Jimmy40, what you posted is a take that I know you've had before and it makes a great deal of sense. Obviously, the Cinco Minas property is highly sought after.
I believe we will get some positive news from or about SRGE this week!!!
Another day closer to cashing in as a SRGE stockholder.
Positive SRGE MEGA NEWS IS IMMINENT!!!!!!!
tob999, SRGE MEGA NEWS IS IMMINENT & WILL BE SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
imo
Oh really? It never existed?
Stockholders did get one dividend last year.
From way back in 2009 about GoDaddy. I highlighted the most relevant part:

Please contact customer service at (480) 505-8855 regarding your account.
This was the message I saw after logging in my GoDaddy account yesterday: "Please contact customer service at (480) 505-8855 regarding your account." I'm so annoyed about this user verification / security process. I badly need to renew my expiring domains and transfer some of my domains to a new host, but I can't, because my GoDaddy account was locked without prior notice.
I've checked other websites about this similar problem and found a lot. It's for security purposes because GoDaddy's security has a loop hole and they need to verify all user accounts again so that you'll be safe from domain hacking, etc.
Your only chance to unlock your domain is to call 480 505-8855, or else, you can't unlock it. I'm hoping for an alternate method of how to unlock my account without calling the customer support. I'm still waiting for GoDaddy's message regarding my concern. I tried to call the number but I'm always disconnected. Maybe because I'm using a number that is outside the United States, or maybe calling internationally is not permitted by my provider.
I hope GoDaddy can fix this issue as soon as possible because I have more than 20 expiring domains that I need to renew before it's too late.
They obviously have not paid their bill. Either it's an oversight or there is nobody to pay it.
Hate to say it..but it looks like SRGE's website has been shutdown.
grego68, you are incorrect. The state of incorporation of SRGE has regulations on this.
(If you go to the FFGO board, this issue has been discussed there for the last 2 years....lol)
Energy wave is exactly right and is stating the obvious. There is no need for an office. No need for attorneys after the deal was done. It's over.............................................
Except for one thing..........................................
A Very Large Liquidating Dividend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
imo
I think we are dealing with a different animal in SRGE. In most cases, when a company is relegated to the Grey sheets, it has been beaten up. Prospects aren't good, balance sheet is lousy, etc.
In the case of SRGE, it owned (sold in Feb. 2013) valuable mineral interests. It is not a normal Grey Stock that nobody is interested in.
Grey sheets are described as follows by extraordinaryinvestor.com
"No SEC registration and little SEC regulation. Regulation of Grey Sheet stocks takes place mainly on a state level. Unlike Pink Sheets, these stocks have no SEC registration to possess a stock symbol or to possess shares or trade shares of that stock."
It's like the old Wild West of stocks.......
My whole point is this: The sale of its mining properties can get done without SEC regulations........all we need is a PR and a Liquidating Dividend which is regulated by state of incorporation".
No FINRA, No Nothing!!!
SRGE is golden!!!! and Silver-en!!!!....lol
If the 8-K is not required...why do it? No reason to.
tob999, I think we get positive SRGE MEGA NEWS...This coming week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking forward to it......
Why file an 8-K? They are costly.
janice, you are not getting the big picture imo. When we (SRGE shareholders) get our large Liquidating Dividend...SRGE is gone and there are no unhappy stockholders.
SEC will close the file. SEC will say...good for the stockholders! Next case!!!
In this case, given the size of the dividend I am anticipating...I don't think you are going to have any upset SRGE shareholders..lol
That old dividend will probably just get rolled into the Liquidating dividend.
MSJ is a Private Company...No 8-K needed.
SRGE is a grey sheet non reporting company.....No 8-K needed.
Simple.
You pose an irrelevant query. Again, remember, the deal is done and we are awaiting details.
Going through the past ad nauseum serves no purpose imo.
BillEvans80, you need to get it clear in your head. SRGE sold its assets.
SRGE is just waiting for the cash to pay out in a Liquidating Dividend...imo
After that, SRGE is nothing. But, it is nothing only after the Liquidating dividend is paid out.
What you view as "down 90%" is what I view as an outrageously awesome opportunity....i.e. buying shares at this level.
(in reality, I'm operating on free money and my basis isn't too far from the current price level)....
You can't be a wimp and invest in penny stocks...lol
We only need the Liquidating Dividend at this point.
Sierra has not forgotten SRGE:

Positive SRGE MEGA NEWS next week.
imo
The memo you "literally missed" is easy to find. You can do it.
janice, you've done a nice little job of researching all this.
However, there is one problem.
It has nothing to do with SRGE.
SRGE sold its assets.
SRGE will issue a liquidating dividend to its stockholders.
Simple.
Yet Brilliant.
imo
janice, you literally "missed the memo" about SRGE dismissing CH.
Why should they respond to it? They didn't release it.
Won't need to wait much longer.
SEC does not concern SRGE.
SRGE has been acquired by another company.
Awaiting the details.
I should think he or she would know who the seller is
Yes, one would think so. But they don't...lol
I did the same thing.. The site appears to be a joke. SRGE could have been selling off a couple pieces of equipment...who knows? The site operator sure didn't.
Being directed to that site was a complete waste of my time...those 5 to 7 minutes there is time I'll never get back. Thanks.
I really don't know. They started to get into the Medical Marijuana business in Colorado some time ago and got their financials updated on the pinksheets site.......but that fell through and nothing happens here...
This is very old news. Positive SRGE MEGA NEWS is coming this month imo.
But FFGO isn't paying the dividend.
NMGL is.
That's what was being discussed here.
Simple and brilliant.
Mr. Puppy, my post was not directed to you. It was directed to this post:
