There is a BIG difference between earnings and sales. You seem to be using those terms interchangeably.
Tiger's not carrying it...
The Macular trials should be just about wrapping up as well, shouldn't they? Hopefully we get some good news on that front as well. I would love to see them step into the vitamin/nutritional supplement world as that is one step closer to pharma.
I appreciate your discretion. Thanks again for the other information!
Any idea how the contract is set up between Fuse and Walgreens, as in when does Fuse get paid for the products?
Thanks for all your information!
I emailed IR about Walgreens and got pretty much the answer I expected:
"Anytime we are able to update our shareholders and investors on our distribution agreements we will do so with a public press release. Frequently updates involving entities other than Fuse require approval by the third party which may or may not effect the timing of a release.
As soon as we are able to provide additional information on any of the marketing/distribution relationships, we will get a news item out as soon as possible.
Thanks for your time."
Just got back from checking out some local Walgreens. They didn't have the products in the two Long Beach, CA locations I checked out nor the two Huntington Beach, CA locations I went to yet. The stock managers weren't in over the weekend either. I'll be interested to see what happens at all the stores when they get their shipments in this week.
Chief and Rookie,
Does this match up at all with what you have heard?
I hate to say it, but IF this is indeed just a trial run, those with the Drops available in their local Walgreens should make darn sure it is selling to ensure it will get into all of them. It doesn't make sense to execute a large marketing campaign until the products are available nationwide, and it will be tough to create sell-through without advertising. That's a vicious cycle.
Thanks!
Hey, where'd your picture go? That'd be a great one to post bigger in a regular post!
It's straight out of the S-1
PETA will be keeping a watchful eye on you...
Sorry, I didn't mean to make that a reply to you shore.
The drop products' pages (through Mission) have been updated with pictures on Amazon. However, Electrofuse still isn't available for purchase and I can't figure out why they're trying to charge $15.35 for Powerfuse.

Haha no it's fine, I just wasn't sure based on how you wrote that and then I realized I didn't say that's where I got the excerpt from...I added that in now
Okay, you know I didn't write this, right? It's straight out of the S-1.
"Endorsement Partnerships
Our endorsement partnerships represent a cornerstone for the Company’s efforts to build brand and product identity and awareness more rapidly than traditionally realized from basic advertising and promotion. This is facilitated by leveraging the social media consumer following of each sports figure to reach our target consumer base. It is believed that this will allow for more targeted marketing messages to be delivered in real time, with increased quality and relevance to our target consumers. We have entered into endorsement partnerships with the following sports figures:
· Tiger Woods: World Leader in Golf
· Tyson Chandler: New York Knicks
· Paul Rodriguez: Skateboarder
· Andre Ward: Boxer
· Michelle Ray: IFBB Fitness Pro
· David “Big Papi” Ortiz: Boston Red Sox
· Jose Bautista: Toronto Blue Jays
· Ken Griffey, Jr.: Retired Baseball Player
· Arian Foster: Houston Texans
· Ronde Barber: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
· Glover Quin: Houston Texans
· Nolan Carroll: Miami Dolphins
· Paul Pierce: Boston Celtics
· Florida Panthers: National Hockey League
Under these agreements, our partner athletes license us to use their name and image in connection with the promotion of our products. They also undertake to make ongoing social media promotion of our products (e.g. Twitter, Facebook), as well as endorsements in more traditional media forums such as television and radio. In certain circumstances, our brand may be promoted on athletic gear they use.

From the S-1
Haha I was about to say the same thing. I agree with 90% of that post besides the disaster and worried sick part.
I don't know, you sure seem to want people around here to do everything for you...do you not have email or a phone? What is your affinity to contacting the company yourself as the self-proclaimed largest shareholder?
I'm diggin the updates to the page, but whoever is doing those, you may want to change the O/S "as of" date to March 20, 2013. Otherwise, people may think it's up to 280 million by now if they think it was at 230 million last November.
Great work though!!!
Yeah, I lived about an hour north of NYC for a short period of time and remember joking that Duane Reade was more popular than Starbucks in the city. They were seriously EVERYWHERE! That being said I grew up in the Midwest and now live on the west coast and Walgreens is just about on every corner in those areas too! I would be very happy if they announce that distribution deal...and then start marketing!!!!
Alright, you had me thinking I had gone crazy, so I had to go back through your posts. The following is the post number in which I believed you had eliminted each retailer on my list:
Walmart: Post #36760
Duane Reed: Post #37117 (You had never heard of it)
Circle K: Post #36907
7-11: Post #36890
Kmart: Post #37006
As for Walgreens: I believed you were eliminating this in post #37177. However, upon further review, you said, "Kyle, the news I heard is every bit as big as one of the last three you mentioned." I guess that could mean that what you heard is every bit as big as one of those because it IS one of those! If so, that was very sneaky of you. For reference, those 3 mentioned by Kyle were 7-11, Walgreens, and Walmart, 2 of which you definitely eliminated in the above posts.
Therefore, I now believe it is Walgreens. :)
Yup, 3/22/13 was the cutoff date for everything on the list you mentioned, so I guess it can't possibly happen after today...
From Rookie's posts that I recall, he has said the deal he heard about is NOT:
Walmart
Walgreens
Duane Reed
Circle K
7-11
Kmart
What I really want to know is:
1. Why is just Powerfuse now available on there and not Electrofuse
2. Why is it listed at $15.35???
Yeah, how is this not a multi-billion dollar company after three weeks of complete restructuring based on his expertise! I'm sure he built FUBU in 3 weeks...
They also have the Macular trials going on...which is basically R&D that Macular is paying for...I don't believe anyone has mentioned that?
Technically, the comment about distribution announcements "in the coming days" was in the PR last Friday about the Kinney Drugs distribution, so tomorrow would be one week. That being said...cross your fingers for another announcement today or tomorrow?
To tell the truth, I had it in my mind that the "coming days" line was in the PR about ramping up to support high demand, but that article used the phrase "in the near future" to describe when they anticipated the announcements.
I'm a long who bought in at .1103 so I guess it's easy for me to be an optimist, but I still see a bright future ahead.
Why would you be worried, you must be ecstatic! That's 70 MILLION less than you've been telling us...what gives?
The updated O/S after all of that restructuring is 230,206,667 as of 11:35AM Eastern today according to the transfer agent.
See how much easier it is to ask the transfer agent rather than spout off much higher numbers and lie to other members?
And yet red in the third decimal place would mean dilution, disaster, and selling akin to an ice cream truck that ran out of power on a 120 degree day in a neighborhood inhabited only by children with large amounts of disposable income...thanks for the analysis.
Ehhh market research suggests that shows with a character that is too unreasonably antagonistic don't make it because they cause too much resentment by the viewers.
Based on that logic, our show wouldn't make it past the pilot episode, if that even made it to air...
Powerfuse isn't available on Amazon yet and as far as I know the only place you can get it right now is from the company.
Big like...1,000 stores nationwide? 2,000? 3,000? Maybe 4,000+?
I ordered 2 boxes of Powerfuse and received it in 3 days. Maybe they just know who you are...
Please show us proof of the float, O/S, and warrant conversion prices you keep quoting.
Thanks!
You're right, options are not dillutive like warrants. No new shares are issued for options, outstanding shares are purchased and/or given.

These are incentive stock options for employees, sponsors and consultants which have been reported since the end of 2011. This is not a public offering.
I agree with this 100%. I just read through a bunch of the old SEC filings and it seemed the exercise prices were between .331 and .445 for everything I could find.
This does make it seem like they're getting ready to announce big news and expect the price to jump above those levels soon.
"I was in the pool! I was in the pool!"
Like the pool of cash we will be swimming in by the end of this year...
No skips for me either. Sounds like it's a problem with your computer.
