in ageement on all points
Reason for the May A/S increase straight from the horses mouth:
NON-CASH TRANSACTIONS
Shares issued for consulting services 240,000
Shares issued for services and guarantees 450,000
Shares issued for debt conversion 111,241
Quite a disappointing day yesterday.
Ah well. Back to cellar we go.
What's the new battle cry? Wait till November?
Yeah umm...wrong.
Ins companies do not reimburse for the use of ductalendoscopes so I doubt that Drs will be buying them and giving the services away.
A good question to ask her would be what sort of revenue is generated by using a ductal endoscope.
I think you are right dude.
Leveraging out is looking more and more attractive.
Then I can start playing these little 005 bumps that get everyone all tingly inside.
I figured this thing would be in the 003's by the end of the month. I am somewhat surprised it didn't wait till tuesday though.
I think I'll gooble up what I can as it slides through the 3's for the next two weeks and then play the bump that's coming mid August.
They have already announced that April 2012 sales were similar to April 2011 sales. No growth that month.
Bummer
You are so right on so many levels.
Now there's some concrete good news.
Thanks for making my Monday morning a little brighter.
Anyone care to take a stab at explaining what happened last week.
you heard it here first.
lol
:)
That would be awesome.
I would be happy to see a return to the 007's.
I would open my wallet again if sndy could hold that for a couple of weeks leading upto the financial release.
I expect 001 by September.
And every price range I have suggested since April has come to pass.
I would rather you be correct this time though.
And as nice as it sounds to try to leverage myself out with some 003 to 005 purchases I cannot give another penny until there is something more than speculation for footing.
yeah, it's odd that thier share value fell 75% in the second quarter.
Good news is bad for the share price on this pinkie.
ugh...I'll never understand it.
On spot bro.
I wish I had the enough faith to attempt to leverage myself out of this pos. My gut tells me where this thing is heading though and I don't think anyone is getting out of here alive.
001 or less in 4 weeks with no bottom in sight.
It's been a fun ride into the toilet.
Buyer Beware!!!
The MM is baiting you on this board.
Wrong Machine
Or it could be the fanatasy of a merger has finally been realized.
Or
If you saw that on Yahoo then it means nothing. They removed all the pk and ob extensions recently.
They cannot be listed on the exchange because the price is too low. So let's not even go there.
Tha's usually the first step in removing a pinkie from the trading houses.
I apologize but I tire of the implied insider knowledge.
It honestly leads me to believe that less than honorable intent is afoot.
I agree with with you about not calling the company every other day. That's not going to help anything.
Never the less a 70% decline in the second quarter "is" a fact that people long or short have a right to question.
I like your theory better than I like mine.
I am just having trouble getting my mind around a near 70% decrease in value over the course of 1 quarter. Especially with the somewhat seemingly positive pr's released.
Solos has begun the CE process before and halted it due to economic reasons...like gas prices.
Here's a scenario no one has hit on yet for the delay in posting the timeline (this is just my opinion based on my idea of the way this company does business) but what if the A/S increase was to be used to pay Expert Resources for thier services and ER told them to go to hell? I checked ER's client list and Solos is still listed but I cannot verify the last time the list was updated.
Historically Solos has only been able to reduce debt through forgiveness or issuance of stock. I feel there is cause for concern about a non-release of promised information.
I wish I had some more faith in this company. At least enough to put some more $ in and try to leverage myself out on the next bump but I find myself full of disillusion and remorse after the performance during the second quarter. I suppose I'll just have to sit by and ride this one into the toilet. This pick is down 69.72% since April 16th.
Todays Supreme Court ruling does not put an extra penny in SNDY's bottom line.
The real bottom line is that SNDY is marketing a product that is used in a procedure that insurance companies judge to be not worthy of payment.
As long as the insurance companies refuse to pay for ductoscopies in this country the government they can mandate all they want and it ain't gonna help.
So here we are at the end of the second quarter. And will you look at that, if I remember correctly I said 0045 to 0065.
The company should be debt free. I don't think they are. That's just a feeling that I have that's tied into the A/S increase. They have not given enough shares away to lower the debt imo.
So we are looking at a quarterly report that should be issued in 4 to 5 weeks, then reissued a week or so later as the official report.
