providing an update on the Ecommerce site in an upcoming press release. The brand and logo are ready and will be disclosed soon."
If this much action on the current pr just imagine the gains when these prs come out!
If its not already, what do you want to bet it ends up in the hands of terrorists... this could get real ugly
Morning Coffee with a Side of Ebola?
Are there any studies on the exports coming out of places like Sierra Leone? What happens if an infected worker sneezes just before sealing a bag of coffee? How long can the virus survive in a sealed bag that could retain liquid and perhaps nutrient??? Do we really know the answers and are there adequate steps being taken to contain potential issues???

my satire falls on unappreciated ground... :(
So the bottom line is simple, IBIO is the only company that has the technology, ability and license to actually produce the drug in quantity... so there is a selection process with a number of candidates but only IBIO can actually provide what is needed...
So there is an orchard full of trees but only one has any apples on it and they have to chose a tree to pick from.. wonder which tree will be chosen?
Lawsuit Killer, this statement alone puts an end to any possible "investigations" and spells it out in black and white that there is no merit to anything these law firms could possibly move forward with-
November 10, 2014: 08:31 AM ET
The license announced today expands Caliber's freedom to operate under iBio's issued U.S. patents and related intellectual property to enable Caliber to assist the U.S. government by manufacturing certain experimental drugs that address the current Ebola virus outbreak, to the extent such assistance is requested.
How is this not a greenlight?-
November 10, 2014: 08:31 AM ET
iBio, Inc. (NYSE MKT: IBIO) and Caliber Biotherapeutics LLC executed an agreement, effective today, for an emergency use license to the iBioLaunch™ platform for production by Caliber of antibodies that target the Ebola virus.
This means that all of the "investigations" and "potential lawsuits" are completely fabricated and have zero merit (correct?).
This also means direct bottom line profits (also correct?)
This additionally means that IBIO is quite possibly the hottest ebola stock available (comments as to why it wouldnt be since it is the most directly related vs thermometers, masks, suits... etc)
Can anyone tell me, with the release of this news, why this didnt double pps at the bell this mng? Why this isnt shooting straight up now???
Am I missing something here?
My apologies, too many to keep track of gotta be sure you are on top of them all.
there are 2 main factors to consider, the ebola flippers group and the medical longs that are looking for solid investments
since APT is a pink it is mostly flipper money so it could surge with all of the ebola stocks in a bit of limbo at the moment
however the fundamentals for APT based on financials and the math should put the pps somewhere in the $9 - $11 pps range
add the fact that they do not need any additional capital and the orders are essentially going straight to the bottom line
with the obvious potential for multiplying the orders over the coming months this looks like a winner with solid growth over the coming days/weeks and most likely months
if any new ebola news hits APT could be the frontrunner with hype driven buys coupled with bottom line results
imo
about to be flu season, nov and dec orders are going to multiply
APT back to $10+

basic knowledge of otc stocks is enough to to conclude that a company needs to make a significant number of filings to go from a STOP sign of no information to CURRENT
the only fantasy here is that this is not obvious
the laughable part is that money has been lost due to pathetic dd and inept understanding of penny stock trading
*****WARNING ABOUT WARNINGS*****
it seems that there is a significant amount of confusion between the OLD CLNP and the NEW CLNP
please be advised that the OLD CLNP was a shell that was recently bought out by the NEW CLNP
NONE OF THE OLD INFORMATION HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE NEW COMPANY!
CLNP OTC CURRENT
The NEW CLNP is listed on otcmarkets.com as CURRENT
definition of CURRENT from otcmarkets.com-
Current Information
Companies that follow the International Reporting Standard or the Alternative Reporting Standard by making filings publicly available through the OTC Disclosure & News Service pursuant to OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines.
the OLD CLNP was listed as-
No Information
Indicates companies do not provide disclosure. Publicly traded companies that do not provide information to investors should be carefully researched before making any investment decision.
stocks 101 teaches that in order for a company to be listed as CURRENT on the otc market it must comply with significant amount of filings in order to gain the CURRENT status
the amount of work, time and money that has been put into the NEW CLNP since the OLD SHELL was bought out is a substantial indication that this is a growing concern and that there are intentions to move the NEW CLNP forward
dd should be done before drawing conclusions on misinformation or intentional misleading information disseminated on various web outlets and care and attention should be given to separate old baggage from current and unassociated entities
when doing dd it is important to use trusted sources such as otcmarkets.com, edgar and reputable news outlets
keep in mind that anything can be uploaded to the internet in anonymity but only verifiable sourced information should be trusted as solid dd
Are we going to see a huge after hours jump up like we have see a few times here lately? 20%? open at $1.40 tomorrow???
