APKT - High volume the last couple of days and a lot of open interest in calls in January. Something going on?

Thanks for the replies guys. APKT spiked this morning so I sold by 22calls for 0.75 that I purchased for 0.20. Almost a 300% return.

When to sell your options? How do you guys know when you should sell? I was up 150% on APKT options yesterday then 20 minutes later I was back to even and probably it will be even less today. Do you guys set sell stops and decide when the stock hits a certain price to sell?

I think TDAmeritrade requires you to have a margin account to trade options. Other brokers might be different.

You do get hit with a trade if you buy a option contract and sell it the same day. If you do more than 3 in a rolling 5 day period you could be flagged as a pattern day trader then you will need to have at least 25K in your account to continue.

AMZN not down a whole lot, what did you do? Puts or short shares?
