The only reason I could think why they wouldn't announce the PR in the morning was to scare some shareholders to lower the price and buy more....

If this company is 100% legit, I totally understand why they would pay themselves a .20 div before the end of the year, which is to pay a lower tax rate due to the fiscal cliff.
