Actually, I believe he can only sell 1% every three months and it must be filed in advance. So he cannot randomly sell at his discretion and certainly is restricted on the amount per year that can be sold.

And just as important he can only sell 1% or about 20,000,000 shares every three months.

I have no problem with the reverse split but, leaving authorized shares at 1.5 billion is a license to steal. Believe me I want this to work I have 22 million shares at .0006 so I am down a bunch of money. I like what this company is doing but with that many authorized shares I am looking for some sort of justification from the company. Hopefully, we get it.

Only thing I can see is that it comes in a more robust case that you can mount. If the np-1 is not out next week I will buy the Npc-1. I made enough here to splurge on the extra $100.

If the NP-C is available the NP-1 can't be far behind. They are essentially the same technology. This seems like a pretty big step if you ask me. I'm curious as to why it was not PR'd.

Kinda interesting, NTEK is now supplying outstanding shares, float, key executives etc to yahoo finance and on my etrade. This was not there in the recent past.
