yes it is. The bid has stacked again and I almost expect the same thing to happen
Bid getting sold into every time it accumulates. Someone has unloaded a lot of shares today.
How many people believe that the CEO is actually responding to posters on ihub?
It is safe to say that these shares were not bought back by the company.
Hard to stay positive when it becomes obvious that the company is selling shares into the news. They saw momentum had stalled and filled the growing bid order. Wait, repeat.
All depends what result you are looking for. My expectations and buy in price are both low, so my happy ending is not that far away. This board is irritating, you have the crazy positive fanatics and the crybabies. No intelligent conversations at all.
Flat indeed. Absolutely no carry over from Friday.
Beats me. It is listed in the financials as current debt. He is actually the largest debt to the company. It could be deferred payments who knows. I'm just saying, as a small business owner, sometimes you do not pay yourself regularly for the benefit of the business and things happen that force you to remove some equity from it.
Maybe the guy has bills to pay. From the filings, it appears the company owes him a large amount of money.
Looks like another stalemate day. 6's won't move up, nobody to buy 7's and 8's.
A lot of people see your point. It just gets lost when you keep calling for this to go lower. It is cool to have an opinion that differs from the blind cheerleaders, but it makes no sense to complain non stop when you can sell and exit at 10 instead of waiting for it to go to 1.
That is a lot of shares on the ask.
Who gives in first? The 9 mil on the bid or the 9 mil on the ask? Could cause quite a stalemate.
If you are looking to decrease the amount of shares out, then the most beneficial and cost effective method would be to reduce authorized shares. Buying outstanding shares in a stock like this would not have a long lasting price effect and it would drain cash reserves causing financials to look worse, thus a decreases in price.
Share buybacks may raise the share price but it makes the financials look worse. On top of that in a penny stock once the buyback begins and the price inevitably goes up, shareholders immediately begin to sell for the quick profit.
I feel like this is happening more and more. A company with real news; gets sold into almost immediately. It seems people are more impressed with the rumors than the actual business transactions.
News out. Starts to drop. Crazy.
If they want to drop that to 19 I will be happy to relieve them of many of those shares.
Show yourself 12's.
Are the .0011's ever going to end?
These .0011's are tough but they are going fast. Looking pretty good so far today.
My message was to show my appreciation and understanding. Having no large solid bid base has been a problem in keeping the price from falling for no reason. I actually see this as a helpful wall.
No joke. Sit there and collect shares, it also looks really good and shows confidence which is really important.
This is the crap that pisses me off. Whoever bought 770,000 at .0008 immediately put them on the ask at .0009. I guess the 50 bucks is a positive though.
Bid sitting has been an effective strategy today.
I think that ronshappy is using a different math scenario. I think they believe that the preferred shares are the CEO's way of preventing an unwanted takeover or buyout. Their trust in the cEO supercedes the potential problem of the preferreds. This argument is going to go nowhere because there are two different schools of thought here. My opinion: the answer is somewhere in the middle, the amount of preferreds need to be addressed as they slowly have been. No knock on Ron, but being so far into ANDI and being the best cheerleader also makes him a little defensive and come across as a jerk.
Yeah, that is not a wall. Some of that is probably from the person who got their bid filled at .0019. When there is no buying, people get impatient and sell into the bid.
That is a great plan if you can do it.
I sold 1,000,000 today. I bought at .0015. I believe in ANDI very much and fully anticipate being able to come back into later this week. I found another play that I wanted to move on quickly. I still have another million and if I miss the boat so be it. So far, I will be able to sell my new play and come back to ANDI for a million and a half shares. I like what I see here and hope that my timing is not bad.
Sorry, I do not.
Is that 10 million on the bid at .0008? Awesome.
Yes 800,000 were returned which is awesome, but if I am not mistaken last quarter saw about 10-12 million shares added due to preferreds being converted. Not a huge deal but new shares added none the less.
My Scottrade is not updating anything. Still showing less than 2 mill volume.
What do you mean fake? 5000 came off the ask when purchasing and then 5000 came off when purchased.
I saw this also. I believe whoever has the shares on the ask bought 5000 of their own shares to try and get things going.
I think the best thing they can do is start buying back shares. Having a billion shares out is just too much. Also, the preferred shares that can be converted 2000 to 1 need to continue being eliminated.
someone came in with a lower ask.
Looks to be about 8-9 million at .0023.
I have to agree. I am tough to impress and totally felt that what we have gotten should have given a nice two week rise to the solid .0035-.0045. I still feel it is there and will wait patiently as long as things keep going in the right direction business wise.
Ronshappy, I am not a doubter, I thought the last report was fantastic. I am baffled as to why so few see the potential here. Look at today. A pr was released that stated first profitable quarter and not only does the price go down, it shows there is no buy support either until .0018. The thing that sticks out most to me is this company has almost no debt. Not short term, not long term.