In the second quarter we had good news and the stock fell. Then we had, let's see here, oh yeah the same good news and fell again. Then we had the "Official" good news which was a rehash of the others and the stock fell yet again. What's up with that? IMO based on the stock performance in the second quarter any forward looking statements need to take into account the overall decline in value since last April, that, coupled with the specter of dilution posed by the A/S increase leads me to think that this company is heading toward something in the neighborhood of 0008. There is nothing to stem the tide. I believe we will see 002 before mid August. Again, these are just my opinions based on the performance of this stock in my portfolio.. Best of luck to everyone.
It's more than likely my fault. Everything I buy generally loses 50% the day I buy it and it never rebounds.
I really suck at picking these things.
You are right about confidence ajrum. I have lost mine. This penny stock is a POS. I am down 70% since coming on board in mid April.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong but I believe I read the CE Mark could take as long as 6 months. It could be the end of the year before we know.
We have not seen 0.015 since mid April. And that's with 2 positive press releases from the company. IMO there is no reason to expect to see that level again anytime soon.
Well there is an interesting thought.
I agree, this country loves it's pills.
Why hasn't the Mammoview taken off?
I have been at odds with some fine people here as to what is what with this company. I considered standing my ground and arguing my points but I thought I should look else where and try to bring something new to the discussion rather than beat a dead horse.
To that end I offer some LINKSto some data that may demonstrate one of the problems facing Solos.
I looked at some insurance policies and fee schedules to see what the people that are employing this method are making dollar wise when they use it:

I can find no coverage determinations from Medicare concerning ductal endoscopic procedures. That usually means they won't pay.
The term "Investigational" in the above policies means that it is not a covered benefit. That means that the physicians that employ this procedure are not paid by the patients insurance company when they use this product.
Medicare is the largest insurer in the country, BCBS makes up the lions share of the commercial policies. United Healthcare and Aetna each have a large portion of what remains. Aetna is clear on thier stance. I cannot find a reference from UHC.
I put this forth as information only. I hope that sometime in the near future the Mammoview System demonstrates enough efficiency to become widely accepted. Then the longs are going to be in for a nice ride. IMO short term growth will be volitile and subject to the whims of the flippers.
I will try to locate some policies if possible from some European Countries and see if physicians are paid else where in the world for employing ductoscopic procedures.
That's a unique perspective.
Sort of calming.
You may ask anything that you would like.
I would like to know when, where and how it's been proven that they have not been searching for a partner since 2007.
Just because you do not like what I have to say does not mean I am bashing this little start up. "New Economies" is the term I keep referencing. It may mean Europe or New Hampshire to you but to me it means partnership. I am exposed daily to parts of the industry they service so I have an intimate knowledge of the volume of procedures that are available for thier product. In literally hundreds of CAH's and ASC's across the country no one has heard of them. And now they are moving off shore? Why?
I'll tell you why. Because they cannot find a partner in the US. So don't bash me when I say that they have been searching for a partner for 5 years and cannot find one and then play the "Oh there's a partnership in the making" game to bump this price. I am not an idiot.
I have read it...and re read it.
and your quote means nothing.
That's been in every letter since '07.
So, have you anything "new" to add to the merger/partnership?
I understand your point completely Mike.
But...A 60% drop in price since mid April is hardly a small price drop.
;)
Please outline your partnership/merger idea cause I see no sign of it save for one person on this board.
The Company has accumulated losses from operations and has the need to raise additional financing in order to satisfy its vendors and other creditors and execute its business plan. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. This statement reflects the sole purpose for the A/S increase.
The Company still does not have the liquidity it needs to effectively execute its current business plan and maintain its current operations.
Until the Company obtains the capital required to develop any properties or businesses and obtains the revenues needed from its future operations to meet its obligations, the Company will depend on sources other than operating revenues to meet its operating and capital needs. Operating revenues may never satisfy these needs.
IMO the A/S increase was designed to raise more interest in this company. Sales of stock (money they need to operate) were flat so I believe they thought "Let's double the shares and double our income". BIG MISTAKE. Now they are paying for it. I am grateful that my investment in this company is small enough to not break my family for I fear the $$$ are gone. The company needs to retire those shares immediately or there is no saving this endeavour. We may never see 0.008 again.