Going to be rather tough to find a lead plantiff when they learn that they could face jail time...
additionally, forward looking disclaimers cover the alleged issue rather well so it will become obvious that this is a weak fabrication aimed at attempts to reward shorts
Class-Action Lawsuits are an integral part of a short attack on a victim company. The most notorious of the class-action firms was Milberg, Weiss and their off-shoot law firms, which included Lerach, Geller and Coughlin. Milberg Weiss was forced to disband by the Justice Department; Lerach was just sentenced to prison time.
During the first half of this decade, about a dozen public companies were under attack by a short cabal that allegedly involved David Rocker and others. The victim companies included Krispy Kreme, Capital One Financial, Pre-Paid Legal, Netflix, Novastar Financial and others. The tactics described in this paper were almost universally applied to these companies. 75% of them were subject to an SEC investigation and about 80% were subject to a class action lawsuit filed by Milberg Weiss or associated firms.
The class-action litigation was closely tied to the SEC investigations. Given that SEC preliminary investigations are supposed to be confidential, the timing of the investigations and the litigation is remarkable. The litigation filing was invariably accompanied with much media coverage. This contributed to the onslaught of negative media coverage that accompanied the heavy volume down laddering of the stock price, making the manipulation look like a sell-off.
Milberg used paid professional plaintiffs as the lead plaintiff in their class action suits. They also used contingent fee expert witnesses. Both of these practices are illegal and have been successfully prosecuted by the Justice Department. Recently, Milberg, individually entered into a plea-bargain agreement that resulted in incarceration.5
if it is a scam it is even better bc they will pump the hell out of it to dump into the run... that means much more potential for the smart ppl that get in now...
we are in pink here, arent they all considered scams as a general rule of thumb?
anyone investing their retirement savings into otcs has a serious lesson to learn...
CLNP is a perfect flipper, news and it runs, ride the wave for a month or so, then buy the dips and sell on news... basic 101 flippers guide to the galaxy
(only able to find 1 filing for CLNP this year? id have to recommend holding off on basic 101 classes... they may be a bit advanced at this stage)
AHHH, now i see the problem here!
see, the NEW CLNP has 21 filings
perhaps the confusion is with the OLD CLNP?
isnt anyone screening these candidates before turning them lose in the streets?
i need more pathetic cow bell
OLD FILINGS!!!???
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CLNP/filings
how impatient and unrealistic can the expectations possibly be?
Thats how research works!!!
once you have developed a new technology you then license or sell it or get bought out!
Why do you think IBIO is about to explode... bc they spent the time and money on research and now have marketable intellectual property that has been derived from that research...
perhaps it is utilized for ebola, great
or possibly for something less dramatic such as hemorrhoid meds, doesnt matter as long as it is an advancement that can be utilized for profit by a pharm mfg that is willing to pay for the technology bc they can recognize a benefit from it
A friend is opening a new restaurant...
He has raised the capital, and is working on purchasing the property, building a building, getting a liquor license, creating a menu and on and on...
now there is no physical address yet bc the deal on the property hasnt closed yet
and there are no salads, appetizers, dinner entrees or deserts available yet
and there isnt even a phone number to place reservations
however; the fact is, with no products, no place of business, and hundreds of thousands in debt... he has investors lining up to invest in what they see as a growing concern that will make them a profit
as difficult as it may be to understand in this world of overzealous demanding expectation, the kernel of a business takes time to develop and progress is not made instantaneous
the fact that the NEW CLNP is 'in progress' is not a reason to point a finger at anything negative... in fact, 21 filings, otc current, and an obvious amount of progress on a kernel is enough to tell most otc investors that a pps of .0002 is a great opportunity
now i personally dont recommend investing in restaurants (even though i have) but id say CLNP is a great opportunity for at least a 5 bagger simply on experience and principle
read away, anything negative and maybe its time to move on, otherwise this is A NEW COMPANY IN PROGRESS, they JUST BOUGHT OUT A SHELL and they ARE TAKING THE STEPS TO CREATE A NEW PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY
cant fault them for not being able to just add water (yes, pun intended) and poof instant overnight company!
but you sure can give them credit for what has been accomplished so far...
The pps is going up not down... insiders must know that the 'investigations' have turned up fruitless
classic short tactic here and everyone that has done their dd knows it
plus add in the political moves by the pharm mfgs that stand to lose a ton to this new technology
IBIO has technology that is far beyond the ebola bubble, just so happened that the ebola buzz has put the spotlight on this and helped to position IBIO for license/buyout of their intellectual property method for advanced med production with lower capital requirements and accelerated time to market along with drastically increased production volume capabilities... (see their website for specifics)
this is why it is a good fit for ebola too since the current method is costly, time consuming and extremely low annual dose creation.
ebola aside, this company is about to explode in cash
Buyout News on the way?
