They have no comprehension. Grew up with calculators.
OK. Good job. So it's the fall then. Sorry but NWBO has never been early to anything in their history. Almost certainly Fall will come and go with no word because we'll hear through the grapevine they're waiting on NICE. So, some point in early 2025 perhaps. That or the plug gets pulled soon, as Nemesis suggests.
This newcomer QL300 will say anything.
I'd say if they didn't get an RFI that's really bad news. It'd very likely mean MHRA hasn't even looked at it yet.
I don't understand why none of you haven't sent a simple email to IR asking for confirmation / clarification of Les' "Fall" statement. It's almost like you disciples all enjoy the mystery and the gas lighting. Hmm. Yup.
Flipper you shamelessly mislead poor retail. Just because you're not concerned with governance issues doesn't make my comments untrue rhetoric. You or your Flopper following can't ever seem to point to even one lie I've posted here, unlike you who has followed everyday single made up breadcrumb for a decade only to bang your head on the wall and begin again.
>>dumb down the board and clutter it with idiotic untrue rhetoric.”
LOL. 4 cents with 1.3 billion shares outstanding. What a waste of words. Can't make it up.
LOL. So skeptical and yet find no fault with the L trial. Can't make it up.
I heard that's a thing. LOL.
>>It gathered data on a few years of actual use in clinics.
Divide by a thousand and that's probably accurate. lol. Post your screenshot.
>>My 450K plus many holding in that range and up are all YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!
Yeah, what investor in their right mind would ever bring up governance issues? LOL. Stupid dopes.
That's what we're always looking for the pumpers here to do...Post a screenshot.
>>GameStop shares shot up early Monday after Gill, who goes by “DeepF------Value” on Reddit, posted a screenshot of what could be his portfolio holding a significant amount of GameStop common shares and call options. The meme stock leader holds 5 million shares of GameStop and a position of 120,000 call options with a strike price of $20 that expire on June 21, purchased for about $5.68 each, the screenshot showed.

Here you go. Wonder how many other shareholders will join?
"The Individual Defendants reserve the right to, and plan to, continue to dispute the allegations of the Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint."
Yup. And, they haven't even ever put forth a commercialization plan with actual numbers! The CEO CFO hasn't been seen in five years with no quarterly calls or presentations! Unheard of!!! Now this "Franchise" nonsense to avoid building a proper management team. It's almost like they're waiting for other therapies to commercialize so they can just throw their hands up and say "We tried".
You'd think so?? Notice the lack of interest and even downright avoidance of the issue by the disciples here.
>>new lawsuits.
LOL. The DanishDancer envisions armies attacking from all sides. I think he's having WWll flashbacks.
Germany's been doing DC therapy for a loooong time now. But if by that you mean getting the UK government to somehow pay for it...I suppose so.
"sitting at the door of medical history"
Still waiting for AF to chime in. Perhaps he'll pay a visit as he's heading out.
Like I've been saying, it makes no sense to try the same thing again while the other lawsuit is still ongoing. One would think the magistrate would not take kindly to such a move especially if management doesn't even require the retail vote.
Those locked up shares are likely not voting shares, btw. ??
No, GuruGary. Notice they hired a company to try to sell the yes vote.
Well, it doesn't look like there's going to be any discussion here or learning. At least try to remember the posters here who pumped away at retails expense.
Signing off.
LC
This is when the disciples go dark. Conversations about lock-ups, employee contract expirations, restructures, and just about everything else governance, is forbidden here.
It is unreal. All that with never an open market purchase.
Clearly some of the lenders are skeptical too.
>>From a regulatory perspective, lock-up agreements are meant to help protect investors. The scenario that the lock-up agreement is meant to avoid is a group of insiders taking an overvalued company public, then dumping it on investors while running away with the proceeds.
...But you'll be buying first thing in the morning. Such conviction. LOL.
Updated filling out.
>>Consists of 29,411,759 shares of common stock held by Ms. Powers. Ms. Powers also holds 56,992,773 warrants (the majority acquired from a third party and the rest acquired in past years, as previously reported, from the Company in connection with loans by Ms. Powers to the Company when such loans were needed to help enable the Company to survive). Ms. Powers holds 39,200,000 options awarded in 2018 for service during part of that year and a number of preceding years, and 55,119,032 options awarded in 2020 for service during several years. In 2021, Ms. Powers entered into a voluntary blocking agreement with the Company pursuant to which Ms. Powers cannot exercise or convert any options, warrants or other derivative securities, as applicable, to acquire shares of the Company’s common stock, unless Ms. Powers provides the Company at least 61 calendar days’ advance notice and unless certain additional restrictions are satisfied with respect to some of the options. As a result, such options, warrants and other derivative securities are not considered “beneficially owned” within the meaning of Section 13(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Totally agree. The disciples are laser focused on nothing.
>>In my opinion, the clock will
not even come into play with this application .
LOL. Born today and he knows all about the skeptics already.
Not even crabcakes?
A million dollars a patient should do it. Eye rolls.
No, Flopper, it's a brand new type of therapy so it's going to take a year, assuming NICE ever receives the paperwork and actually considers L, of course.
Disciple will pretend your post doesn't exist.
>>One-, two-, three-, and four- year survival rates were 79.2%, 42.4%, 31.5%, and 27.7%, respectively.
Too funny. Clueless.
>>You really think NICE reimbursement is why anyone is invested here?
So, I'm changing my previous statement to:
It was confirmed last week here that NICE doesn't even have the paperwork. Once they have it they'll need 1 year to possibly approve plus 3 months to begin funding.
No, Flopper.
>>Step 3: Approval for use through the NHS, 1 year
Once the drug is authorised it will then require a separate appraisal before it can be made available through the National Health Service (NHS). In England and Wales this appraisal is carried out by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), and in Scotland it is carried out by Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC). In Wales additional authorisation may also required from the All Wales Medicines Strategy Group.
NICE work with patient support groups such as The Vitiligo Society to gain public and patient involvement in the appraisal. You can visit the NICE website for updates on their approval timeline for a treatment, provided an application is made this information is available publicly.
If NICE recommends the drug for use through the NHS, then NHS England is normally expected to fund the treatment within 90 days.
https://vitiligosociety.org/vitlife/our-guide-to-how-a-treatment-is-approved-for-use-in-the-nhs/
Actually what I just said was wrong. Flip's trying to confuse us again. The NICE process takes one year. Once they approve it takes 3 months for the funding process.
>>If NICE recommends the drug for use through the NHS, then NHS England is normally expected to fund the treatment within 90 days.
It was confirmed last week here that NICE doesn't even have the paperwork. Once they have it they'll need three months.
Interim funding is very limited.
>>MHRA decisions typically come three months before NICE price evaluation decisions. There is a format for interim funding for cancer therapies if relevant.
Don't see LP out there. Too bad NWBO's band couldn't play.
Great time with #thecheckpoints at @BuddyGuys with the guy himself 🦀!

Nice set list and good vibes @sitcancer #ASCO24 pic.twitter.com/FwPnSsZ5I5
50,000 shareholders and one lousy picture of the ASCO booth! No video, no interviews, no presentations, no nothing.
Help me to understand why would MHRA provide an opinion if NICE hasn't even received the paperwork yet?
