GrowGeneration price target raised to $45 from $30 at Alliance Global
09:44 GRWG Alliance Global Partners analyst Aaron Grey raised the firm's price target on GrowGeneration to $45 from $30 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst believes the company will "meaningfully" raise its 2021 guidance given the benefits from underlying cannabis growth, including adult-use sales beginning in states such as Arizona, Maine and New Jersey. GrowGeneration offers investors one of the few stocks traded on a major exchange that provides exposure to the U.S. cannabis sector and will continue to build momentum into 2021, Grey tells investors in a research note.

Stifel ups GrowGeneration target to $40 after Southern California acquisition Stifel analyst W. Andrew Carter raised the firm's price target on GrowGeneration to $40 from $38 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst notes that GrowGeneration announced the acquisition of Grassroots Hydroponics, a three store hydroponics chain in Southern California with annual revenue approaching $20M. Carter believes terms were relatively in-line with historic acquisitions suggesting less than $10M in total consideration with cash and equity.

Wow...well timed.
This has been a very good post-SPAC play.
Let’s see if the momentum continues next week. Hope so.

Fourth quarter slowdown? This is usually the slowest quarter for GRWG but CEO gave encouraging guidance on the conference call:
Brian Nagel (Oppenheimer)
Then just one really quick follow-up, and again relative to the guidance, so I guess we’re now, call it several weeks into the fourth quarter, any comment on just how the business has performed during the fourth quarter relative to what we saw in the results for Q3?
Darren Lampert
Yes, our fourth quarter is tracking well a month and a half into the quarter. We’re seeing no issues, no slowdowns as of today, and customarily our fourth quarter usually is our slowest quarter of the year but we’re certainly seeing no slowdown as of today.

GrowGeneration price target raised to $32 from $22 at Stifel.
Stifel analyst W. Andrew Carter raised the firm's price target on GrowGeneration to $32 from $22 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following what he called a "robust" Q3 earnings report. His updated estimates consider the performance in Q3 as well as the company's "outstanding" revenue and EBITDA guidance for FY20 and FY21, Carter tells investors. His own FY21 estimate is "comfortably above the company's guidance range, but tethered to what we consider an extremely conservative outlook," Carter added.

Cannabis index funds are down heavy these last two trading days after major run ups last week. GRWG got caught in its draft.
Latest filing shows price tag on the new 5-chain acquisition. Looks to be about $32M. Half in stock, or about 1M shares. That’s about 2% dilution for $50M in annual revenue. Looks good...

GrowGeneration price target raised to $25 from $15 at Oppenheimer Oppenheimer analyst Brian Nagel raised the firm's price target on GrowGeneration to $25 from $15 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Nagel says GrowGeneration represents a leading, yet still up-and-coming retail chain within the rapidly expanding and dynamic market for hydroponic and organic gardening supplies, and that current multiples underappreciate meaningfully longer-term prospects for the chain.

GrowGeneration initiated with a Buy at Stifel. Stifel analyst W. Andrew Carter initiated coverage of GrowGeneration with a Buy rating and $22 price target. The shares are currently undervaluing the company's "differentiated growth profile" as the leading specialty retailer of hydroponics, the potential value creation from the ongoing roll-up opportunity, and the scarcity value of pure-play investable opportunities for capitalizing on the growth of the U.S. cannabis category, Carter tells investors in a research note. The analyst estimates GrowGeneration can post 55% annual revenue growth through fiscal 2022.

That’s a short and distort trader. It’s actually pathetic that he has to go back 7 years to find something negative to use...too funny.
Current year revenues slated to be approximately $170-175M. At 10x price/sales, and compared to most high growth/decent margin cannabis stocks, this should be in the upper $30’s. Using 2021 estimates, you have a $50+ stock. You can even argue that 10x p/s ratio for a company sporting a current growth rate of over 100% is too cheap. Oh, by the way, this company is actually making money. I’m holding...