IBIO Market Outlook
Let’s jump on our white horses and go for a bullish ride. The bullish pattern that was previously identified is finally confirmed and a BUY signal is generated. Most probably, it is the right time to participate in bullish fervor. The market is telling you about a new profit. Do not miss this bullish opportunity. americanbulls.com
IBIO Technology, much more than a new med, this is a new method to produce meds with many advantages over existing methods
from IBIO's website-
The iBioLaunch™ platform is a proprietary gene expression technology that causes non-transgenic plants to rapidly produce high levels of target proteins. The plants are easily and reliably scaled-up in low cost, controlled growth facilities to produce large amounts of recombinant protein in the plant biomass. The technology is highly flexible having the capability to produce both biotherapeutics and vaccines. Advantages of the whole plant approach include lower operating and capital expenses compared to protein production using engineered microbial or animal cells in bioreactors. The iBioLaunch platform offers significant advantages over earlier plant-based methods that rely on transgenic plants or plant cell cultures. These include the speed at which different proteins can be expressed and produced at commercial scale, which presents a significant commercial advantage, as well as public safety benefits when vaccines for pandemic diseases are required. Other advantages include scalability, no risks of contamination by animal pathogens, and the ability to express complex proteins at which other systems have failed.
the fact that ebola is in the headlines and IBIO has targeted their technology to this, it is only ONE of countless meds that this technology could be applied to
DOES EVERYONE REALIZE THAT THIS IS WAY BIGGER THAN JUST EBOLA?
there is massive potential here in the pharm industry!
All of the misinformation and confusion between the OLD CLNP and the NEW CLNP isnt working very well, I cant seem to get my .0001s filled lol
and now it looks like it will be too late bc the NEW CLNP is about to move up and leave those .0001s in the dust...
for anyone that has ever owned a business or rolled out a product launch we all know that there is a lot to do behind the scenes, when this is ready, and we all see it unfolding (how many filings? how much time and money going into this?), this is going to make a nice run! even if it only runs to the .002s thats a 10 bagger! and i can see it doing much more than that... what did the OLD CLNP run to.. looks like .0002 to .01s thats $10K for every $200! $2000 could be $100K in just a few months when this starts moving!
in fact... how would that work?
class action suit based on what? being an inept stock flipper? a poor short seller? I mean lets look at this for a second here... the pps is currently up 100% from a month ago... perhaps there should be a license or certification for people to trade stock... maybe a warning CAUTION HOT COFFEE... oh wait, thats for other people with a common sense deficiency... how about this- CAUTION CHASING BUZZ GROWTH ON OTC STOCKS CAN AND WILL RESULT IN LOSSES oh nvr mnd that is already well documented
maybe a class action against everyone that bought shares on the way up which caused others to blindly follow?
or how about against anyone that sold after you bought causing you to be damaged by lowering the pps?
hmmm, is there a warning label on trade accounts that states that you can lose your investment? well yes, actually there is
going to be tough to prove that a company that is researching med production and has a new technology that can be applied to ebola is at fault for poor investment choices isnt it???
hey, how about a class action by the longs against the shorts!
yeah, see, ridiculous from every pov now isnt it
weak, very weak
Isnt it going to be difficult to prove damages when the pps goes up past the 52 week high?
its of no matter
ebola is just one of countless meds that this technology can be used for
if it is applied to ebola great on many levels
if we consider the big picture here this company has a new technology that can be licensed to pharm cos that produce mega millions of dollars of meds every year... ebola is only a sliver of a slice of the pie
sure there are many that are on this wagon for the ebola hype but that buzz simply helped put IBIO in the spotlight
if IBIO never has anything to do with ebola but gets its technology out there for other drugs this company is a huge winner with serious profit potential!

DOES ANYONE REALIZE THAT THIS IS WAY BIGGER THAN JUST EBOLA?
there is massive potential here in the pharm industry!
Technology can be applied in many ways
if you are an engineer designing a new product to be used in automobiles and suddenly you realize that same new technology can be used in combat do you not try to sell or license the technology to the military... of course you do
if IBIO is working on say a hair loss drug and it just happens to use technology that helps make ebola meds... wouldnt you try to sell or license the technology... of course you do (isnt that how we got viagra? sticky notes? microwave ovens?...)
do you know before you begin your research where it will lead and what products and technology you will ultimately discover?
this is how it works... if we knew all of the answers before we started there would be no ebola threat... we would have cured it before it ever started... it doesnt work that way now does it
IBIO obviously has a technology that they were developing that now shows potential in a more immediate need to use for ebola... dont know about you but if it was me i would be switching gears fast to apply this technology to every drug production that it can benifit with ebola being at the top of the list
and in doing this they stand to threaten the companies that are currently trying and failing at producing ebola meds (or any pharm co for that matter) so they are being attacked in order to protect the interests of those companies... typical business politics
if the attackers fail in stopping IBIO they may buy them out just to suppress them or the technology (like that doesnt happen every day)
there is much more going on here than just some short position tactics to lower the pps