PS. Those first three paragraphs are quotes from Solo's President.
Let me qualify this from the get go. What I am about to say is MY OPINION.
Where are the shares going that are not being sold on the open market?
Thet are being given away. That's how sndy is reducing thier debt.
They have stated that sales are not enough to cover operating expenses and that they are relying on the sale of stock to generate income. Now the sale has slowed to a trickle. So when bills come due it's "Hey here's 20 million shares of our stock to cover the bills we have incurred with you".
Viola look shareholders we have reduced our debt... and devalued our stock at the same time...sorry 'bout that.
I have said 4.5 to 6.5 by the end of the second quarter. We are squarely in the center now with 30 days to go. There is not much wiggle room left especially with the elephant in the room.
I hate to add more doom and gloom but with nothing pending until August 15th there is no telling anymore how low we are going to go.
Be diligent.
The statement you quoted appears in one form or another in almost every presidents letter released since 2007.
PR is PR and Presidential Letters to shareholders are designed as such and nothing more.
Highflier your entusiasm is inspiring to many and I love reading your posts. I find myself of late though in disagreement with your comments.
I will not pretend to know why your group has invested so much in this company. But I have read the exact same financial releases you have and I see no mention of partnerships. I cannot even reconfigure thier words to allow myself to believe that this is anything but a struggling company that is hanging on by a thread.
But then again there is always hope. The hope that I am mistaken.
When they say that they cannot continue to operate without the sale of stock I understand perfectly the A/S. The price was steady and holding for weeks just below 0.01. It had no where to go and they were not generating any revenue. So they double the share volume in the hope of lowering the price so new people (new revenue) will buy in with dreams of riches. Now they have a fresh source of capital to continue thier operations for another quarter.
I have said consistently that we will see 0.0045 to 0.0065 before the release of the second quarter. We are almost there. If this stock holds at 0.007 for the next month I am willing to bet that there will be an incremental release of the A/S to drive the share price lower before the financials for Q2 are made public.
They have readily admitted that they can only operate on sales of stock and they have no other source of income.
None of the debt they have aquired has been paid. It's all been "reduced" via forgiveness and that my friend is a very big nail when you are closing a coffin.
For 6 months I have watched everything there is about this company. For three months I have predicted where it would be by the end of June/middle of July based on thier actions. I wish I was mistaken. An incremental release in July is going to push this stock below 0.003. Maybe down close to 0.002 land. It will be calculated for survival only. No other reason. They may make it to the end of the year and crawl back to 0.004-ish.
I have seen you say Hero or Zero many times Mike.
I don't know you from Adam but you may want to take another look at the situation. The A/S was not an increase to stop your group.
It was a calculated business descision to generate revenue by lowering the value of thier stock.
It's business 101 and they have worked it the way it's supposed to be worked.
I told you this morning that this is how they are doing it. This is right out of the report:
We currently have been funding the cash losses from operations through the sale of our preferred stock and loans to the Company. During the quarter ended March 31, 2012, the Company received $109,000 from preferred stock investments and additional $48,300 in advances against the future sale of its preferred stock. The cash used for operations during the first quarter of 2012 was $103,715 cash provided of $3,455 for the first quarter of 2011. The Company expects it will need to continue to raise capital under this method over the next twelve months to maintain its current operations and obtain additional funding from loans or other sources.
Here's a liitle more to digest:
However, the Company has accumulated losses from operations and has the need to raise additional financing in order to satisfy its vendors and other creditors
No surprise there. Pretty much blows the idea of a partner outta the water huh?
And let's not overlook this little tidbit:
These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
and here's the nail:
Until the Company obtains the capital required to develop any properties or businesses and obtains the revenues needed from its future operations to meet its obligations, the Company will depend on sources other than operating revenues to meet its operating and capital needs. Operating revenues may never satisfy these needs.
The company has no money. It's sales do not generate sufficient income. The spector of being blindsided by another A/S has been put to rest though. They guarantee it will happen. So...no surprises down the road when it comes from here on out.
Speaking of out.. 0.0015 is my target.
